진정성리더십에 대한 언구는 직장에서의 연구가 대부분이다. 온 연구는 셀프리 목적이 일상생활 관계를 살펴보는 것이다 연구의 터십, 자키효능감, 진정성리더섭의에서 진정성리더십때| 셀프리더십과 자기효능감이 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보는 것이기 때문에 연구에 사용된 척도는 셀프리더십 척도, 일반적인 자기효능감 척도, 일 반적인 진정성리더십 척도를 사용하였다. 연구대상은 대한민콕대| 거주하는 25세 이상의 성인으로 하였으며 연령과 성멸을 인구구성비에 맞추어 할당한 300명을 인터넷조 자기효능감을 셀프리더십과 하고 반응잠재변수로 진정성리더십을 진행하였다. 사로 잠재설명변수 또는 잠재매개변수로 설정한 두 카지 구조방정식모형을 검증하였다 검증결과 두 가지 모형 모두 진정성리더십을 설명하기 위한 적합한 모형으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 검증된 연구모형에 대한 토론과 연구의 한계를 설명하였다. Most research on authentic leadership takes place in a work context. The present study explored the relationship between self-leadership, general self-efficacy, and authentic leadership in the context of one`s life in general. Three hundred Korean adults completed an online survey, including measures of general self-efficacy and self-leadership, and a general measure of authentic leadership. Structural equation modelling was used to test two different research models with self-leadership and self-efficacy alternatively acting as a potential explanatory variable or mediator and authentic leadership as the dependent variable. Results showed support for both models, suggesting that self-leadership and general self-efficacy may contribute to authentic leadership in one`s life in general. Limitations of the current study and suggestions for further research are also discussed.
