Correlation Functions at the Generic Superfluid-Insulator Transition in Two Dimensions

We have investigated the correlation functions of interacting bosons at the generic super°uid- insulator transition, a prototypical quantum phase transition, in two dimensions in the spherical limit. The spatial correlation functions show non-power-law behavior consisting of two parts: a short-range correlation due to particle-hole pair excitations and a long-range o-diagonal order due to single-particle condensation. The temporal correlation functions, on the other hand, show a power-law behavior.

The aim of this study is to present the design methods about manifold location being installed and size and to draw out the proper piping size as comparing the fluctuation of discharge with manifold size and residence size through the piping network analysis, when using the same faucet in accordance. The findings are summarized as follows, 1) an appropriate header main body pipe diameter was deemed to be $32{\sim}50\;mm$. 2) the research presented design measures for the application of appropriate water supply inlet pipe diameters according to residential buildings with various sizes. 3) the header direct branch piping method is ideal for small and medium-sized residential complexes, and the header branching and semi header methods are deemed to be more favorable for large residential complexes. 4) this study offered design measures for appropriate header system main body pipe diameters, water supply inlet pipe diameters, header system piping methods, application methods for functional auxiliary equipment units, and header system installation spaces and location.

The current understanding of the superconductor-insulator transition of homogeneously-disordered thin films, a prototype of the interplay between superconductivity and disorder, is discussed from the point of view of a quantum phase transition. The transition has been investigated primarily through measurements of the transport properties in response to changes in various external parameters,and typically, a zero-temperature separatrix has been observed as a signature of a continuous phase transition. After reviewing experimental studies, we briefly discuss scaling theories, followed by theoretical scenarios, for quantum phase transitions. Questions relating to the nature of the insulating region and some central problems that remain unsolved in spite of the intensive studies in last 25 years are then discussed. 불규칙성이 균일하게 분포하는 얇은 막에서 일어나는 초전도체-절연체상전이는 초전도성과 불규칙성이 얽혀 있는 전형을 보여 주는데, 이를양자상전이의 관점에서 논의한다. 이 현상은 외부 파라미터에 따라 수송성질이 어떻게 달라지는지를 측정함으로써 관찰되었는데, 그 특징은절대온도 0도에서 두 가지 상을 나누는 상전이 점이 나타나는 것이다. 우리는 먼저 실험적인 연구들에 대해 살펴보고, 이를 이해하기 위한 축척이론에 대해 간단히 정리한 후, 초전도체-절연체 양자상전이를 나타내는이론에 대해 살펴본다. 또한 절연체의 본질과 관련된 문제와 과거 25여년동안 집중적인 연구에도 불구하고 풀리지 않는 핵심적인 문제들에 대해논의한다.
