        Strene / Butadiene / Acrylonitrile 계 무유화제 유화중합

        AN을 친수성 공단량체로 하고, KPS를 개시제로 하여 St/BD의 무유화제 유화중합을 해 본 결과, 전환율 50% 이하에서 Rp의 [AN]^n 및 [KPS]^n에 대한 의존성은 각각 n=1.617-1.050 및 n=0.83-0.96을 보였으며, 입자수 밀도(Np)의 [AN]^n 및 [KPS]^n 의존성은 n=1.533 및 n=0.733이었다. 그리고 pH=5 , 총단량체 (g)/물(g)=0.5일 때 전환율이 가장 높았으며, 얻어진 SBR은 상용 SBR에 비해 가류속도가 훨씬 빠르고, tensile strength, 300% modulus, elongation 등 기본 물성에서 열세였다. The soap-free emulsion polymerization was carried out for Styrene/Butadiene system with Acrylonitrile as hydrophilic comonomer and KPS as initiator. Under the condition of below 50% conversion, the dependence of Rp on [AN]^n and [KPS]^n was found to be n= 1.617-1.050 and n=0.83-0.96 for [AN] and [KPS], respectively. The effect of [AN]^n and [KPS]^n on particle number density (Np) was determined to be n= 1.533 and n=0.733, respectively. The highest conversion was obtained under the conditions of pH=5 and ratio of total monomer (g) to water (g) =0.5. The mechanical properties of SBR obtained in this experiment were shown to be inferior to commercial SBR in terms of tensile strength, 300% modulus and elongation. It was found that cure rate of SBR prepared in this experiment was faster than that of commercial SBR.

        전기차 배터리의 히트 싱크 유무에 따른 냉각성능에 관한 연구

        Recently, as demand for Electric Car has been increasing, it has been a main factor that maximizing performance and ensuring the stability of the Electric Car battery to increase the reliability of Electric Car. Above all the study on thermal control in a big influence on the performance and battery life is growing in parallel. This study has compared cooling effect of an Electric Car battery between battery with Heat Sink and without Heat Sink for optimum design of Electric Car battery. Battery is simply modeled into four cells, divided into two cases of battery with Heat Sink that attached on the cell's side and without Heat Sink. And this research was conducted on forced convection. The battery which is designed by this way was numerically analyzed by CFX 14.5. Numerical results, revealed that the battery with Heat Sink was superior in terms of cooling effect. According to the numerical analysis by battery cell's temperature variations, the battery with Heat Sink turned out to be superior in cooling effect to the battery without Heat Sink.

        영어 형용사 ‘hard’와 한국어 대응표현 ‘단단하다’에 대한 어휘유형론적 연구

        This study analyzes and compares the English adjective ‘hard’ and its Korean corresponding expression ‘Dandanhada’ based on the Lexical Typology (François, 2008) which presents the idea of colexification. The term colexification can be used when two functionally distinct senses in a given language associate themselves with the same lexical form. This research focuses on the senses of HARD and compares each language with how it colexifies with the other and also includes semantic maps of the adjectives sorted by the senses of HARD. The outcomes are as follows; HARD has three senses, {not weak}, {not easy} and {not soft}, and each sense is divided into smaller semantic areas according to the types of noun collocations. For instance, {not weak} has four areas; <human>, <substance>, <degree> and <foundation>, {not easy} has two; <”to handle”> and <”to endure”>, {not soft} has two; <surface> and <attitude>. The results from the comparison are as follows; English has all three senses while Korean has only one sense, {not weak}. Also, there are some senses which do not colexify in English and Korean within the sense of {not weak}; English doesn’t include <human> and <foundation> in the sense of {not weak}.

        리치포테리의 발전과 버나드 리치의 활동 -1934-1949-

        본 연구는 20세기 현대도예의 출발점에 서있는 작가라 할 수 있는 버나드 리치(Bernard Leach)의 중년기(1934~1949년)를 시간적 범위로 하여 그의 삶과 도예활동, 그리고 리치포테리의 발전과정을 조명한다. 1934년, 리치는 영국에서의 도예활동과 재정적·가정적 문제 등이 복합적으로 작용해 정신적으로나 재정적으로나 매우 힘든 처지를 피해 15개월간 일본을 재방문하게 된다. 이것은 다팅턴 홀(Dartington Hall)의 도자식기 제작연구에의 지원금과 야나기 무네요시(Soets Yanagi)나 하마다 쇼지(Shoji Hamada) 등 일본의 지인과의 교우관계에 기반한 것이었다. 이 기간을 통해, 버나드 리치는 개인작가적 도예가로서 전통에 기반한 수공예의 현대적 가치에 입각한 민예(Mingei) 사상과 동양의 도자 제작술 등에 기초한 예술관을 정립하게 되었다. 리치는 귀국 후, 자신이 세운 도자제작소인 리치포테리(Leach Pottery)에서 저렴하고 실용적인 식기인 이른바 ``스탠다드웨어(standard ware)를 아들인 데이비드(David)와 함께 생산하기 시작했다. 그동안 리치가 지향했던 예술적 도자기가 자신의 예술적 표현의 수단이라면 스탠다드웨어는 민예운동적 실천으로서 리치포테리를 발전시킨 가장 큰 원동력이었다. 더불어 저술가로서의 능력을 겸비했던 리치는 1940년에 그의 대표적 저술인 ``도예가의 책(A Potter``s book)``을 출간하여 세계 도예계에 강력한 영향을 끼쳤다. Bernard Leach is an artist who is in the starting point of the 20th century pottery. The purpose of this work is to look into his life and pottery activity, and development of Leach Pottery in his middle age (1934~1949). In 1934, to escape from his psychological and financial difficulties caused by his pottery activity and financial and family issues in the UK, Leach revisited Japan for 15 months. That was based on the financial support for research on pottery ware by Dartington Hall and friendships with Japanese acquaintances such as Soets Yanagi and Shoji Hamada. Over the period, as a artistic potter, Bernard Leach established the idea of Mingei based on the modern value of traditional handicraft and a view of art based on Oriental pottery skills. After returning to the UK, Leach, together with his son David, started to produce inexpensive and practical ware so called ``standard ware`` in the Leach Pottery, the studio pottery founded by himself. The artistic pottery which Leach had pursued is a means of his artistic presentation, whereas standard ware is the biggest driving source which contributed to developing the Leach Pottery as practice of Mingei movement. Leach, who also has the ability as a writer, published his representative book ``A Potter`s book`` in 1940, greatly influencing the global pottery circle.

        경남일부 성인에서 양파껍질 유래 건강기능식품 개발에 대한 소비자 인식 및 선호도 - 창원지역 성인을 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of health functional foods and preference for desired onion peel products. Questionnaires were distributed to 582 adults (34.2% male, 65.8% female) living in Gyeongnam province. The major information sources on biological effects of onions cited by respondents were TV/radio (37.1%), followed by nearby people (32.8%) and Internet (11.0%), in that order. Reducing cholesterol effect was the most important factor in terms of perception and concerns relating to biological function of onions. Over 73% of subjects had experience of eating processed onion products, and among all types of onion products, onion juice (53.5%) was the most frequently eaten. The most considered factors for processing onion peel-derived functional foods were taste & odor (29.6%), convenience of eating (28.9%), and nutrition value (27.1%), in that order.

        Recently, Despite improvements of therapeutic methods on malignancy, the need of modalities on the treatment of cancer have been increasing nowadays and Traditional Oriental Medicine have been considered as alternatives and the uses of it have continued to increase in cancer therapy. The aims of this paper is to analysis of approach modality of experts for the research and treatment on cancer and study of clinical research methodology in Korean Medicine.
