대기경계층 난류유동의 Large Eddy Simulation 해석기법의 알고리즘에 관한 연구

LES(Large eddy simulation) is an intermediate technique between the direct simulation of turbulent flows and the solution of the Reynold-averaged equations. The method is initiated by the introduction of a filtering operation which seperates the large-scale and small scale structures. The large scales are computed explicitly, whereas the small scale necessarily are modeled. In this study, a LES model used three-dimensional incompressible Navier-Stokes equation is calculated for the numerical simulation of turbulent flow in the PBL. Instantaneous and detailed flow of velocity component war obtain with LES and horizontal mean vertical profile of potential temperature was indicated typical profile in the PBL.

A congenital double ureter with megaureter is of interest because of its rarity and difficulty in diagnosis. This one year old female was admitted with the chief problems of high fever, marked 'abdominal distension and vomiting for five days duration. After confirming the diagnosis by exploratory laparotomy, a nephroureterectomy of the left side was performed. The pathological findings showed a chronic nonspecific inflammation with marked congestion and cystic dilatation of the left kidney and megaureter. We presented a case of congenital double ureter with megaureter and. reviewed the literatures.

Sarcoma botryoides is very rare polypaid, grapelike malignant neoplasm of mesenchymal origin in infants and children. In Korea, 4 cases have been reported. A case of sarcoma botryoides found in an 3 & 2/12 year old female has been presented. About 3 months ago, the patient suffered from small polypoid mass protruding from the vagina. We did the biopsy from the tumor, which showed embryonal botryoides type in the pathological finding, and have reviewed the literature.

The solution of hyperbolic equation with wave nature has sharp discontinuties in the medium at the wave front. Difficulties encounted in the numrtical solution of such problem in clude among oth-ers numerical oscillation and the representation of sharp discontinuities with good resolution at the wave front. In this work inviscid Burgers equation and modified heat conduction equation is intro-duced as hyperboic equation. These equations are caculated by numerical methods(explicit method MacCormack method Total Variation Diminishing(TVD) method) along various Courant numbers and numerical solutions are compared with the exact analytic solution. For inviscid Burgers equa-tion TVD method remains stable and produces high resolution at sharp wave front but for modified heat Conduction equation MacCormack method is recommmanded as numerical technique.

In most countries road bridges are subjected to increasingly heavy freight traffic with a number of exceptional truck loads. This has made it necessary to devote particular attention to the dynamic beavior and dynamic property of bridges, which is a vital process in the decision-making for maintenance, repair, strengthening, or evenreplacement of existing road bridges. However, most countries including Korea do not have a comprehensive rating system or rating code. Furthermore, the current methods of rating of road bridges are dependent on the conventional design concepts and the safety parameters of the current bridge design codes. This study is carried out in order to measure dynamic response of arch bridge by dynamic loading test and investigate dynamic properties-natural frequency, mode shape, impact factor, damping ratio, DAF-of bridge by response analysis. From this study, It is estimated that dynamic behavior and the degree of old, damages of arch bridge.
