건설기계의 에너지 효율 제고를 위한 비-하이브리드 신기술에 관한 리뷰

New non-hybrid approaches to improve energy efficiency of construction machineries are reviewed in this paper. Hydraulic systems are classified into four classes according to Backé’s classification and commercially promising new technologies are carefully chosen in each class. IMV, 3-Line CPR, Closed Circuit Displacement Control of Differential Cylinder, and Throttle-less Secondary Control are chosen as representative non-hybrid new technologies. Key principle of each technology is explained and representative references which run through each technology are selected. Advantages and weaknesses of each technology are discussed and compared from the view point of construction machinery manufacturers.

This paper describes the friction surface modification which has been successfully developed with the friction stir welding recently There are several problems including just position control and backlash in conventional friction surface modification system. Therefore it has been developed the friction surface modification system which has been controlled precisely both position and force by driving hydraulic cylinder in this paper. The mechtrode rotation speed(N) and feeding speed(Vz), travel speed(Vx,y) are of critical importance for the width and thickness of the coating in friction surfacing process. But there is no theoretical method of determining interrelations between process parameters affect the coating width and thickness. As a result of DOE(design of experiment) with developed system, the coating thickness and width seemed to decrease according to increase the mechtrode rotation speed(N) and traveling speed(Vx,y), to decrease feeding speed(Vz) apparently. However as the result of regression analysis the main effect was only the mechtrode rotation speed in the coating thickness.

비선형 미분방정식으로부터 TSK(Takagi-Sugeno-Kang) 퍼지모델을 유도하는 것은 퍼지 제어의 이론분야에서는 매우 중요한 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 off-equilibrium에서 상수항을 가지는 부분 미분 방정식을 배제시키는 방법을 제안한다. 이는 전건부의 언어적 표현이 삼각형 소속함수들을 가지는 기본적인 TSK 퍼지모델에서 체계적으로 유도되어진다. 그리고 유도된 TSK 퍼지모델의 전건부 소속함수들은 GA(Genetic Algorithm)를 이용하여 최적화함으로써 실제 미분방정식에 근사화한다. 아울러 이상의 제안된 방법의 우수성을 모의실험을 통하여 검증한다. Derivation of TSK fuzzy model from nonlinear differential equation is a fundamental issue in the field of theoretical fuzzy control. The method which does not yield affine local differential equations at off-equilibrium points is proposed in this paper. A prototype TSK fuzzy model which has triangular membership functions for linguistic terms of the antecedent part is derived systematically. And then GA is used to modify the membership functions optimally. Simulation results show the validity of the proposed method.

협동 로보트에 관한 두개의 고유치문제가 한개의 일차 구속조건과 또 하나의 이차 구속조건을 갖는 이차 최적화 문제로 부터 유도되었다. 이 두개의 고유치 문제들은 협동로보트의 구조적 특성을 해석하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. Invariant해를 보장하는 가중행렬(weighting matrix)에 따른 고유치문제의 해를 조사함으로써 협동 로보트의 구조적 특성이 분석되었다. 그 결과 wrench-compliant axis, 이차 목적함수의 구형장(spherical field) 및 타원형 장(ellipsoidal field)등의 중요한 특성이 새롭게 밝혀졌다.

The anemometer is one of the sensors that can measure the aircraft speed. This paper describes that the development of the system for measuring the aircraft speed for low-speed, low-height using anemometer. This system can compensate in order to the linearized zone for measuring aircraft speed. The wind tunnel test has been carried out with the hardware of the constand current anemometer and constand temperature anemometer using wheaston bridge circuit. The control Algorithm which selects the data for a linearized zome in a wide range of the wind speeds has been adopted. The system were formed and tested by introducing the mixed algorithmic approach used constant current circuit and constant temperature circuit in order to measure the aircraft speed in a wide range of the wind speed.
ER유체를 이용한 현가장치 시스템의 성능에 관한 실험적 연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate the electrorheological(ER) fluid damper and semi-active control laws for their use in the vehicle's suspension control application. The increasing demand for safety and ride comfort has led to the development of actively or semi-actively controlled suspension in ground vehicles such as automobiles. This study experimentally shows that the proper semi-active control laws allow an ER fluid damper, which can undergo significant instantaneous reversible changes in damping characteristics when subjected to electric fields, to provide good control performance. The test rig used in this study is a quarter car model, including a sprung mass, an unsprung mass and two springs, excited by a hydraulic servo actuator. An ER fluid damper is used to control vibrations generated by the exciter in the quarter car model. From the results, it is shown that better control performance in terms of acceleration and displacement reduction is accomplished with semi-active control laws.
