Houttuynia cordata 및 Saururus chinensis의 정유성분에 관한 연구

Chemical components in the essential oil of Saururus chinensis and Houttuynia cordata growing in Korea were separated and identified by gas chromatograph and GC-mass spectrometry, and constituents of Saururus chinensis were very different from those of Houttuynia cordata, that is, the former was mainly composed of sesquiterpenoids(C_15H_24, M. W: 204) and safrole, while the latter monoterpenoids and lipids.
상용분말로 제조된 Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.2)O(2-δ)세라믹스의 소결성에 미치는 Ga₂O₃의 첨가효과

The effects of Ga₂0₃ additions on sintering behavior of Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.2)O_(2-δ) ceramics were investigated by the use of commercial powders. Sintered density was the highest at the specimen containing 0.5 mol% Ga₂0₃. Grain size was the largest at the specimen containing 0.5 mol% Ga₂0₃ also. Up to 3 mol% Ga₂0₃ addition, the sintered density of the specimens containing Ga₂0₃ was higher than that of pure specimen. Over 3 mol% Ga₂0₃ addition, grain size was decreased by a pinning effect of Gd₃Ga_(5)Oi₂ precipitation. Ga₂0₃ addition in Gd₂0₃-doped CeO₂ promoted the grain growth, and it brought the increase in density. It is suggested that Ga₂0₃ addition has an affirmative effect on the sintering behavior of Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.2)O_(2-δ) ceramics prepared by commerical powders.
유해 사이트를 접속하는 안드로이드 앱을 문자열 분석으로 검사하는 시스템

안드로이드 기반 스마트폰 앱의 바이너리 코드를 오프라인 상에서 분석하여 유해 사이트 목록에 포함된 서버에 접속하는지 여부를 판단하는 시스템을 제안하고, 실제 앱에 대해 적용한 실험 결과를 제시한다. 주어진 앱의 바이너리 코드를 Java 바이트 코드로 역 컴파일하고, 문자열 분석을 적용하여 프로그램에서 사용하는 모든 문자열 집합을 계산한 다음, 유해 매체물을 제공하는 사이트 URL을 포함하는지 확인하는 방법이다. 이 시스템은 앱을 실행하지 않고 배포 단계에서 검사할 수 있고 앱 마켓 관리에서 유해 사이트를 접속하는 앱을 분류하는 작업을 자동화 할 수 있는 장점이 있다. DNS 서버를 이용하거나 스마트폰에 모니터링 모듈을 설치하여 차단하는 기존 방법들과 서로 다른 단계에서 유해 앱을 차단함으로써 상호 보완할 수 있는 방법이 될 수 있다. This paper proposes a string analysis based system for classifying Android Apps that may access so called harmful sites, and shows an experiment result for real Android apps on the market. The system first transforms Android App binary codes into Java byte codes, it performs string analysis to compute a set of strings at all program points, and it classifies the Android App as bad ones if the computed set contains URLs that are classified because the sites provide inappropriate contents. In the proposed approach, the system performs such a classification in the stage of distribution before installing and executing the Apps. Furthermore, the system is suitable for the automatic management of Android Apps in the market. The proposed system can be combined with the existing methods using DNS servers or monitoring modules to identify harmful Android apps better in different stages.
Gd₂O₃doped CeO₂의 소결성에 미치는 Al₂O₃의 첨가효과

The effect of Al_2O_3 addition on sintering behavior of 10 mol% Gd_2O_3 doped CeO_2 was systematically investigated from the following aspects: the variation in sintering density, the variation in grain size, and the forms and existence position of Al_2O_3 in CeO_2. Sintering density increased up to 2 mol% Al_2O_3 addition, and then it decreased. Grain size increased up to 2 mol% Al_2O_3 addition also. Over 2 mol% Al_2O_3 addition, grain size was decreased by a pinning effect of AlGdO_3 precipitation at grain boundary. Lattice constant decreased with increasing Al_2O_3 content up to 2 mol%. This decrease will be due to the substitution of smaller Al^3+ ions for Ce^4+ ions in the CeO_2 structure. According to the result of SEM and XRD analysis, the solubility limit of Al_2O_3 in 10 mol% Gd_2O_3 doped CeO_2 can be estimated to be nearly 2 mol%. The addition of Al_2O_3 up to solubility limit was found to promote the sintering properties.

Sintering behavior and electrical properties of CeO$_2$ system were investigated as a function of the amount of Gd:$_2$O$_3$, and Sm$_2$O$_3$, addition. Doped CeO$_2$ consisted of a homogeneous solid solution of the cubic fluorite structure within the amount of addition from 0 mol% to 15 mol%. Grain growth rate of Gd$_2$O$_3$-doped CeO$_2$ was much smaller than that of pure CeO$_2$, while densification rate was considerably larger. Thus doped CeO$_2$ showed a higher density than pure CeO$_2$. The electrical conductivity of Ce$_1$-$_{x}$Sm$_{x}$O$_1$-$_{x}$/2 was increased up to x = 0.2. However, with further increasing dopant concentrations, the magnitude of the conductivity was found to decrease remarkably. The ionic conductivity value obtained at $700^{\circ}C$ for 10 mol% Sm$_2$O$_3$-doped CeO$_2$ electrolyte was 4.6${\times}$10$^{-2}$ S$.$$cm^{-1}$ /.EX> /.

As the korean economy and society continue to develop, the cumber of underground commercial spaces are expected to increase. This increase will demand greater heating and cooling energy as well as a sharp rise in overall energy consumption. This study was aimed at the development of energy conservation and analyzed for 2 underground commercial spaces. This study shows the information, that is, tables, graphs and charts as possible of the trend in energy efficiency in underground commercial spaces between 1999 and 2001.6. We suggested the practical application for energy conservation methods and efficient energy use which was based on the investigations and analyses.

TetR-VP16-mediated transcription activation system에서 TetR-VR16과 TetR 이종dimer에 의한 전사활성의 영향

In TetR-VP16-mediated transcription activation stystem TetR-VP16 hobodimer activates the tet operator modified minimal promoter. To determine the effect of the heterodimer of TetR-VP16 on transcriptional activation from that minimal promoter cotransfection assays were performed with U373 cells. In coexpression of TetR-VP16 and TetR the expression from the minimal promoter was activated 4-12 fold higher than in expression of TetR-VP16, suggesting that the usage of the heterodimer of TetR-VP16 can improve the effecacy of TetR-VP16-mediated transcription activation system
