인문,사회과학편 : 여가제약 수준에 따른 여가제약 협상전략 적용

본 연구는 여가제약 수준에 따른 여가제약 협상전략의 적용이 어떻게 변화하는가를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 여가제약과 여가제약 협상 간의 관계를 규명한 선행연구에서 두 변인의 인과관계는 정적, 부적 그리고 무영향의 다양한 인과관계를 나타내고 있다. 이에 왜 서로 상이한 연구결과들이 나타났으며, 여가제약과 여가제약 협상전략 간에는 구체적으로 어떠한 인과관계가 있는가를 규명할 필요성이 제기되었다. 이를 규명하기 위해 여가제약 수준에 따라서 여가제약이 여가제약협상전략에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 표집은 무선집락표집법을 이용하여 신체적 여가활동에 참여하고 있는 대학생 총 697명을 표집하여 설문조사 하였다. 수집된 자료는 여가제약수준 분류를 위한 K-평균 군집분석과 여가제약이 협상전략에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 단순회귀분석에 투입되었다. 분석결과, 여가제약수준에 따라 세 집단으로 분류되었다. 각 집단의 여가제약과 여가협상 전략의 회귀분석결과 여가제약 수준이 낮은 집단과 보통인 집단에서 여가제약은 협상전략에 부적인 영향을 미치고 있었으나 반면, 여가제약 수준이 높은 집단에서 여가제약은 협상전략에 강한 정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 여가제약수준이 보통 이하인 집단에서는 여가제약이 증가함에 따라 협상전략의 수용정도가 감소하며, 여가제약수준이 높은 집단일수록 여가제약이 증가함에 따라 이를 극복하려는 협상전략의 수용정도가 높아진다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 결과는 선행연구의 상이한 결과에 대한 이유를 제시해주는 중요한 연구결과라 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate how leisure constraint negotiation is changed on the basis of the level of leisure constraint. There were three different relationships between leisure constraint and leisure constraint negotiation which were a positive, negative, and non-significant relationship. A strong need to investigate why these different results were presented appeared. To achieve the purpose, the effects of leisure constraint on leisure constraint negotiation based on the level of leisure constraint was examined. A total of 697 college students participating in physically leisure activities were selected using the random cluster sampling method. To divide entire samples into three groups, a K-means cluster analysis was employed and a simple regression analysis was utilized to figure out the effects of leisure constraint on negotiation. As the results, in two groups with the low and middle levels of leisure constraint, leisure constraint had a negative effects on leisure constraint negotiation, while in the group with the high level of leisure constraint, leisure constraint had a positive effects on negotiation. In other words, groups with low and middle leisure constraint are likely to passively employ the negotiation strategies, whereas group with high leisure constraint is likely to actively use the negotiation strategies.

이 연구는 운동부에서 일어나는 구타 실태를 알아보고, 이를 바탕으로 구타 근절대책을 수립하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 조사는 2010년 현재 대한체육회에 등록된 전국 초·중·고 및 대학·일반 운동선수와 지도자 및 학부모를 모집단으로 선정하였다. 등록선수 수와 비율, 성별 및 종목(개인/단체)을 고려하여 총 2,041명(운동선수 1,734명, 지도자 202명, 학부모 105명)의 설문지를 분석하였다. 최종으로 수집된 설문지 자료의 항목별 단순 빈도 표와 백분율을 계산하기 위해 SPSS(Version 17.0) 프로그램을 이용하여 기술하였다. 본 연구의 내용은 첫째, 과거 구타와 최근 구타 경험과의 비교를 바탕으로 운동선수 구타 실태를 파악해 보았고, 둘째, 운동선수, 지도자, 학부모 등 운동부 관계자들의 인식 및 태도를 바탕으로 구타가 반복되는 원인을 분석해 보았으며, 마지막으로 각 주체들이 인식하고 있는 구타 근절 대책을 제시하였다. 운동선수 구타는 선수 개인만의 문제가 아니라 학교, 가정, 지역사회, 정부 등 여러 가지 요소가 결합되어 나타나는 복합적인 문제이다. 따라서 구타 예방을 위해서는 그 동안 지향되어온 단편적인 시각에서 탈피하여 운동부 주체들을 모두 포괄할 수 있는 다각적인 방법을 동원한 대책수립이 모색되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual condition of athletes' experiences on physical violence and suggest alternatives to eradicate physical violence in sports. To achieve this purpose, all athletes except professionals, coaches, athlete's parents were targeted and finally a total of 2,041 respondents(1, 734 athletes, 202 coaches, 105 parents) were selected to conduct this study. The gathered data were examined by frequency analysis using SPSS(Version 17.0). The main topics of this study were as follows. Firstly, this study identified the actual condition of physical violence among athletes based on the comparison of past and recent experiences. Secondly, this study reviewed the causes of athletes' experiences on physical violence through analyzing the perception and attitude of athletes, coaches and parents. Finally, it proposed some suggestions to solve the physical violence in sports. Physical violence in sports is a complicated issue that combines various elements, such as personal characteristics, homes, school, and the local community. Therefore, it is important that solutions for the prevention of violence must be multifaceted, including all stakeholders.
