This paper describes a software algorithm for automatic diagnosis of arrhythmia using the criteria of Minnesota code manual. This algorithm provides more accurate and more objective information to medical doctor by standardizing the criteria of diagnosis of arrhythmia. Because this algorithm doesn't need complicated mathematic processing, it carries out the real-time automatic diagnosis that is very important in clinic. The Decision-Table technology suggests the proper results for the given conditions. So it can express clearly the complicated medical problems those are not solved by the mathematical methods. The Decision-Tables have very simple structure. Therefore, it is very easy to correct or expand the system by adding or correcting some rules.
정상인과 편마비 환자의 심박변동신호의 특성에 관한 연구

In this paper, the power spectral analysis and the fractal analysis of heart rate variability(HRV) were performed to evaluate the effects of brain lesion on cardiovascular system and autonomic function for 24 normal subjects and 22 hemiplegic patients. The ECG and respiration signals were recorded at tilt angles of $0^{\circ}$ and $70^{\circ}$ for 5 and 6 minutes successively under the condition of frequency controlled respiration (0.25Hz). For normal subjects, HR, LF component, HF component and fractral dimension of HRV were distinctly changed after orthostatic stress, whereas, for hemiplegic patients, those were little changed. Complexity and variability of heart rate of patients were smaller than those of normal subjects. Sympathetic tone of patients was higher than that in normal subjects. All of these results support that autonomic disorder and cardiovascular disturbance accompanied by brain lesion could be assessed by the power spectral analysis and fractal analysis of HRV.
Head-up Tilt상태에서 심박변동과 자율신경활동 균형의 관계에 관한 연구

In this paper, the power spectral analysis of heart rate variability(HRV) was performed to evaluate effects of orthostatic stress with head-up tiIt on autonomic nervous system(ANS) for 25 healthy male subjects(age : 24 $\pm$ 5 yr.) and a new method was proposed to assess the autonomic balance. The ECG and respiration signals were recorded at tiIt angles of $0^{\circ}$, $45^{\circ}$, $90^{\circ}$and $0^{\circ}$ successively for 10 minutes per each stage under the condition of frequency controlled respiration(0.25Hz). Heat rate(HR) gradually increased ils the angle increased Similarly, according to the increment of angle, normalized low frequency component(0.05-0.15Hz) gradually increased, whereas normalized high frequency component (0.20-0.30Hz) was reduce4 From these results it is speculated that orthostatic stress head-up tiLt, results in the prevalence of sympathetic tone in autonomic balance with the increment of sympathetic tone and the decrement of parasympathetic tone, which seems to meanthat autonomic nervous system plays a major role in compensating for disturbances of cardiovascular system due to it.

Design of Arrhythmia Automatic Diagnostic System Using Decision Table We have developed an arrhythmia automatic diagnostic system using decision table which is based on the criteria of Minnesota code. This system is divided into two Parts. One is wave detection algorithm using significant point extraction method, the other is arrhythmia diag- nostic algorthm. The proposed system allows physicians to diagnose more accurately by pro- viding the objective information about a lot of computer -processed ECG data.
감성 완구 제작을 위한 아동들의 감성 분석 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

5∼7세 어린이 12명을 대상으로 생체 신호를 수집하여 기존의 생체 신호 처리 방법으로 감성을 추출하고 그 결과의 문제점을 보인다. 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 Mental Stress를 측정하는 RRV, RPIAD 알고리듬을 적용하고 감성 완구에 적용 가능성 및 방법을 보인다. 이를 상품화할 수 있는 Affective Wearable 하드웨어를 설계하며 제안된 알고리즘과 하드웨어를 시험하고 검증하기 위한 Test Bed를 구성한다.

The IR edge absorption of the important pure components of ZrF4-based glasses, including two previously uncharacterized components(ZrF4 and AlF3), has been measured. Values of the glass IR edge absorption coefficients have been calculated from these results, assuming additivity, and are compared with experimental glass absorption coefficients. The calculated ${\alpha}$ values are about a factor of two lower than the experimental values for ZrF4-based glasses, and the ZrF4 makes the largest contribution to the calculated ${\alpha}$ value.
