플립 러닝과 블렌디드 러닝을 적용한 기계요소설계 교육 사례 연구

동력전달요소설계는 국가직무능력표준에 따른 기계요소설계 분야에서 달성해야 하는 중요한 능력 단위 중 하나이다. 기어와 벨트 등의 동력전달요소의 기능을 파악하기 위해서는 실제로 작동하는 모습을 보면서 이해하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 대면수업과 비대면 수업을 혼합한 블렌디드 러닝 방식과, 사전 학습 후 대면 실습수업을 진행하는 플립 러닝 방식을 적용하고, 기계요소의 작동 동영상 콘텐츠를 제공한 기계요소설계 교과목을 개발하여, 동력전달요소 설계능력 배양이라는 교육 목표를 달성하고자 하였다. 설문 조사를 실시한 결과로부터 학습자의 만족도가 향상한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. The power transmission element design is one of the important competency units that must be achieved in the field of mechanical element design according to the National Competency Standards. In order to understanding the function of power transmission elements, it is important to understand by looking at how they actually work. Therefore, it was intended to achieve the educational goal of developing power transmission element design skills by applying a blended learning method that combines flipped learning method. From the results of the survey, it was confirmed that learner’s satisfaction improved.
Working Model 2D의 Slider Control 기능을 이용한 기구 시뮬레이션

Working Model 2D software provides a professional tool for dynamic simulation, and allows user to refine mechanical design and control properties of objects through sliders, Real-time input devices in Working Model 2D include sliders, buttons and text fields, Students can use a slider control to change the initial velocity, spring constant, damping constant, friction coefficient, force and so on, Also they can specify minimum and maximum values for the slider bars. So the students can use Working Model software as a visual example when they want to look at certain systems of motion in kinematic and dynamic methods. This paper shows the contribution of educational software to modeling and simulation of several mechanisms. Some case studies presents the possibility of using Working Model 2D that offers students an environment to learn visualization of movement’s mechanisms.

The robots are utilized in a variety of real life according to the development and application of service robots. An autonomous transportation robot system for automation of distribution center needs transportation robot, navigation method and so on. The Kiva mobile-robotic fulfilment system in Amazon.com, Inc. enables fast cycle times with reduced labor requirements from receiving to picking to shipping. The Kiva order picking system accommodates case picking from full and partial pallets. Kiva mobile robot including joint constraints and contact conditions was modeled. The moving mechanism of Kiva autonomous transportation robot was simulated by RecurDyn software which is one of most efficient dynamic analysis tools. STEP functions were used to simulate the moving mechanism according to time interval.

An anastomotic ring-pin system has eliminated the limitations of the suture method. Poly-carprolactone, a material with biocompatibility and injection molding capability, was used in the anastomotic ring. After selecting the material, the design and manufacturing of molded parts have progressed. The 6 micro-pins were inserted to the anastomotic ring for fixing.
매선 제작 시 자세에 따른 인체의 정적 강도 및 에너지 소비량 분석

Needle-embedding therapy is used for face lifting in Korean medical treatment. It was known that facial embedding therapy can be and effective treatment for improving moisture content of skin. Embedding needle is one of medical devices and it should be manufactured in a clean room. 3D static strength prediction program was used to analyze the slow movements during embedding needle manufacturing in a clean room. Also the energy expenditure prediction program was used to estimate energy expenditure rates for materials handling tasks to help assure worker safety and health in clean room. The center for ergonomics at the University of Michigan College has developed these two programs. The energy expenditures of the tasks were calculated using prediction equations derived from empirical data. The energy expenditure rate of 3.09 kcal/min in a clean room didn’t exceed the 3.5 kcal/min action limit guideline for an average 8-hour day set by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH).
