In case of the construction equipment using by the military camp, such equipments are different from those equipments using at general construction site, of which muffler(silencer) is attached at the passenger seat side, since such equipments are obsoleted, it is great part that a considerably loud noises are continuously diffusing. When working, such noise can be influenced a lot of effects to those working soldiers nearby the equipment, and though it is really terrible loud noise as much as can arise a civil complaints by neighboring civilians, but because its specialty of the military, it is real state that there are many difficulties in establishing an effective soundproof countermeasure due to study shortage and lack of the relevant material regarding to military construction equipment. Accordingly, this study has ever grasped the characteristics of noise by its each frequencies and by distances about those 9 kinds of construction equipments using chiefly by the military camp. As the result, it was known that the military construction equipment is generating the loud noise which can influence bad effect to the workers, and such high sound pressure level of low frequency band can harm even to far distance.

Recently, the high-rise building has been constructed competitively because it is symbol of the national competitive power including the technical power. The higher buildings are getting, the more important building mechanical systems are. So, the building mechanical systems are getting developed. Among the building mechanical systems, the sanitary system is basically necessary in order to maintain the building hygienically along with convenience and safety. This study has been investigated for various cases of high-rise building plumbing system. As a result, a variety of zoning method has been applied to most skyscrapers depending on the building height in the building mechanical system. And a variety of joint have been applied to minimize the Shortening and Sway. Also, the drainage in same uses has been discharged outside of a build through the one vertical pipe line. And airing system has been used like Individual Vent Pipe·Yoke Vent Pipe·Stack Vent Pipe·Loop Vent Pipe·Relief Vent Pipe method. It is sure that this study could be used as the high-rise building design

Recently, owing to improvement of the consciousness level, it is current actual state that construction of the small-scaled multipurpose hall is on increasing, at where various cultural events could be held. The multipurpose hall, in view of its characteristics, is on emphasizing the definition of sound when various cultural event such as drama and concert are performed, also since the repletion or abundance of sound are simultaneously requiring, a sufficient examination and plan with regard to architectural acoustics design are essential. Nevertheless. since the most of multipurpose hall had ever been designed and constructed regardless of the acoustic element, many problem points are generating, and because the small-scaled multipurpose hall, the subject of this study, also has ever used the finishing material of strong sound-absorbing character recklessly. there was also occurred some problem likely as the diffusion and reflection of sound were not made properly. Therefore, in case of the subject small-scaled multipurpose hall, in order to solve such acoustic defect though there installed the diffuser on the surface of wall, as it has been constructed without reflection of an examination on architectural acoustics design, it is the actual condition that the effect is not verified. On such viewpoint, this study intended to grasp the effect of acoustic performance with the object of the small-scaled multipurpose hall that attempted for betterment of the acoustic defect. by comparison with the surveyed acoustic characteristics between "Before-Improvement" and "After-Improvement". It is judged that such research result could be utilized as useful material at the time when the acoustic design and improvement of other resembled small-scaled multipurpose hall hereafter.

The architectural, facility makes the housing environment more pleasant, while too much noise coming from machinery room is detrimental to the workers physically and mentally. Therefore, more sound insulation and sound proof policies are increasingly required. However, as the annoyance caused by facility noise is influenced by various human listening characteristics as well as physical characteristics such as sound pressure level, it requires subjective evaluation characteristics through acoustic-psychological approach. For this purpose, the facility noise in the machinery room was actually measured and analyzed in the field to understand physical characteristics, and the correlation between physical evaluation value and psychological response value through listening test. Further, this study aims at presenting the data to set the standards of 'Just noticeable difference' of the facility noise together with reasonable evaluation with psychological reaction, through the grading of facility noise using trend formula. In the result, 13 stages of physical properties were forecasted for each evaluation method, together with 'Just noticeable difference' using the grading of architectural facility noise.

According to the development of Industry, although the manpower and productivity were increased by use of many work-machines, but since such work-machines generate the loud noises according to their use-purposes and their dimensions, and are influencing both physical and mental bad effects to those workers. Likewise, in accordance with the rise of their life quality, since worker's desire to a comfortable working environment is also increasing, its seriousness is gradually enlarging as wide as it occupies a considerable portion of the environmental civil appeal. However, our domestic regulation standard at present is at 90㏈(A), to which there have been some indication pointing out it was located at too high level. Accordingly, in order to institute the standard of the working environmental noise suitable to our local real situation as well as its grading plan, this Study has recorded 31 units of the work-machine noise as its fundamental research step, thence tried to present the minimum standard of work-machine noise and the grading model, through Psycho-acoustics experiment.

Recently constructing structure is designing on the basis of optimized architectural plan through reflection of design element by eco-friendly design and environmental simulation. Among them, as for the field of architectural sound, by means of induction the acoustic designing technique using computer simulation, and presuppose acoustic performance of the hall from the time of designing stage, thence the inside finishing material, its form, the interior element and so on are deciding thereat. In case of P performance hall, the subject of this study, in view of its use purpose, it has the characteristics that should be utilized as the space for multipurpose use where the lecture-element and musical element are well mixed. Accordingly, in case of the multipurpose hall containing above-mentioned characteristics, for the sake of its characteristics, since it is emphasizing definition of sound, also requires the repletion or abundance of sound, it can be said that a sufficient examination and plan about the acoustic element are essential as from the designing step. On such point of view, this study has conducted an evaluation on architectural acoustics performance using computer simulation. As the result of simulation, after grasp various acoustic defect that found in the original design plan, this study has presented a betterment plan for construction a hall that will contain the optimized acoustic condition. It is deemed that such data could be utilized as the useful material when design architectural sound of the similar multipurpose hall in the future.
