        항공용 인터콤의 백업 모드 운용을 위한 디지털 방식의 이중화 설계

        The Inter Communication System for avionics is in charge of processing all voice signals that internal calls between Pilot and Co-pilot, internal calls between Pilots and Crews, external calls through communication equipment such as Ultra/Very High Frequency Receiver/Transmitter(U/VHF RT), audio signal monitoring for navigation and mission equipment such as VHF Omnidirectional Range/Instrument Landing System(VOR/ILS), Tactical Air Navigation(TACAN), audio signal output for voice recording to Flight Data Recorder(FDR) and Data Transfer System(DTS), and warning/caution audio signal generate about the status and threat of aircraft. Because Inter Communication System for avionics is sensitive to noise in the case of analog audio signals, a redundant design that can protect audio signal from electromagnetic noise inside/outside of aircraft is required for the mission of pilots and crews. In this paper, Normal/Back-up operation mode and redundancy design plan based on digital method for the redundancy of the digital Inter Communication System for avionics and manufacturing, verification results are described.

        콜레스테롤 강하제 복용중 발생한 후천성 어린선

        A 42-year-old woman presented with ichthyosiform eruptions on her trunk and buttock which developed 20 days prior to consulatation. She had taken the cholesterol-lowering drug(lovastatin, a 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A (HMG CoA) reductase inhibitor) for 4 months. After stopping the drug, the skin lesions gradually improved and after two months most of the lesions had disappeared. After 3 months of follow up the skin lesions could not be seen any more. Acquired ichthyosis in our patient could be an untoward effect of HMG CoA reductase inhibitor by disturbing the skin lipid metabolism. {Kor J Detmatol 1997;35(3): 546-550)

        레이다 신호의 클래스 분리도 측정을 위한 연구

        본 논문에서는 레이다 신호를 위한 새로운 클래스간 분리도 측정 방법을 제시한다. 제안된 방법에서는 표적과 레이다간의 상대적 각도 차이의 따른 레이다 신호의 민감도를 감소시키기 위해 RCS(radar cross section)의 경우 두 신호의 상관계수(correlation coefficient)를 구하고, 1차원 신호의 경우(i.e., high resolution range profile(HRRP)) 선형이동을 하며 상관계수를 구한다. 2차원 레이다 신호(i.e., inverse synthetic aperture radar(ISAR))의 경우 두 레이다 신호를 회전하면서 상관계수를 계산한다. 그런 다음, 두 레이다 신호가 가장 잘 배열되었을 경우의 최대 상관계수를 구하고, 이를 이용해 새로운 형태의 상관 기반 분리 행렬을 구성한다. 상관 기반 분리 행렬의 누적분포함수를 구하여 상위 확률에 응답하는 값을 구하였고, 그 값은 레이다 신호의 분리 능력을 정확하게 나타낸다. 제안한 방법을 이용한 실험 결과, 표적 분리 능력을 정확하게 추정할 수 있었다. In this paper, we propose a novel class separability measure for radar signals. To reduce the sensitivity of the relative aspect angle between a target and radar, to evaluate the discriminatory power of radar signals, the proposed method first calculates the correlation coefficients between two radar cross sections (RCSs) or linearly shifts one-dimensional (1D) radar signals (i.e., high-resolution range profiles (HRRPs)), or rotates two 2D radar signals (i.e., inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) images). Then, it uses the maximum correlation coefficient when two radar signals are best aligned. Next, the proposed method obtains new correlation-based discriminant matrices (CDM) using maximum correlation coefficients. Finally, the cumulative distribution function (CDF) in the CDM and the value corresponding to the specific probability in the CDF are obtained, and this value represents the discriminatory power of the radar signal. Experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately measure the target separability.

        오징어 채낚기 어선의 추진기 개선을 통한 성능향상

        In this study, a new designed propeller was applied on 24 ton class squid jigging vessel to reduce of fuel consumption. The selected squid jigging boat was under construction at the shipyard to determine the resistance of the hull through the model experiment. The propeller design was carried out by using the experimental data and ITTC procedures. Sea trials were performed by measuring the speed and the horsepower required by the condition of five power levels of engine load, namely 70%, 80%, 90%, MCR and maximum engine power. The speed and delivered horse power were compared between the conventional propeller and the new design propeller. Delivered horse power by installing the new propeller takes 90% engine load at start-up conducted by decreased 9.06%. The measuring speed is increased up to the 0.6 knots in the low-speed range to high range. This study showed that only the design and installation of a new propeller can improve the propulsion efficiency of the boats; furthermore, reduce fuel costs can be achieved at the same time by improving the increased cruising speed.

        무선 USB 동글 장치를 위한 프린트형 미앤더 모노폴 안테나

        본 논문에서는 이동 통신 기기에 적합하고 다중 대역을 지원하는 무선 USB 동글(dongle)용 내장형 안테나를 제안하였다. 제안된 무선 USB 동글용 안테나는 프린트형 미앤더 모노폴 안테나를 사용하여 이중 광대역 특성을 구현하였고, 50-Ω 동축 케이블을 이용하여 급전하였다. 안테나는 두께가 1 ㎜, 비유전율이 4.6인 FR-4 기판위에 설계되었고, 전체 크기는 10×50 ㎟로 내장형 안테나에 적합하다. 제작된 안테나는 측정 결과, VSWR<2 기준으로 2.3~2.7 ㎓, 5.15~5.825 ㎓의 이중 대역을 만족시킨다. 따라서 제안된 안테나는 WiBro, Bluetooth/ISM, WLAN, S-DMB, WiMAX의 대역을 만족하는 무선 USB 동글용 안테나로 유용하게 활용될 수 있을것이라 사료된다. In this paper, a novel printed meander monopole antenna is proposed for wireless USB dongle applications. Dual-wideband resonance is obtained by utilizing a printed meander monopole radiator. The proposed antenna was fabricated on a thin FR-4 substrate with a thickness of 1 ㎜ and a dielectric constant of 4.6. The antenna is fed by a 50 Ω coaxial cable. This novel USB dongle antenna measures only 10×50 ㎟. The measured results demonstrates that the antenna supports WiBro, Bluetooth/ISM, WLAN, S-DMB, and WiMAX service bands.

      • 리드프레임 공정의 최적타발순서에 관한 연구

        IC(Integrated Circuit) lead frame is high precision product and many parameters influence on the dimensional accuracy. The development of lead frame is based on trial and error and the period of development takes a long time. To reduce the expenses of development, it needs to study about effect of parameters in lead deflection after blanking process. This paper investigates the effect of blanking order on lead shift using LS-DYNA. Several rules for blanking order of lead frame are proposed and it is verified by FE-simulation. The rule bases are used for decision 48TSOP's blanking order. The conventional and modified blanking order processes are simulated by LS-DYNA. The result of simulation is compared to experiment. Results of FE-simulation, modified blanking order is more improved in accuracy.

        간접 면역형광 검사와 면역 전사 검사를 이용한 천포창 자가항체 검출방법의 감수성 비교

        Background: Immunolcgical assays are required for the accurate diagnosis of autoimmune bullous dermatoses including pemphigus vulgaris(PV) and pemphigus foliaceus(PF). In the detection of circulating autoantibodies to pemphigus antigens(desmosomal components), the priority remains controversial between indirect immunofluorescence(IF) and immunoblot(IB) assay. Objective : In the present study we compared the sensitivity of indirect IF and that of IB using amplified alkaline phosphatase staining system in the detection of pemphigus autoantibodies. Patients : We selected eight patients with serum endpoint titer of 1:80 in preliminary study. Among these patients three were PV and five were PF. Methods/Results : The titers of IgG autoantibodies found on indirect IF were confirmed as 1: 80 in all patients, whereas the titers examined by IB assay were much higher, 1: 640 to 1: 2560. In the 3 sera of PV patients, the titers of two cases were 1: 1280 and the third case was 1: 2560. In 5 cases of PF, one was 1:640, two were 1: 1280, and two were 1:2560. Conclusion : This result suggests that the immunoblot examination using amplified alkaline phosphatase staining system demonstrates higher sensitivity compared with indirect IF(p=0.0003 by Mann-Whitney U test) in the detection of pemphigus autoantibodies.         다중대역 무선 USB 동글용 내장 Hook형 안테나

        본 논문에서는 hook형 패치를 이용한 무선 USB 동글(dongle)용 안테나를 제안한다. 제안된 안테나는 hook형 패치에 모노폴 element를 결합시켜 다중 대역 특성을 구현하였다. 안테나의 전체 크기는 10 ㎜?50 ㎜?0.8 ㎜ 이고, 유전율 4.6, loss tangent가 0.025인 FR-4기판 위에 설계되었다. 50옴 동축케이블을 이용하여 급전하였으며, 반사계수 측정 결과 -10 ㏈를 기준으로, 2.4 ㎓ - 2.5 ㎓, 3.4 ㎓ - 3.6 ㎓, 5.15 ㎓ - 5.825 ㎓ 대역에서 공진 특성을 가지는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 측정된 안테나 복사패턴은 전 주파수에서 전방향성 특성을 보였다. 따라서 제안된 안테나는 WLAN, WiMAX, Bluetooth를 대역을 지원하는 소형 무선 USB 동글 장치에 적합할 것으로 사료된다. In this paper, an internal USB dongle antenna with a circular hook-shaped patch is proposed. The proposed antenna comprises of a circular hook-shaped patch and a monopole stub. The proposed antenna with the dimension of 10 ㎜?50 ㎜?0.8 ㎜ was fabricated on commercial FR-4 substrate with a dielectric constant of 4.6 and tangent loss of 0.025. The designed antenna exhibits three different resonant bandwidths, 2.4 ㎓-2.5 ㎓, 3.4 ㎓-3.6 ㎓, and 5.15 ㎓-5.825 ㎓. The measured radiation patterns are omni-directional at measured frequencies. Therefore, the proposed antenna is suitable for wireless USB dongle antenna that can support multiband wireless services such as WLAN, WiMAX and Bluetooth.

        3톤급 연안어선용 태양광 발전장치의 전원공급 성능

        This study describes the result on PV system for evaluating the performance of small fishing boats. Photovoltaic system with 200 watts power generation facilities on the 3-ton fishing boat was carried. Load test was performed on the condition that the work lamps lit during night operations. As a result the performance can be used for more than two hours at 60 watt work lamps. The load test was performed on the condition that fishing vessels are on the cruising condition at sea. The solar power systems have been investigated as a power generation efficiency of about 36.55%. Additional tests show that the power generation efficiency is difficult to expect a maximum of 50% or more. Fuel consumption of fishing boats by installing a solar power system is reduced. Also the PV system is useful for the verification of their availability for fishing vessels as well as the satisfaction of the fishermen. The results for the durability of the photovoltaic device is acceptable, including a solar panel, controller and the performance exhibited no breakage in the harsh marine environment or failure so far. The installed PV system was confirmed that the durability with at least 2 years.
