        산업보안 관리요소의 우선순위 결정에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 타당성이 검증된 ‘산업보안관리 통제 프레임워크’의 구성요소들 간 비교평가를 통하여 산업보안 관리활동의 객관적, 합리적인 수행에 활용 가능한 자료를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 산업보안전문가 집단을 대상으로 AHP설문조사를 실시하여 산업보안 관리요소들의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위를 결정하였다. 분석결과, 1계층 기준 간 비교평가에서는 ‘사전 관리적 보호’ 65.9%, ‘가상/물리 업무공간 보호’ 18.5%, ‘사후 대응적 보호’ 15.6%의 순서로 나타났다. 전체 순위는 ‘산업보 안정책 수립>산업보안조직 구성 > 산업기밀자산 관리 > 업무연속성 관리 > ICT서비스 사용관리 = ICT시스템/통신망 접근통제 > 인적자원 관리 > 산업보안사고 관리 > 준거성/계약관리 > 물리/환경 적 보안 > 보안감사’순으로 나타났다. 민감도 분석결과, ‘사후 대응적 보호’의 가중치를 초기값 보다 2 배 높이면 하위요소인 ‘업무연속성 관리’는 전체 순위가 4위에서 2위로, ‘산업보안사고 관리’는 8위에 서 4위로 상승하였다. ‘가상/물리 업무공간 보호’의 가중치를 초기값 보다 2배 높이면 하위요소인 ‘ICT서비스 사용관리’와 ‘ICT시스템/통신망 접근통제’는 전체 순위가 공동 5위에서 3위로 상승함을 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 산업보안관리체제의 운영성과에 대한 계량적인 평가틀을 마련하여 체계 적인 산업기밀보호를 지원할 수 있게 하였다는 것에 의미가 있다.

        Antioxidant and Whitening Activities of Chlorogenic Acid, Quercetin, and Quercitrin from the Fruit of Vaccinum oldhami

        The fruit of Vaccinum oldhami was separated and purified to obtain the compounds chlorogenic acid (CA), quercetin (QT), and quercitrin (QR). The electron-donating abilities of CA, QT, and QR at 1,000 μg/ml were 91.9%, 89.9%, and 77.4%, respectively QT and QR showed 99.5% and 91.4% ABTS+ radical scavenging ability at a 1,000 μg/ml concentration, respectively, and CA showed a 95% ability or higher at 100 μg/ml. Regarding tyrosinase inhibitory activity, CA, QT, and QR exhibited 29.5%, 34.7%, and 23.7% efficacy, respectively, at 1,000 μg/ml. Regarding the cell viability for melanoma cells (B16F10) assessed through MTT assay, CA, QT, and QR showed cell a viability of 80% or more at 100 μg/ml. To measure the deterrent of protein expression, CA affected TRP-1 and TRP-2 in accordance with increases in concentration. The protein expression inhibition rate of QT was excellent for TRP-1, TRP-2, and tyrosinase. CA was confirmed to have an excellent mRNA expression inhibitory effect against MITF, and the amount of mRNA expression of TRP-1, TRP-2, and tyrosinase decreased with an increase in the CA concentration. As the concentration of QT increased, the mRNA expression of MITF, TRP-2, and tyrosinase decreased. QR decreased the amount of mRNA as the QR concentration increased. The excellent antioxidant and whitening effects of CA, QT, and QR were thus confirmed.

        Quantitative Determination of Amitriptyline and Its Metabolite in Rat Plasma by Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry

        A rapid, specific, and reliable LC-MS/MS-based bioanalytical method was developed and validated in rat plasma for the simultaneous quantitation of amitriptyline and its metabolite nortriptyline. Chromatographic separation of these analytes was achieved on a Gemini C18 column (50 × 4.60 mm, 5 μm) using reversed-phase chromatography. The mobile phase was an isocratic solvent system consisting of 1% formic acid in water and methanol (10:90, v/v), at a flow rate of 0.2 mL/min. The analytical range was set as 0.1-500 ng/mL for amitriptyline and 0.08-500 ng/mL for nortriptyline using a 200 μL plasma sample. The accuracy and precision of the assay were in accordance with FDA regulations for the validation of bioanalytical methods. The validated method was successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study in six rats after oral administration of amitriptyline (15 mg/kg). This method allows laboratory scientists to rapidly determine amitriptyline and nortriptyline concentrations in plasma.

        정금나무의 기능성 생리활성 물질과 생리활성

        In modern society, interest in antioxidants is increasing as the stress caused by oxidants increases. However, the demand for synthetic antioxidants is decreasing because some studies have confirmed that they are harmful when consumed in large quantities; thus, studies on antioxidants derived from natural substances are actively being conducted to replace synthetic antioxidants. Blueberry, known as one of the world's top ten long-lived foods, is a plant of the Vaccinium (Ericaceae) family, and various pharmacological activities of blueberry including antioxidant activity have been studied. Vaccinium oldhamii (VO) is a deciduous broad-leaved shrub in the same genus as blueberries, and in this paper, we summarize the studies on the efficacy analysis of VO extracts and purified products. The content of phenolic compounds in VO fruits was proportional to antioxidant and anti-influenza activity such as the inhibition of NO production, and the total content of polyphenols and anthocyanin was higher than that in blueberries. VO fruit extracts showed anti-inflammatory activity and anti-cancer activity against human acute leukemia; in contrast, VO branch extracts showed anti-inflammatory activity, activity to inhibit osteoclast differentiation and bone resorption due to inflammatory response, and anti-cancer activity against several human cancer cell lines. Compared to blueberries, VO showed higher phenolic compound content, antioxidant activity, and various physiological activities. In addition, VO is considered to have sufficient value as an alternative crop to blueberries, such as it can be grown natively in Korea, with simple mass cultivation and no need to pay royalties for commercialization. 현대사회에서 산화물질에 의한 스트레스가 증가함에 따라 항산화제에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 합성 항산화제는 다량 섭취 시 유해하다는 연구 등에 기인하여 수요가 감소하고 있으며, 합성 항산화제를 대체하기 위하여 천연물에서 유래된 항산화 물질에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 세계 10대 장수 식품의 하나로 알려진 블루베리는 진달래과(Ericaceae) 산앵도나무속(Vaccinium)의 식물로 항산화를 비롯한 다양한 약리활성에 대한 연구가 수행되었다. 정금나무(Vaccinium oldhamii)는 블루베리와 같은 속에 속한 낙엽활엽관목으로 본 논문에서는 정금나무의 추출물과 정제물의 효능 분석을 실시한 연구들을 정리하였다. 정금나무 열매의 페놀류 화합물의 함량은 항산화 활성 및 항인플루엔자 활성과 비례하였으며, 총 폴리페놀 및 안토시아닌의 함량은 블루베리에 비해 높았다. 정금나무 열매 추출물은 항염증 활성을 나타내었으며 정금나무 가지 추출물은 항염증 활성과 염증반응에 의한 파골세포의 분화 및 골흡수를 억제하는 활성을 나타내었다. 정금나무 열매 추출물은 인간 급성 백혈병에 대한 항암 활성을, 정금나무 가지 추출물은 여러 인간 암세포주에서의 항암활성을 나타내었다. 정금나무는 블루베리에 비하여 페놀성 화합물 함량과 항산화 활성이 높고 다양한 생리활성을 나타내며, 국내에 자생하여 대량 재배를 위한 연구가 용이하고, 상업화 시 해외 사용료를 부담할 필요가 없는 등 블루베리의 대체작물로서의 가치를 충분히 가지고 있다고 판단된다.

        식이섬유를 첨가한 냉동 떡볶이 떡의 품질특성

        Purpose: Dietary fiber (DF) supplemented Topokki Garaetteok was prepared and its quality characteristics were investigated. Methods: Topokki Garaetteok was prepared by adding rice flour, salt, and water, after which agar, chicory fiber (CF), or soybean fiber (SF) were mixed at the level of 10% of rice flour. The prepared Garaetteok was then freeze-stored (-20°C) for two weeks. Results: The addition of DF significantly increased the moisture content of all Garaetteok and cooking loss was increased by the addition of all DF except SF. The effect on physical properties, color, and taste of Garaetteok varied depending on the type of DF. The addition of CF did not produce significant differences in hardness, adhesiveness, and chewiness compared to the control, but springiness and cohesiveness were decreased. SF addition produced the highest hardness and the least springiness and cohesiveness; no significant changes were observed in adhesiveness and chewiness. Both CF and SF had high whiteness of rice cake. The physical properties of rice cake with agar were similar to those of rice cake with added CF and SF. However, with agar, the off-taste during chewing and the aftertaste were the strongest and the whiteness of the rice cake was the lowest. The aftertaste was increased in all DF-added groups, but CF produced the lowest increase in aftertaste among all DF. There was no significant difference in off-taste between SF- and CF-added Garaetteok. Conclusion: CF was the most suitable material when added at a level of 10% due to the whiteness, physical properties such as hardness, adhesiveness, and chewiness, and less off-taste despite the disadvantage of high cooking loss.

        전문경영인의 기업정보 보호를 위한 산업기술 유출요인과 대응전략에 대한 탐색적 사례연구

        High-technology is a representative intangible asset that could guarantee the survival of enterprises and sustainable development at the current business environment where full of uncertainty dominates. However, our industrial sector is experiencing difficulties in utilizing a pattern conforming to industrial secrets due to lack of practical study cases apart from the operation capability of each company. This case study has drawn a conclusion that outflow doers acted as main agents tempted by the technology value/attractiveness and that regulations are to be set up to control business areas(on- and off-line) of potential outflow wrongdoers both directly and indirectly to effectively perform proper management by establishing clear-cut definition of industrial technologies that are the objects for protection of industrial security strategy. In addition, it has come to light through this study that effective and successful protection of industrial technologies can be achieved, when monitoring and tracking are possible on both physical business space(offline workplace) and virtual space(online workplace) in accordance with existing forms of industrial secret information for its individual protection. We expect this research study would be able to provide with a model of decision-making to protect intellectual property and Trade Sceret to chief executive officers, chief security officer and security staffs in charge of each company from a standpoint of industrial security strategy.

        작품 생산과 수용의 엔트로피에 관한 연구

        Today, we so hardly distinguish styles or types of formative arts that they are in a state of chaos and confusion. However it is often said that this appearance is a kind of the law of entropy, this is a mere figurative expression by only general principle of entropy. Therefore, it is necessary to study about elaborate rules and universal laws of entropy, to analysis and criticize contemporary arts.This research is accomplished by both sides, productive side and receptive side of works. Chapter 3, it's about 'order and disorder of the entropy' in consciousness and creation of artist by productive side. In chapter 4, it's argued by a viewpoint of receptive aesthetics, the relationship between entropy and uncertainness or surplus. Increase of entropy is characteristic of varieties, technique of defamiliarization, catabolism, complexity and formative equilibrium in receptive side of works. In productive side of works, it is characteristic of multilateral interpretation, multivocal and ambiguousnes. 오늘날 조형예술은 양식과 유형을 구분할 수 없을 정도로 혼돈과 무질서의 양상을 보이고 있다. 이러한 현상에 대하여 엔트로피의 법칙에 빗대어 흔히들 말하고 있는데, 대부분 엔트로피의 일반적 원리에 의한 비유적 표현에 지나지 못하고 있다. 현대의 조형예술을 분석하고 비평하기 위해서는 엔트로피의 정교한 법칙과 우주적 원리를 함께 고찰하여 볼 필요가 있다.본 연구는 현대 조형예술의 생산적 측면과, 수용적 측면에서의 엔트로피 원리를 고찰해 보았는데, 3장에서는 생산적 측면에서 작가의 의식과 창작에 관하여 질서와 무질서에 관한 엔트로피의 법칙을 논하였으며, 4장에서는 수용미학적(受容美學的) 관점에서 작품의 미정성(未定性)과 잉여성(剩餘性)을 논하는 데에 있어 엔트로피의 관계를 분석하였다. 엔트로피의 증가는 작품의 생산적 측면에서 정보의 다양성, 생소화의 수법, 이화작용, 복합성, 조형적 평형 등의 양상을 보이며 수용적 측면에서 보면 다변적 해석, 다의성, 애매성 등의 양상을 보이고 있다.
