        농촌 초등학생의 진로성숙도 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램 개발

        The purpose of this study was to construct and implement a program to utilize in group counseling for elementary school students in rural areas and to assess its effect on their career maturity. The program based on Consultation Program Development Model by Park In-u(1995) was conducted two times per week during club activity time after school. For this research, twenty volunteered students who are typically characterized as rural student were selected after interviewing with 5 to 6th graders from Selementary school located in a township of the Gyeonggi area. The test tool wasCareer Maturity Test(CMT) for Elementary and Middle school studentof Kangwon Education and Science Research Institute(1993). For data processing, Mixed ANOVAwas used to analyze statistical results. The results obtained from this research are as follows; First, the students who participated in the program show more significant improvement of the career maturity, compared with those that did not participate. Second, in the analysis of the individual sub-factors of the career maturity, the sectors of Determinationand Compromisefor career attitude in the experimental group were not different from the control group. However,Propensityfor career attitude and the change in the entire sectors of career capacity in the experimental group were significantly different from the control group. This research implicates that development of the group counseling program which is suitable for the characteristics of elementary school students in rural areas help to allow the students to be more aggressive and positive about their career and to provide the basic information for career guidance at the elementary school in rural areas. 본 연구의 목적은 농촌 초등학생의 진로성숙도 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램을 구안하고, 구안한 프로그램을 실시하여 농촌 초등학생의 진로성숙도 향상에 어떠한 효과가 있는지 검증하는데 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 이 연구에서는 첫째, 농촌 초등학생의 진로성숙도 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램을 구안하였고 둘째, 구안한 프로그램이 농촌 초등학생의 진로성숙도 향상에 효과가 있는지 분석하였다. 선행 연구 고찰을 통해 농촌 초등학생의 부족한 진로성숙도의 요인들을 확인하고, 연구범위에 있는 농촌 초등학생 115명을 대상으로 프로그램에 대한 요구조사를 실시하였다. 이를 토대로 프로그램의 구성요소를 도출하고, 박인우(1995)의 체계적 상담 프로그램 개발 모형에 기초하여 프로그램을 구안하였다. 구안한 프로그램은 총 10회기로 진로태도 영역에서의 성향, 타협성, 결정성, 그리고 진로능력 영역에서의 자신과 직업세계의 이해, 의사결정, 직업선택능력의 구성요소들을 포함하였다. 이론 전문가와 현장 전문가의 자문을 통해 수정․보완한 프로그램을 경기지역 면소재지 농촌 초등학생에게 실시하였다. 그 결과, 프로그램을 처치한 실험집단의 진로성숙도가 유의하게 향상되었다. 본 연구는 도시지역에 비해 상대적으로 소외된 농촌 초등학생의 진로성숙도의 부족 영역을 찾아내고, 이들의 요구를 반영하여 농촌 초등학생의 진로성숙도 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램을 개발했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

        제오차 교육과정에 따른 고등학교 생물교과서의 비교 분석 연구

        For the purpose of serving the valuable information far the biology banks of senior high school to be applied from 1990 educational year, the contents of the experiments and observations contained in 8 different kinds of 'general science I' and 7 different kinds of 'biology' books of senior high school developed by the new fifth curriculum. were analyzed, and the obtained conclusions are as follows: 1. Average frequency scores of the experiments and observations among 8 different kinds of biology books are 11 times in 'general science I' and 13 times in 'biology', and there are great differences of those. 2. The requiting domains an their experiments arid observations are emphasized on observations and confirmation for principles and theories, and main contents are physiology. 3. Total 43 different kinds of material organisms are used, and especially vertebrates and vascular plants are repeatedly served, The order of using frequencies of their material organisms are human, frog arid onion. 4. The importance for the evaluation of experiments and observations is increased, but the viewpoints and criteria of objective evaluation are insufficient.

        소아에서 기관내 삽관 후 Sevoflurane과 Desflurane이 호흡 역학에 미치는 영향

        Background: Tracheal intubation causes a reflex tracheal constriction that leads to increased airway resistance. Inhalation anesthetics can prevent or minimize this response. Therefore, this study was conducted to evaluate the effect of 1 MAC sevoflurane or desflurane on respiratory mechanics in children after anesthetic induction using propofol and tracheal intubation. Methods: Sixty children undergoing elective surgery with tracheal intubation were assigned into two groups at random, a 1 MAC concentration of sevoflurane (n=30) and a desflurane (n=30) group. Anesthesia was induced using propofol (1.5 mg/kg) and tracheal intubation was facilitated using rocuronium (0.6 mg/kg). A respiratory profile monitor was used to measure the respiratory resistance, dynamic compliance and peak inspiratory airway pressure. The measurements were made at three time points, after three inspirations from the beginning of mechanical ventilation (baseline) and at 5 and 10 min after the administration of inhalation anesthetics. Results: Sevoflurane and desflurane led to a significant decrease in respiratory resistance and increased dynamic compliance at 5 and 10 min when compared to baseline. There were no significant differences in respiratory resistance and dynamic compliance between the two groups. Conclusions: A 1 MAC concentration of sevoflurane and desflurane has a similar bronchodilatory effect after tracheal intubation in children. (Korean J Anesthesiol 2009; 57: 714∼8)

        임상연구 : 중환자실에서 환자 억제대 사용에 대한 간호사 교육의 효과

        Background: Physical restraint is widely used to prevent self-harm and treatment interference in the intensive care unit (ICU)s, but it can cause adverse effects such as physical, psychological, and ethical problems. We examined the effect of nurse education on physical restraint use in the ICU. Methods: For 3 months before an ICU patient restraining program (IPRP), we investigated the application ratio of physical restraint, the incidence of complications and self-medical device breakage (self-extubation, self removal of intravenous line, etc.) Then we educated the 49 ICU nurses with an IPRP. The same data was collected again for 3 months after IPRP, and we also collected data from ICU nurses on their knowledge, attitude, and intention when applying physical restraint using questionnaires before and after IPRP education. Results: After IPRP education, the nurses` knowledge about physical restraint use improved significantly and their intension for restraint decreased. The physical restraint application ratio did not change significantly in the period before IPRP (146/475, 30.7%) compared to the period after IPRP (110/399, 27.6%). Significant decreases were shown in the incidence of physical injury and self-medical device breakage after restraint removal. There were no significant differences on the site, duration, or cause of physical restraints. Conclusions: Although the IPRP education did not decrease the restraint application ratio, there were significant decreases on patient physical injuries and medical device breakage after restraint removal. We suggest that education should be performed continuously to both nurses and doctors to decrease the application of physical restraints. (Korean J Anesthesiol 2008;55:590~5)
