아웃소싱지향성에 따른 아웃소싱 실행 결정에 있어서 경영유형의 조절효과

기업이 아웃소싱을 실행함에 있어 경영유형에 따라, 전략의 종류에 따라, 아웃소싱 지향성과 아웃소싱 실행 결정이 어떻게 달라지는지 또한 이로 인한 경영성과는 어떤 관계가 있을지는 상당한 연구의 필요성이 있다. 동일한 조건과 환경 하에 있는 기업이라 하더라도 기업 경영자의 관리 유형에 따라 다른 유형의 전략이 구성되고 실행되므로, 본 연구에서는 아웃소싱 지향성과 실행결정, 경영성과로 귀결되는 연구모형을 분석함에 있어 Miles와 Snow가 제시한 방어자형, 탐색자형, 분석자형, 반응자형의 네 가지 경영전략 유형에 따른 조절효과를 분석하였다. 아웃소싱 지향성 요인 중 전략적 요인에 따른 검정 결과를 통해, 탐색자형과 분석자형은 전략적인 요인에 민감하게 반응하여 아웃소싱 유형을 결정함을 알 수 있었다. 이에 반해 방어자형과 반응자형은 전략적 요인에 따라 아웃소싱의 유형을 결정함에 유의성이 없었다. 경제적 요인에 따른 아웃소싱 실행유형 결정에 있어 탐색자형과 분석자형은 경제적 요인에 따라 민감하게 반응하지만, 반응자형과 방어자형의 경우 민감하지 않은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 기술적 요인 및 기피적 요인에 대한 검정 결과에서도 마찬가지로 경영 유형 별로 차이가 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 아웃소싱 지향성에 따른 아웃소싱 실행 결정에 있어 경영 유형에 따라 차이가 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 검증 결과를 통해 구체적으로 어떠한 방향으로 아웃소싱 지향 요인이 다른지, 그리고 그 지향하는 요인 별로 어떠한 아웃소싱 실행 유형을 결정하는지에 대해 확인했다는 점에서 의미 있다 할 수 있겠다. There is a great need for research on how outsourcing orientation and outsourcing execution decisions differ according to the type of management and strategy, and its relationship with the performance. Although companies are under the same conditions and environment, different types of strategies are established and executed according to the management type of the company"s managers. We analyzed the moderating effects of four types of management strategies: defender type, prospector type, analyzer type, and reactor type. Based on the test results according to the strategic factors among the outsourcing orientation factors, the prospector type and the analyzer type are sensitive to the strategic factors to determine the outsourcing type. In contrast, defender and reactor types were not significant in determining the type of outsourcing. In determining the outsourcing type by economical factors, the prospector type and the analyzer type responded sensitively, but the reactor type and the defender type were insensitive. The result according to the technical factors and avoidance factors also shows difference between managerial types. Through this study, it was confirmed that there are differences according to management type in deciding outsourcing execution according to outsourcing orientation. It is meaningful in that we have identified the outsourcing orientation factors in which the direction is different and which type of outsourcing execution is determined by the factors.
