        학령기 암 환아의 경험에 대한 질적연구

        The purpose of this research was to understand the structure of the lived experience of a child terminally ill with cancer. The research question was "What is the structure of the experience of a child terminally ill with Cancer?" The sample consisted of 17 children admitted to the Cancer units of two university hospitals in Seoul. The unstructured interview were carried out from January, 1992 through December, 1992. They were audio -recorded and analyzed using Van Kaan's method. There are different views on the causing factors of Cancer. Irregular daily habits, fatigue, weak, physical condition, disease, anger, tension, guilt feeling, air pollution and unhealthy diet are considered to be related factors. The reaction to Cancer can be varied : fear, despair, avoidance, acceptance, apathy, grief, anger, anxiety over medical expense. Over a period of illness, these children experience side effects of medicine, acute pain, loss of appetite, withdrawal of activities, feeling of loneliness or isolation, loss of interest in communication, search for a religion and support from religious leaders. The children with Cancer have observed various changes in family relationships. The expressed desires of these children include health, happy family, possession of desired things, religious expectations, being useful to other people. The nurse, by providing empathetic support, should be a person with whom childrens can express their feelings and share their experiences.

        정신질환자 가족들의 정신질환에 관한 태도 조사연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between family attitude about mental illness and their general characteristics. The subjects for this study were a sample of 120 families selected from psychiatric ward of one university hospital, which is one national hospital in Seoul. Data was collected from July 1th to August 10th in 3980 used by Opinion about Mental Illness Scale (O.M.I.). The materials were analized by S.P.S.S. program. The findings of the study were as follows: A. Families' attitude toward mental illness shown ay this study was more negative compared to those of Korea1 nursing professorss, nurses and nursing students. B. Variables which influence families' attitude about mental illness: 1. There is no significant between general characteristics and authoritarianism. (p> 0.05) 2. Benevolence (Factor B) was found to be significantly related to such variables as religion, eucation levels, existence of mental patient in their an intimate friends. (P < 0.01) Families' attitude about benevolence was mere positive in families who have not relegion or having christion beliefs: haying the higher education levels; not having a mental patient in their an intimate friends. 3. Mental health ideology (Factor C) was found to be significantly related to variable experience of mental illness. (P < 0.01). families' attitude about mental health ideology was more positive in families who had experience of mental illness. 4. Social Restrictiveness (Factor D) was found to be significantly related to variable relationship between families and patients(P<0.01). An intimate friend's attitude about mental health Ideology was mon positive than that of parent and couple. 5. Interpersonal Etiology (Factor E) was found to be significantly related to variable religion (P < 0.05). Families' attitude about interpersonal etiology was more positive in families who have relegion.

        구조적 분석에 근거한 가족간호적용 연구

        The family is foundation where the human being grows to become what he is. The family members share job and pains they are all intertwined together and problems of anyone member influence the whole family system or cause difficulties on others in the system. Therefore we need to keep in mind that when we try to help one individual patient we need to understand the patient as a part of the whole. As of yet, it is hoped that there are more researches available in this area. This study aims to show that unless individual problem is perceived as a symptom of unbalance in the family dynamics, successful treatment would be difficult to achieve. The study will also attempt to relate this hypothesis to family theories in discussing effective intervention of nursing. The method of this research is done : in the following manner. 1. The related theories from literature have been reviewed in an attempt to analyse it's potential effectiveness in practice of nursing. 2. The family systems theory of Minuchin has been examined to evaluate the appropriateness of it's application to practice of nursing in the area of structured family treatment. A case study of a couple who suffer from unbalance in family system has been introduced to examplify a possible application of the Minuchin's theory in effective intervention in family conflicts. A family has been utilized as a way of analysis of this study. A conclusion has been drawen : 1. The family theories reviewed in this study were General system theory, Structural theory, Commanication theory, Bowen theory, Behavior theory and Developmental theory. 2. The concepts of functional and dysfunctional families have been clarified in view of treatment goals. 3. The case study has been analysed with respect to Minuchin's structural theory. It was been found that application of his theory has been effected in bringing about a positive result. (Based on the analysis of this study.) On intervention in nursing practice can be more effective if the practice is administered on the basis of relevant practice theory. The study suggests that more active researches on the applicability of varies family theories to treatment are desirable. Systematic training of professional nursing staff can be more effective. If there is better education of scientific knowledge in conjunction with practical knowledge.

        임신 및 분만에 대한 산모 배우자의 반응과 지지에 대한 조사연구

        This study identified the perception of pregnancy and childbirth on husband of postpartum mother. The purpose was to contribtue knowledge for nursing intervention of teaching the husband how to give emotional support to his wife which positively influenced the mother's postpartum mental state. This descriptive study was conducted during the period from May 9th through June, 15th, 1994. Data were gathered from 52 husbands whose wife admitted to the maternity unit of the universtiy hospital. The finding and suggestions were as follows 1. The respone of pregnancy and childbirth on the husband. It was the sex relationship (21.2%) that the husband felt discomfort during the pregnancy period of his wife. The first feeling on the pregnancy of his wife was happyness(65.4%), ambivalence(34. 6%). The feeling on the pysical change of his wife during the pregnancy period was love (28. 9%) and shame (19.2%). The feeling of husband whose wife is during the delivery process was agitation and anxiety (67.3% ). The feeling of husband for wife who finished childbirth was love and preciousness(34. 6%), "feeling sorry and pity"(21.2%), "greatness"(19.2%). The first feeling for his baby was that of happiness(50.0%), "mystery of life"(21.2%). The felling of his role change as farthr was responsibility and burden (59.6%). The expectation for his wife during the pregnancy and childbirth was healthy delivery and recovery of health. The event that he was stressed during 6 month was pregnancy and childbirth of his wife. 2. Most of husbands didn't have opportunity on the participation in prenatal eduation by husband (86.5%) . Husbands know just a little the knowledge on upbringing of infants (73.0%). Husbando didn't know absolutely about postpartum blues (51.9%). Husbando want to attend the delivery process (86.5%) . 3. The significant others to husband was his wife (50.0%) . The husband's supportive behavior during the pregnancy was housework(44.2%), eotional support(23.1), physical support(21.2%). The husband's supportive behavior after childbirth was saying to her about many thanks for his wife's trouble (59.6%). The nurse, by counseling and provioding prenatal and postnatal education for hushand, should be a person with whom a wife during the pregnancy and childbirth can promote mental health.

        독서치료 수업을 위한 인물 분석 연구 - 이금이의 「너도 하늘말나리야」를 중심으로 -

        This is the study to remedial reading which is meaningful educationally with regard to help child learners who are in various environments to overcome conflicts and problems. The study offers real instruction necessary to learners through the work’s development of plot and understanding of characters selecting suitable works among materials for remedial reading. Remedial reading diagnoses learners’ cognitive, psychological, and emotional condition consulting with learners who are in problematic situation, and also helps them to overcome their mental problem and problematic situation recommending appropriate books to learners. In this study, remedial reading method has form of guidance plan available on actual teaching, suggests a practical example to reading and literature education, and focuses on inducing child learner’s inner change aspect applying stage of cognition, consideration, juxtaposition, and self-application to process of remedial reading with concrete postscript. The educational expectation effect that this study wants to achieve ultimately is first, it can change awareness of family after reading suggested literary works, second, it can adjust and change personality by moving learners through proper reading activity, third, it makes them to realize how to treat friends who are in pain, and fourth, they experience healing effect of correcting wrong perception, and have a attitude that everyone is friends. 본 연구는 다양한 환경에 처한 아동 학습자들에게 갈등과 문제를 극복하도록하는 데에 독서치료가 교육적으로 매우 의미 있다는 관점에서 출발한다. 이를 위해 독서치료를 위한 자료 중 적합한 작품을 선정하여 이 작품의 인물 분석을 통하여 궁극적으로 학습자에게 필요한 지도의 실제를 보이고자 하였다. 독서치료란 문제적 상황에 놓인 학습자와 상담을 하여 학습자의 인지적·심리적·정서적 상태를 진단하고, 학습자에게 적합한 책을 권하여 학습자가 자신의 정신적 문제와 문제적 상황을 극복할 수 있도록 하는 행위이다. 본 연구에서는 독서치료의 방법을 실제 수업에 활용 가능한 지도안의 형태로 구안하여 독서 및 문학교육에 하나의 실례로 제시하였으며, 독서치료의 과정을 인식, 고찰, 병치, 자기적용의 단계로 적용하여 구체적인 발문과 함께 아동 학습자의 내적 변화 양상을 유도하도록 하는 데 초점을 두었다. 본 연구가 궁극적으로 달성하고자 하는 교육적 기대 효과로는 첫째, 제시한 문학 작품을 읽고 가족에 대한 인식을 변화시킬 수 있다는 점, 둘째, 학습자에게 적절한 독서 활동은 학습자를 감동시켜 인격을 조정하고 변화시킬 수 있다는 점, 셋째, 문학 작품을 통해 아픔이 있는 친구를 어떻게 대해야 하는지 깨닫게 한다는 점, 넷째, 문학 작품을 통해 잘못된 인식을 바로잡는 치유 효과를 경험하고 모두가친구라는 태도를 갖게 한다는 점을 들 수 있다.

      • 반항성 장애 아동의 공격적 행동 감소를 위한 미술치료사례 연구

        The purpose of this study is to apply art therapy to the child with oppositional disorder showing aggressive acts and to find out its effect. This child is a five-years-old boy diagnosed as a child with oppositional disorder who lives with his parents and a four-years-old sister and whose mother has a negligent, inconsistent, and threatening attitude toward her children. The art therapy was performed along with consultation with the mother at the art therapy room of welfare institution once a week, 45 minutes for each session, for about ten months. The result is as follows: Art therapy is effective on behaviors of children showing aggressive acts on purpose. After art therapy, his aggressive acts on purpose reduced remarkably. 본 연구는 공격적 행동을 보이는 반항성 장애아동에게 미술치료를 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 대상 아동은 소아정신과에서 반항성 장애로 진단받은 5세 남아였으며, 대상아 어머니로부터 무시되고 위협적이고 일관성 없는 태도로 양육되었다. 미술치료는 어머니와 함께 주 1회 45분씩 10개월 동안 23회기 치료를 실시하였다. 회기별로 아동의 행동관찰 및 부모상담, 그리고 유아용 공격성 검사를 사전 사후에 실시하여 치료효과를 검증하였다. 미술치료는 행동관찰 및 공격성 검사에서도 공격적 행동이 현저히 감소되어 반항성 장애 아동의 공격적 행동에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.
