        뇌졸중환자의 일상생활 수행수준과 가족원의 스트레스

        The purpose of this study was to explore the degree of stress in caregivers caring for CVA patients and the level of daily living performance of CVA patients. The subjects for the study were caregivers of 112 CVA patients who enter a hospital or out-patient-department (OPD) at two Oriental medical hospital in Jeonbuk province. The survey instruments used in this study were Kang's ADL check list for daily living performance of patients and Choi's 4 sore scale for stress of caregivers. The survey was conducted from July 4th to August 30th in 1999. The survey results were analyzed with the Statistical Package for Social Science(SPSS) program and can be summarized as follows: 1. The level of daily living performance for the CVA patients was: 1) complete dependence (M=14.9, 13.1%), 2) complete independence (M=23.6, 20.9%), 3) incomplete independence (M=23.9, 21.0%), 4) incomplete dependence (M=26.6, 25%), 5) dependence and independence (M=23.0, 20.0%). The items for with there was a high level daily living performance were: 1) drinking (M=3.62), 2) eating(M=3.25). 3) position returning (M=3.18) : and the items for which there was a low level of daily living performance were: 1) ascending and descending stairs (M=2.08), 2) walking (M=2.47), 3) dressing and undressing trousers (M=2.55). 2. Degree of caregiver stress was: Mean=2.39 at 40 score. The items for which was a high level caregiver stress were: 1) medical fee (M=3.25), 2) being handicapped or recurrence (M=3.02) : and the items for which there was a low level of caregiver stress were: 1) discontinuity of patient's treatment (M = 1.98). 2) change of home atmosphere caused by patient's disease (M = 1.98), 3) desire of patient's knowing about disease (M= 1.99). 3. There was statistically significant difference in the degree of caregiver stress according to the following caregiver's demographic characteristics: education level (F=3.52, P=0.03). change of caregiver (F=5.41. P=0.02). 4. There was a statistically signifiant difference in the level of daily living performance according to the CVA patients demographic characteristics: patient's paralytic status (F=4.48, P=0.01), duration of disease (t=2.76, P=0.03). 5. There was significant difference in degree of caregiver stress according to the CVA patient's demographic characteristics: CVA status (F=4.75, P=0.01). 6. There was statistically significant difference in the degree of caregiver stress according to the level of daily living performance in CVA patients(r=-0.482, P<0.00).

        시니어에어로빅스에 참여한 여성노인의 신체적 자기개념과 심리적 웰빙감에 관한 연구

        The purpose of study was to examine the physical self-conception and psychological well-being of elderly women participating in senior aerobics. The subjects of this study were 193 people in the elderly welfare center and seniors participating in senior aerobics in the northern part of Gyeongido (Uijeongbu, Yangju, Dongducheon, Pocheon). The survey tool used the physical self-concept scale developed by Kim Byung-Joon(2001) and the psychological well-being scale developed by Hwang Young-Joon(2009) as a questionnaire. The 5-point Likert scale was used. The collected data were analyzed by One-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows ; First, there was no difference in age, physical self-concept and psychological well-being according to general characteristics(age, exercise duration, frequency, intensity). Second, the correlation between physical self-concept and psychological well-being was positively correlated. Third, physical self-concept is related to psychological well-being. Among the sub-factors of physical self-concept, appearance and overall physical factors influenced sub-factors of psychological well-being. The physical self-concept of elderly women who participated in senior aerobics partially affected psychological well-being.

        한국 항공사의 서비스품질 및 가치와 고객만족 및 고객충성도와의 인과관계 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of service value of regular airlines and low cost carriers in South Korea. Based on the determinants, this study also suggests the differentiated service management strategy to obtain competitive advantages for low cost carriers. The results show that service quality and process factors, which determine the service value, were different between regular and low cost airlines. In case of regular airlines, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy influence the service value, while boarding procedure affects the service value among service process factors. In contrast, tangibles and assurance influence the service value in low cost carriers.

        정신간호사 이미지 측정도구의 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증

        Purpose: This study was done to verify the validity and reliability of a Psychiatric Nurses`` Image Scale (PSYNIS) for Korean psychiatric and mental health nurses. Methods: A methodological study design was used with an exploratory factor analysis, Pearson``s correlation, and a fitness of the modified mode for validity. Cronbach``s α coefficients and an alternative-form method for reliability were used. Psychiatric Nurses`` Image Scale (PSYNIS) was tested with 345 psychiatric and mental health nurses, residing in G city, J city, and J province. Data were collected from Jun. 1 to Aug. 2, 2012. Responses were obtained from respondents through self reports method and each item had a possible score of 5. Collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 and LISREL 8.54 programs. Results: The 28 items making up the instrument were classified into the following 4 factors: ``Professionalism``, ``Activism``, ``Coordination competence``, and ``Personalism``. These factors explained 63.2% of the total variance. Fitness of the modified mode was good (x2= 1052.30, RMSEA=.05, GFI=.90, AGFI=.86, NFI=.97, and CFI=.98). The reliability of the PSYNIS was .95 (Cronbach``s α). Conclusion: Results of the present study suggest that the PSYNIS is useful for efficiently evaluation of the image of psychiatric nurses.

        정신간호사의 정신간호사 이미지와 직무만족도 및 자기표현의 상관관계

        Purpose: This study was done to investigate the relation between psychiatric nurse image, job satisfaction and assertiveness of psychiatric mental health nurses. Methods: The participants for this study were 159 psychiatric nurses in G-city and J-province. The instruments were the Psychiatric Nurses Image Scale, Job Satisfaction Scale, and Assertiveness Scale. Collected data were analyzed using mean, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson`` correlation coefficients with the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. Results: Mean scores for psychiatric nurse image, job satisfaction, and assertiveness, were 3.9±0.5 and 3.3±0.4 and 93.5±12.0 respectively. Significant positive correlations were found between psychiatric nurse image and job satisfaction (r=.51, p<.001), and assertiveness (r=.25, p=.002). Conclusion: The result indicate that nurses with higher levels of psychiatric nurses image disposition exhibit positive job satisfaction, and assertiveness. Therefore it would be helpful to provide intervention programs to improve the psychiatric nurse image, job satisfaction, and assertiveness of psychiatric nurses.

        특수체육지도자 양성을 위한 특수체육교육(학)과 학생들의 전공교과과정 만족도와 개선방안에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 특수체육지도자 양성을 위한 특수체육교육(학)과 학생들의 전공교과과정 만족도를 분석하고 학생들이 지적하는 문제점과 개선방안을 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 1학년을 제외한 197명의 특수체육교육(학)과 학생들이다. 본 연구는 특수체육 교육(학)과 재학생들의 전공교과과목에 대한 만족도를 분석하기 위해 김재승(2002)의 체육계열학생들의 전공유형과 전공만족의 관계를 분석한 설문지 중 교과과목 만족도에 대한 문항과 교과과정의 문제점과 개선방안을 알아보기 위해 11개 한국 특수체육교육(학)과 전공교과목과 미국의 특수체육국가공인자격증 시험과목(APENS), California 11개 특수체육 자격프로그램에 필요한 과목을 비교 분석하였으며, 김준희(1993)의 사회체육과 교육과정 개선을 위한 설문지를 참고하여 연구자가 직접 제작하였다. 본 연구의 자료처리는 빈도분석(frequency Analysis), 독립표본 t검증(t-test), 교차분석(χ2-test)으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 학생들의 전공에 따른 전공교과과정에 대한 만족도는 `보통`이 가장 많았고. 전공별로는 특수체육학과 학생이 특수체육교육과 학생보다 높았다. 둘째, 문제점은 졸업 후 사회진출과 연관된 실무과목들이 부족하다는 의견이 가장 높았고, 다음으로는 이론과목이 세분화되지 않아 전문성이 부족하다고 나타났다. 셋째, 개선방안으로 `졸업 후 폭넓은 진로 및 취업을 위한 교과과정 마련해야 한다`는 의견이 가장 높았고, 다음으로 `다양한 실기 및 실습과목의 마련해야 한다`는 의견 순으로 나타났다. 기타의견으로는 프로그램 개발을 위한 수업과 통합체육과 관련한 수업이 필요하다고 나타났다. 넷째, 개선방안을 위한 교과과정 구성도는 이론: 실기의 비율이 60:40으로 가장 높았다. 필수이론과목은 재활스포츠의학(스포츠의학), 특수교육학(특수교육개론), 특수체육지도법, 운동생리학(특수체육생리학), 특수학급운영(특수학급체육경영) 과목을 요구하였고, 필수실기과목은 장애인스포츠, 수영지도법 및 실습, 특수체육현장실습, 배구지도법 및 실습, 응급처치 및 인명구조법(상해예방과 응급처치)를 요구하였다. 특수체육교육(학)과의 교과과정에 첨부하고자 하는 과목으로 `장애유형별 특성(건강장애 체육론)`, `특수체육의 연계성`, `교사의 의사소통능력`, `교육현장에서의 유대관계 및 협력체계능력`, 기타의견으로 `통합체육교육`을 요구하였다. The purposes of this study were to analysis the curriculum problems, and improvements and to investigate curricula satisfaction of students majoring in adapted physical activity for training adapted physical activity instructors. The subjects of this study were 197 university students except first grade year. The instrument was the questionnaire used by Jae Seung Kim(2002), Jun Hee Kim(1993) and Soo Kyung Park(1998)`s questionnaire. For statistical analysis of the collected data, the SPSS 13.0 statistical package was used for frequency analysis, independent sample t-test, and chi-square test. The results of the analysis were as follows; First, the students answered that the curriculums are neither good nor bad(37.1%). Curricula satisfaction showed that students of adapted physical activity department was higher level than them of adapted physical education. Second, as the problems of curriculum, the students selected "shortage of subjects connected with the job"(42.1%), they selected "it must plan curriculum for job"(44.2%) as the improvement of curriculum. Third, The curricular component ratio for training adapted physical activity instructors was 60(theory):40(practice). Students wanted curriculum for field education related to job as like Rehabilitation Sports, Special Education, Teaching Methods of APA, Sports for Disabilities, Swimming, Volleyball, Field Experience, emergencycare. They selected additional subjects: `Unique Attributes of Learners`, `Collaboration in Adapted Physical Education`, `Consultation and Staff Development`, `Communication`. `Inclusive Physical Education.`
