Pulsed Nd: YAG 레이저 照射時 乳前齒의 칼슘 容出量과 電子顯微鏡的 硏究

The purpose of thus study was to determine the optimum drange of laser energy density to the tooth surface of sound deciduous incisors when they are irradiated by pulsed Nd : YAG laser. Laser impacts were made at energy density of 30, 40, 50 J/㎠ on the enamel & dentin surface. The auther had investigated the tooth surface with a Scanning Electron Microscope, examined the amount of calcium released from the enamel & dentin surface into 37% phosphoric acid with ICP-AES(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emmision Spectroscopy). The obtained results were as follows : 1. It was seen obstruction of dentinal tubules after decalcified dentin surface of deciduous incisor irradiated with energy density 40 J/㎠. 2. It was seen fused etching surface after decalcified enamel surface of deciduous incisor incsor irradiated with energy density 40 J/㎠. 3. The amount of released Ca. was the smallest at 40 J/㎠. The amount of released Ca. between experimental group and control group was significant and the rate was enamel : 0.43, dentin : 0.53, when substance was decalcified for one minute (P<0.01).

목 적 : Retinoid-related orphan receptor A (RORA) 유전자가 일주기리듬의 조절에 영향을 미친다는 사실이 알려져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 RORA 유전자다형성과 일중선호도의 연관성을 한국인 젊은 성인을 대상으로 분석하였다. 방 법 : 광고를 통해 모집한 504명의 젊은 성인이 최종적으로 대상에 포함되었다. 모든 대상은 13문항 composite scale for morningness (CSM)를 작성하였다. RORA rs11071547 단일염기다형성은 PCR 기반한 실험 방법을 통하여 분석하였다. 결 과 : CSM 점수결과 일중선호도는 RORA rs11071547 SNP의 유전자형과 대립유전자 보유여부에 따라 차이를 보이지 않았다. 결 론 : 이러한 연구결과는 RORA rs11071547 SNP가 일중선호도에 중요한 역할을 하지 않을 가능성을 보여준다. Objectives: The retinoid-related orphan receptor A (RORA) gene has been reported to have an impact on circadian rhythm regulation. In this study, we analyzed the relationship between the RORA gene polymorphism and diurnal preference in Korean young adults. Methods: A population of 504 young adults was included in the study. All subjects were given and completed a 13-item composite scale for morningness (CSM). The RORA gene rs11071547 single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) was genotyped by PCR-based methods. Results: CSM score was not associated with genotype or allele carrier status of the RORA rs11071547 SNP. Conclusion: This result indicates that the RORA rs11071547 SNP does not play a role in diurnal preference.

Amelogenensis imperfecta that affects the enamel of both the primary and permanent dentition is generally accepted as a hereditary defect. The anomaly occurs in the general population in the range of 1 in 14,000 to 1 in 16,000 and has a wide range of clinical appearance. At least three different clinical variation of amelogenesis imperfecta are observed : the hypocalcified type, the hypomaturation type, and the hypoplastic type. 8 years old male is refered to the Dept of Pedodontics, Collage of Dentistry, Chonbuk National University due to crown discoloration of maxillary central incisors. The treatment depends on its severity and the demands of esthetic improvement. In this case, full covering composite resin restorations make for the management of the esthetic problem, and s.s.crown made for the posterior teeth.
