B2B 환경의 협력업체 관계품질이 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구

본 연구는 기업간(B2B) e-비즈니스 환경에서 공급사슬상 협력업체 파트너와의 관계품질(만족, 신뢰, 몰입)이 어떻게 충성도에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는 것이다. 연구목적 달성을 위하여 e-비즈니스를 운영하는 공급사슬상의 제조업체와 유통업체를 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 공분산구조분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 협력업체 파트너의 만족은 신뢰를 매개로 충성도에 영향을 미치지만, 협력업체 파트너의 만족 그 자체로는 직접적으로 충성도에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 협력업체 파트너간의 신뢰는 몰입을 경유하거나 직접적으로 충성도에 영향을 미쳤으며, 또한 관계품질의 구성요소들 간에는 만족이 신뢰의 선행요인으로, 신뢰는 몰입의 선행요인으로 밝혀졌다. 결론적으로, 본 연구에서 신뢰는 매우 중요한 요인으로, 협력업체와 신뢰관계를 강화함으로써 장기적으로 협력업체 파트너들이 경쟁우위를 확보할 수 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 기업들이 협력업체 파트너의 관계품질 특성을 잘 파악하여 관리를 함으로써 경쟁기업들 보다 훨씬 더 능가하는 충성도를 달성하게 하여 경쟁우위를 달성한다는 시사점을 제공해주고 있다. The purpose of this research is to investigate the importance of the relationship between relational quality of partner companies within the supplier hierarchy and loyalty in the scope of B2B e-business environment. Here, the relational quality consists of satisfaction, trust, and commitment. Furthermore, by exploiting relational quality, this research attempts to promote competitive advantage amongst partner companies in the long run. A survey has been conducted on both distributing and manufacturing companies with in the supplier hierarchy followed by using the structural equation model (SEM) to analyze the obtained data. The analysis employs both qualitative and quantitative data collected through the questionnaire survey of 90 channel companies in Korea. This research can be summarized in the following steps: First, the satisfaction of partner companies affect loyalty through the medium of trust, but does not affect satisfaction of partner companies itself does not directly have influence. Second, trust amongst the partner companies either uses commitment to affect loyalty or does so directly. Furthermore, it is recognized that satisfaction amongst of components of relational quality is the antecedent factor of trust and trust is the antecedent factor of commitment. In conclusion, by acknowledging and managing the relational quality of partner companies, some companies obtain surpassing loyalty through Intention of repurchase than others, whereas the partners of partner companies brings positive influence on loyalty through relational quality.
전사적 프로젝트경영을 위한 건설 프로젝트관리 성숙도 모델(CPM3)개발에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is focused on developing a CPM3(Construction Project Management Maturity Model) in order to resolve the issues resulted from OPM3`s application to the construction project. The CPM3 is designed to evaluate not only technical competences represented by process but also behavioral competences and contextual competences. Prior to the development of new model, the opinions of the experts were surveyed in the manner of Delphi method to verify the applicability of the concept of this study. The applicability of the evaluation components were analyzed through the comparison with CME of USACE, the premier public construction organization in the world, and CM Evaluation Act of ROK Government. The theoretic backgrounds of the model are as follows: CMBOK (Construction Management Body of Knowledge) of CMAA(Construction Management Association of America) and PMBP(Project Management Business Process), an innovative way of USACE were benchmarked as the standard of technical process.
중국시장의 환경요인이 한국의 공급자와 중국 제조업자의 관시(Guanxi) 행위와 협력에 미치는 영향

This study tests the impact of B2B Guanxi behavior among Korean Suppliers and Chinese manufacturers located in Hong Kong and Guangdong province in China. Appropriate Guanxi behavior is very important when conducting business. It also can bring extensive benefits from the business. In other words, it can be a kind of Insurance on uncertainty environment in China. I found that emotional Guanxi between channel-boundary personnel of firms has a positive impact on their exercise. It is also more powerful than instrumental Guanxi. But, we must understand the difference between Guanxi and Relationship. Many people misunderstand this point in their business and make mistakes which causes trouble from their business. The Chinese mentality is big different from western or even most of Asian country. So people must understand philosophy of Chinese old generations. I hope to have the opportunity that this study can be helpful to the people related to business in China.

The purpose of this study is to create a practical framework that the government can use on negotiating FTAs or setting Corporate Welfare Policies; or to enable FTA researchers, Corporate trade practitioners, FTA consultants, people in charge of various fields to be able to utilize that framework. In this study, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was applied to investigate those regulation factors of the Korea-China FTA that may affect the costs of agrifood trade in order to understand how the research results are being ranked. The research findings of this study are as follows. First, we were able to present a methodology of deriving the factor of trade transaction cost from the FTA. Second, we created a frame for factor derivation and designed a research template. Third, we have created a formula that would allow one to put the extracted factors into groups and also help prioritize trade transaction costs in the matter of importance. Finally, we have created a roadmap that would allow the government and executives of various positions write their own FTA regulations.

This paper investigates the strategies of internet business(IB) for competitive advantages. The important strategies for IB are summarized as follows: (1) survial strategy (2) the specialization and differentiation of business items, (3) the link existing buiness into IB, and (4) M&A and strategic alliance. As is shown in the real case study, these strategies are main streams in the IB.

This study has investigated small and Medium companies in terms of developing an integrated successful information systems through a Case study. The results showed that the information system of small and medium companies is in the beginning stage. Moreover successful factors are not able to define because of describing the information technology's vagueness.
