개인중심계획을 활용한 포괄적 건강증진 프로그램이 비만 지적장애 학생의 신체변화 및 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 비만 지적장애 학생들의 체중감량과 건강관리 역량을 강화하기 위해 개인중심계획을 활용한 포괄적 건강증진프로그램이 비만 지적장애 학생의 신체변화와 자기효능감에 미친 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 5명의 연구 참여 학생들에게 8주 간 개인중심계획을 활용한 포괄적 건강증진프로그램을 수행하고 사전사후 측정을 통해 변화를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 중재는 복합운동 프로그램, 건강교육 프로그램, 영양교육 및 식이요법 프로그램, 개인중심계획 회의, 및 개인중심계획 개인별 지원의 5가지 영역으로 구성된 포괄적 중재로 이루어졌다. 신체변화 측정 결과, 체중은 평균 0.36kg 감소, 체지방률은 평균 0.7% 감소되었으며, 근육량은 평균 0.3kg 향상되었다. 자기효능감 사전사후 측정 결과, 신체활동 자기효능감은 통계적 유의성은 없었으나 평균 3.6점 향상되었다. 식이 자기효능감은 평균 11점이 향상되었으며, 통계적으로도 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 결과에 대한 논의와 제한점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다. This study was conducted to examine the effects of comprehensive health promotion programs using the person-centered planning on the physical changes and self-efficacy of obese students with intellectual disabilities, to strengthen their weight loss and health care capabilities. For this, researchers conducted an eight-week comprehensive health promotion program using the person-centered planning to five obese students with intellectual disabilities participating in the study and examined the changes through pre-post measurement. The intervention of this study was made up of comprehensive intervention consisting of five areas: combined exercise program, health education program, nutrition and diet education program, person-centered planning meetings, and person-centered planning based individual support. As a result of the intervention, comprehensive health promotion programs using the person-centered planning, the weight decreased by 0.36 kg on average, the body fat rate decreased by 0.7% on average, and the muscle mass improved by 0.3 kg on average. As a result of the pre-post measure of self-efficacy, the self-efficacy of physical activity improved by an average of 3.6 points, although there was no statistical significance. The dietary self-efficacy improved by an average of 11 points and was also statistically significant. Finally, discussions on the results of this study and limitations were provided and suggestions for the follow-up research were made.

The subframe has been generally manufactured by using stamped steel material. Recently, automotive designers are considering aluminum as lightweight material. This paper describes the development process of an aluminum subframe which is made by high level vacuum die casting process, which is beneficial for minimizing gas contents and material properties. The weight of manufactured subframe is reduced by 4kg with the comparison of steel subframe. The aluminum subframe is packaged for the current vehicle layout and the imposed requirement is to attain a better structural performance that is evaluated in terms of mounting stiffness, noise and vibration, and endurance performance. The NVH evaluation results show that sound level is decreased by 8dB with the help of high roll-rod mounting stiffness as well as high structural modes.
