        조절되지 않는 신증후군 환아에서 대뇌 출혈 및 확산 강조 영상에서의 제한을 동반한 후두부 가역적 뇌병증 증후군 1예

        Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) is a rare clinico-radiological syndrome that is characterized by an acute onset of headache, vomiting, visual abnormalities, confusion, and/or seizures and is typically accompanied with edema of predominantly posterior portions of the cerebral hemispheres. Here, we report a case of PRES with cerebral hemorrhage that occurred in a female pediatric patient with uncontrolled nephrotic syndrome. The patient s magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) studies showed asymmetric white matter abnormalities, cerebral hemorrhage, and restricted diffusion. After controlling her hypertension and nephrotic syndrome, her neurologic symptoms improved, and follow-up MRI findings revealed interval resolving of the white matter lesions.

        고교학점제 도입에 관한 경기도 발달장애 특수학교 중등 교사의 인식

        This study investigated the perceptions of secondary school teachers in special schools for the developmental disabilities about the introduction of the high school credit system to explore how the high school credit system can be established in special schools. We surveyed 157 secondary school teachers of a special school with the developmental disabilities in Gyeonggi-do about the concept, curriculum, and operation of the high school credit system, and settlement plans. The main findings are as follows: First, there was a high level of awareness of the concept of high school credit, and a moderate level of awareness of the curriculum and operations. However, when asked if they thought the curriculum of the special school where they work could be adapted to the high school credit system, they expressed negative perceptions. Second, the awareness of the settlement plan at the level of teachers, schools, and education bureaus was moderate, but there was a high level of negative perceptions of activating teacher training for the high school credit system and introducing the high school credit system for special schools. In order to establish a high school credit system, it is necessary to restructure the school environment, provide training on the high school credit system, curriculum, and teaching and learning method. Based on the results of this study, we discussed how to establish a high school credit system in special schools for the developmental disabilities.

        직무연수에 대한 특수교육 보조인력의 인식과 요구조사

        본 연구는 특수교육 보조인력을 대상으로 하는 교육과 연수의 목표를 설정하고 교육과정을 구성하기 위해 특수교육 보조인력이 인식하는 직무에 대해 중요도와 실행도, 그리고 직무연수 방향에 대해 조사하여 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 G도교육청 소속 특수교육 보조인력 1,094명이 응답한 결과를 토대로 먼저 특수교육 보조인력의 직무연수 경험과 운영방법에 대한 인식을 분석하였다. 다음으로 개인욕구 지원, 학습 지원, 문제행동 지원, 학교활동 지원, 협력 및 의사소통의 5개 영역, 26개 직무에 대한 중요도, 실행도, 중요도와 실행도 차이를 분석하는 IPA분석을 통해 특수교육 보조인력의 직무에 대한 요구분석 결과를 도출하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 시사점과 연구의 제한점 및 추후연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to set the goals of education and on-the-job training for special education paraeducators, and investigate the degree of importance and execution, and then suggest the direction of on-the-job training for special education paraeducators in order to configure the curriculum. To this end, a survey was conducted on 1,094 special education paraeducators belonging to the G-o Office of Education. Based on the results of 1,094 respondents, the perception of the job training experience and operation method of special education paraeducators was first analyzed. Next, through IPA analysis, which analyzes the importance, performance, and difference in importance and execution for 26 jobs, 5 areas of individual needs support, learning support, problem behavior support, school activity support, cooperation and communication, the results of the needs analysis of the work of special education paraeducators were derived. Based on these results, the implications, limitations of the study, and suggestions for future research were discussed.
