This paper presents control concepts of engine-generator and reliability evaluation of fuel efficiency estimation through engine dynamometer test. In terms of speed or torque control concepts, the control methods of engine-generator are tested about four cases, and the response characteristics were analyzed. This test was carried out assuming engine-generator system similar to engine dynamometer. The control concept of engine-generator is needed to develop a higher level control algorithm of the hybrid forklifts such as HCU (Hybrid Control Unit). When HCU algorithm is developed, the engine static fuel efficiency map is mostly used to evaluate fuel efficiency of HCU algorithm even if simulation profiles are under dynamic situation. To verify reliability of estimated fuel efficiency based on the engine static fuel efficiency map, the estimated fuel consumption was compared to measured fuel consumption in the dynamic operation situation of an engine. This test result showed usability of a fuel consumption estimation using engine static fuel efficiency map.

This paper presents the modeling and analysis of a power system on hybrid forklift. The modeling of hybrid is useful to predict the performance of the forklift and to determine the specifications of components such as engine, motors and batteries when the forklift is in the early stage of development. The hybrid configuration and characteristics are demonstrated to explain the modeling techniques. The model is validated by the test data of engine forklifts in the VDI cycle. The power system is analyzed in terms of the required power in case that forklift is driving or working. The fuel efficiency is also simulated, and the effect of hybridization on forklift is demonstrated.
멘티의 멘토링 참여수준이 개인역량개선에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구: 멘토링 만족도의 매개효과 및 그룹참여도의 조절효과를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 2014년 실시된 한국장학재단의 차세대리더육성멘토링에 참여한 대학생들의 역량개선을 확인하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위하여 멘토링 효과에 대해 정성적 분석과 정량적 분석을 모두 실시하였다. 정량적 분석에서 독립변수는 멘티 개인의 참여율, 매개변수는 멘티 개인의 만족도, 종속변수는 개인행동역량, 사회교류역량, 지적활용역량 등의 역량개선도를 사용하였다. 역량개선도는 멘티가 자신의 역량수준에 대해 멘토링 시작과 종료 시 두 번에 걸쳐 자기보고식으로 평가하도록 하여 그 차이로 측정하였다. 또한, 멘티참여율과 멘토링 만족도의 관계를 조절하는 조절변수로 그룹참여율을 추가하여 분석하였다. 2014년 차세대리더육성멘토링을 수료한 1,876명으로부터 데이터를 수집하여 분석한 결과, 멘티참여율은 멘토링 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 멘토링 만족도는 세 개의 역량군 개선에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 멘티참여율과 역량 개선은 멘토링 만족도에 의해 매개되는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 멘티참여율이 멘토링 만족도에 미치는 영향은 그룹참여율이 높을수록 강화되었다. This study examined the effects of Korea Student Aid Foundation(KOSAF)’s next-generation leaders mentoring(KORMENT) on university students’ competencies development. Data were obtained from a self-reporting essay of selected informants for a qualitative research, and from a questionnaire survey of participants in year 2014 for a quantitative study. Students’ competencies were measured before and after the mentoring program, the gap between two measurements refers to the degree of competencies development. The results of the study were as follows; First, a mentee’s individual participation rates have positive effect on mentoring satisfaction. Second, a mentee’s individual participation rates were more strongly related to mentoring satisfaction when the mentee group’s participation rates were high. Third, mentoring satisfaction has positive effect on a mentee’s competencies development. Finally, the relationship between a mentee’s participation rates and competencies development was mediated by mentoring satisfaction.
