노년기 개인적 관계적 활동이 행복감에 미치는 영향 : 기본심리욕구의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 노년기 개인적 관계적 참여활동이 행복감으로 이어지는 경로를 노인의 기본심리욕구를 토대로 확인해보는 데 있었다. 온라인 설문을 통해 65세 이상 노년층을 217명을 대상으로 자기개발활동, 적극적 사교활동, 행복감, 기본심리욕구로서 자율성, 유능성, 관계성 정도를 측정하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관분석 결과, 자기개발활동과 적극적 사교활동은 모두 행복감을 긍정적으로 예측하였다. 둘째, 매개분석 결과, 자기개발활동과 행복감 간의 관계는 유능성과 관계성에 의해 매개되었고, 적극적 사교활동과 행복감 간의 관계는 자율성, 유능성, 관계성에 의해 매개되었다. 이 결과는 노년기 개인적 활동은 개인을 유능하게 느끼게 하고 관계욕구를 부족하지 않게 지각하게 하고, 관계적 활동은 개인을 자율적이고 유능하게 지각하게 만들고 관계성을 충족시켜 행복감에 이르게 한다고 해석될 수 있다. 이 결과의 함의와 아울러 본 연구의 한계점과 추후 연구 방향에 대한 제언이 함께 논의되었다. This study aimed to determine the path through which personal and relational participation activities in old age could lead to happiness based on basic psychological needs of older adults. An online survey was conducted on 213 older adults aged 65 years or older regarding their self-development activities, active social interaction, happiness, and basic psychological needs of autonomy, competence, and relatedness. Main analysis results are as follows. First, correlation analysis showed that both self-development activities and active social interaction positively predicted happiness. Second, mediation analysis showed that the relationship between self-development activities and happiness was mediated by competence and relatedness and that the relationship between active social activities and happiness was mediated by autonomy, competence, and relatedness. These results can be interpreted that personal activities in old age can make individuals feel competent and perceive their relationship needs as sufficient, while relational activities make individuals perceive themselves as autonomous and competent with satisfying relationships, leading to a sense of happiness. Finally, implications and limitations of this study and suggestions for future research directions are discussed

Strong versions of $\kappa$-Fr\'{e}chet and $\kappa$-net spaces

We introduce strongly $\kappa$-Fr\'{e}chet and strongly $\kappa$-sequen-tial spaces which are stronger than $\kappa$-Fr\'{e}chet and $\kappa$-net spaces respectively. For convenience, we use the terminology ``$\kappa$-sequential'' instead of ``$\kappa$-net space'', introduced by R.E. Hodel in [5]. And we study some properties and topological operations on such spaces. We also define strictly $\kappa$-Fr\'{e}chet and strictly $\kappa$-sequential spaces which are more stronger than strongly $\kappa$-Fr\'{e}chet and strongly $\kappa$-sequential spaces respectively.

In this paper we present the method that improve alarm security system using the electronic circuits added the emergency lamp by our proposed Algorithms. In conventional method the emergency lamp of warning & alarm system was not executed perfectly its performance because of battery with short life. For improving this problem we, using Peripheral Interface Controller IC, designed the circuit added the emergency lamp for an warning & alarm system and for prevent from stopping the electric current, and compared our proposed method with conventional method. By designing the circuit to stop up over charge we can extend life of battery, use for a stoppage of eletric current in emergency and according to the lightness around. Therefore we are very convenient and profitable in our life. In the future we will study the method to lower the cost of architecture for practical utilization.

In this paper, we strengthen the properties of approxi-mation by points (AP) and weak approximation by points (WAP)considered by A. Pultr and A. Tozzi in 1993 to dene -AP and-WAP for an innite cardinal . We also strengthen the proper-ties of radial and pseudoradial to dene -radial and -pseudoradialfor an innite cardinal . These allow us to consider new cardinalfunctions related to almost closed sets; AP-number, WAP-number,radial number, and pseudoradial number. We study their propertiesand show the relationships between them. We also provide some ex-amples around -AP and -WAP which are closely connected with-radial and -pseudoradial.

변화하는 산업환경에 대비하라: SK텔레콤의 하나로텔레콤 인수

This paper is a case study that analyzes SK Telecom's decision to acquire Hanaro Telecom. The paper shows that SK Telecom acquires Hanaro telecom as a strategic arm to cope with the changing overall industry environment. The trend of 'digital convergence', and the recent deregulation that allows budling of fixed-mobile services and telecom-broadcast services shake up the industry landscapes. To gain sustainable competitive advantage in the changing environment, SK Telecom as a Korea's leading mobile telecom operator acquires Hanaro Telecom, a fixed-line operator, and this takeover accelerates the structural changes in the Korean telecom industry. In this study we discuss the current status of the Korean telecom industry, and assess the strategic implications of SK Telecom acquisition of Hanaro Telecom. In addition, we analyze SK Telecom's business strategies to deal with the shake-out of the telecom industry. 본고는 SK텔레콤의 하나로텔레콤 인수사례를 통해 산업의 환경변화에 대응하기 위한 개별기업의 경영전략에 대해 논의한다. 전 세계적으로 통신서비스산업은 유·무선 및 방송·통신 융합환경으로 급변하고 있으며, 주요 통신서비스 기업들의 사업영역은 점차 통합 서비스 형태로 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 또한 최근 규제당국은 유무선 상품의 결합판매를 허용하였다. 이러 한 환경변화에 대응하기 위해 국내 최대 무선통신사업자인 SK텔레콤은 종합유선통 신업체인 하나로텔레콤의 인수를 추진하였으며, 이는 국내 통신산업의 구조 재편을 가속화시키는 촉매제가 되었다. 본 사례에서는 통신서비스산업의 현황 및 SK텔레콤의 하나로텔레콤 인수의 의의 를 평가하고, 향후 산업재편에 대응하여 경쟁우위를 점하기 위한 SK텔레콤의 전략 에 대해 분석한다.

A Study on the Distributed Control Modeling of Elevator

본 논문은 엘리베이터의 분산 제어 시스템을 수학적으로 모델링 하여 이 모델을 기반으로 미리 정의된 제어 목적 하에서 보다 안정되고 향상된 성능을 보이는 제어 알고리즘을 설계하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또한 승강장 요구 응답 시간 추정과 실제 값을 분석하였다. Recently, buildings are constructed increasingly higher and even more people are using elevators every day. Therefore, more efficient means of vortical transportation are required. Most of high-rise buildings is equipped with elevators. Unlike one elevator system, a multi-elevator system requires a function, which can distribute multiple elevators effectively. This paper examines a multi-elevator system, which has been modeling mathematically, in order to reduce waiting time and use elevators more effectively.

In the automotive information display device industry, products with high reliability and wide temperature conditions are required, and interest in products that do not cause lighting defects even under extremely low temperature conditions is increasing. In this experiment, we produced an LED backlight unit for car navigation in a cryogenic environment. And to make this backlight unit, we used 12 side-emitting white LEDs with 3[W] high power LEDs. This backlight unit emits up to 18,000[nits] at a power consumption of 36[W] and has a startup voltage time of less than 1[ms] at -50° ambient temperature.
