SV_(40)는 in vitro에서 많은 종류의 세포를 형질전환시켜 종양세포의 특성을 갖게 하며 그 양상은 숙주세포에 따라 다양하게 나타난다. SV_(40)로 형질전환된 사람의 세포는 nude mouse에 주입시킬 경우 대부분 종양을 형성치 못한다. 세포융합실험의 결과 이는 nude mouse가 이들 세포의 표면항원(Surface antigen)을 인지하여 rejection 시키기 때문인 것으로 밝혀졌다. SV_(40)의 전체 유전자 중 nude mouse가 특이적으로 인지하는 항원의 합성에 관여하는 부위를 찾아내기 위하여 일련의 recombinant vector를 만들고, 이를 이용하여 DNA mediated gene transfer의 방법으로 종양세포인 Mouse LMTK^- 세포와 Human 143TK^-세포를 형질전환 시킨 후, 이 세포들의 nude mouse에서의 종양형성능을 측정하였다. Recombinant vector는 HSV(Herpes simplex virus)의 TK gene(BamH1 digests of HSV1DNA)과 origin-defective SV_(40)의 early gene(MSP1-to-BamH1 fragment; map unit 0.725∼0.14)을 결합시켜 pBR322의 BamH1 site에 삽입시켜 합성하였다. 이 외의 plasmid로서는 pVBt1 TK-1 및 pVBt2 TK-1을 사용하였다. pVBt1 TK-1은 SV_(40) early gene 중 map position 0.194∼0.425의 부분이 결실된 나머지 부분과 HSV TK gene을 pBR322에 끼워 넣어 만든 것이다. 따라서 pVBt1 TK-1은 32 kilodalton의 truncated large T antigen과 정상의 small t antigen(17K)을 합성한다. pVBt2 TK-1은 pVBt1 TK-1과 비슷하나 SV_(40) early gene에서 map position 0.169∼0.571에 해당하는 부분이 결실된 것이며 따라서 12kilo dalton의 truncated large T antigen과 정상의 small T antigen을 합성한다. 이상의 Vector들을 calcium phosphate precipitation의 방법으로 mouse LM TK 세포와 human 143 TK 세포에 transfection시켰으며 HAT배양액에서 TK^+세포주들을 선별 해 내었다. 실험 결과 intact한 large T 및 small t antigen을 coding하고 있는 vector에 의해 형질전환된 세포들은 nude mouse에서 rejection되었으며 pVBt1 TK-1 및 pVBt2 TK-1에 의해 형질전환된 세포들은 nude mouse에 주입시켰을 때 종양을 형성함이 관찰되었다. 결론적으로 pVBt1 TK-1 및 pVBt2 TK-1에 의한 것과 같이 small T antigen 및 truncated large T antigen만으로는 nude mouse에 의한 rejection 기작을 유발하기에는 불충분함이 판명되었다.

Regional Preferences for the Local Political Institutions: A Focus on Daegu and Gwangju

This study is aimed to investigate the heterogeneity of the preferences for the local politicalinstitutions between Daegu and Gwangju. It is necessary to investigate the heterogeneity of thepreferences for the local political institutions between regions to decide the proper governancelevel in relation with the decision of local political institutions. The analysis results suggestsignificant differences between Daegu and Gwangju in relation with the evaluation of local politics. Gwangju local politics is evaluated as better than Daegu local politics in most aspects. This studyshowed the heterogeneity of the regional preferences for the local political institutions. The Daeguresidents were analyzed to support more positively the three local political institutions: femalequota in local elections, recommendation of the candidates for the low level local elections, andthe local party. Considering the heterogeneous preferences of the local residents, it is necessaryto form the local political institutions well suited to the specific region to reduce the politicalcosts

This study aims to open up new possibilities of its design expression area, to expand utilization range and expression realm of creative and active knitwear, and to expand various pet dog's wear design by analyzing design features and status of pet dog's knitwear which are sold at premier shopping mall at home and abroad. Pet dog's knitwear is to be clothed clothes for dogs, and knit is a good item for action because it does not affect the movement of pet dog. In order to identify the kinds of pet dog's knitwear, kind of dog apparel shopping site on the web which are connected to ‘NAVER’ and ‘YAHOO’ were investigated. In this study, it was investigated a total of 641 items of sweaters oriented. Knitting by machinery was 613 (95.6%) are most, and images of pet dog's knitwaear appeared pop-art, classic, feminine, folk-style, and modern in the order named. The types of pet dog's knitwear was classified as turtle neck outfit, round neck, hoody, dresses, jackets, all-in-one, and V-neck in the order. The patterns of pet dog's knitwear was classified as a one-point, traditional pattern, geometry, agail, artifacts, check, natural products, and lace patterns in the order. The design technique of pet dog's knitwear was classified as a color, solid, beading, embroidery, and patch work in the order. The aesthetic features of pet dog's knitwear is divided into infantility, character, events, function, and tradition. Pet dog's knitwear, which are excellent for fit and active, is expected to increase even more preferences and to be developed more by a mechanization of knit.

과학교과에서의 양성 평등 교육을 위한 교수학습 전략 및 자료개발 방안

이 연구에서는 문헌조사를 통하여 양성 평등과 양성 평등 교육에 대한 개념을 정립하고 과학교과에서의 양성 평등 교육 실현을 위한 학습 모형을 개발하여 제시하였다. 개발된 학습 모형은 문제인식, 실행, 확장의 3단계로 구성되어 있으며, 실행 단계에서는 연구 대상과 학습 목표나 내용에 따라 세 가지 방법, 즉 온화한 방법, 적극적 방법, 비판적 방법이 활용될 수 있다. 그리고 양성 평등 교육을 실현할 수 있는 교수학습 전략과 자료개발 방안을 제시하였으며. 사례 연구를 통하여 제시된 이들 교수학습 전략과 자료 개발 방안의 효과도 알아보았다. 계속해서 이 연구에서 개발된 학습 모형의 효과와 과학 교육 현장에서의 활용성을 검증하기 위하여 종단적 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. This study established the concepts of gender equity and gender equity education through the review of literature and developed a learning model for gender equity education. The model consists of three stages, namely, problem identifying, implementation, and expansion. Three approaches, namely, a soft approach, a hard approach, and a critical approach are utilized in the implementation stage. Continuous longitudinal studies will be necessary to examine the effects and utilization of the gender equity education model which is developed in this study. This study also suggests teaching/learning strategies and material development methods to implement gender equity in science education sites, and examines the effects of those strategies and materials through one case study.

인터넷 전자 상거래를 위한 아동복 Sizing System 개발에 관한 연구

The aim of this study is to suggest a Sizing System which has following points: 1. In order to satisfy children of diverge figure shapes, we developed sizing system for three different figure type. Figure types are categorized into slim, normal, fat type based on the Rohrer Index 2. For each figure types, we developed size chart using height, bust circumference and hip circumference as basic measurements. The size codes are presented as the height bust circumference or height-hip circumference. The size interval of height is 5cm for all figure types, such as 120, 125, 130 .... we developed a size allocation program, which is helpful when a customer doesn't know exact measurement of some body dimension. If a customer input measurements as much as he/she knows, the program allocates the nearest At the end of the study, the sizing interaction sites were developed to present the results of the study clear.
