태권도 지도자의 변혁적 리더십에 대한 지각과 직무성과 간에 서비스리더십의 조절효과

The purpose of the study was to examine the moderated effects of service leadership through relationship between trasformational leadership and job performance of assitant leaders of taekwoon do places. In order to achive this purpose three esearch questions were established. Participants for this study were 310 assitant leaders. Of participations valid data were 279. They completed a modified inventory of transformation leadership, service leadership, and job performance. Hopothesis Ⅰ was supported to optimal moderated effects of service belief between trasformational leadeship and job performance of assitant leaders of taekwoon do places. Hopothesis Ⅱ was supported to optimal moderated effects of service reliability between trasformational leadeship and job performance of assitant leaders of taekwoon do places. Hopothesis Ⅲ was supported to optimal moderated effects of service ability between trasformational leadeship and job performance of assitant leaders of taekwoon do places. Hopothesis Ⅳ was supported to optimal moderated effects of self-control ability between trasformational leadeship and job performance of assitant leaders of taekwoon do places.

올림픽 태권도경기의 형태에 따른 기술 분석

이 연구는 올림픽 태권도 경기의 형태에 따른 기술분석을 위해 2012년 런던 올림픽경기에 참가한 여자 4체급의 모든 경기를 분석하여 경기 기술의 변화 및 전자호구 도입에 의한 득점 분포 및 기술의 발전방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있으며, 그에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다· 첫째, 런던올림픽에서는 전자호구를 사용하여 안정적이고 기술발휘가 간단한 돌려차기 기술위주의 경기 성향에서 얼굴공격에 대한 빈도수가 많아지고 얼굴공격의 성공 여부에 따라서 경기 승패가 좌우되는 경우가 많았다· 둘째, 손기술 및 발기술에 대한 차등점수를 주어 박진감 있는 경기를 가져왔으나 전자호구에 맞는 기술을 구사해야 하기에 득점이 쉬운 기술의 단조로움과 전체급에서 거의 비슷한 경기운영과 기술을 발휘하였다· 셋째, 전자호구 사용으로 센서의 접촉에 의해 득점이 이루어지기 때문에 강한 파워로 정확하게 가격하였으나 경미한 강도에도 득점으로 표출되는 점을 보아서 보다 많은 개선이 필요하였다· 넷째, 과거의 몸통기술에 대한 의존도에서 과감한 얼굴기술로 전환되었다는 점과 과거에는 돌려차기에 대한 반격기술로서 뒤차기를 많이 사용하였으나 이번 올림픽경기에서는 보다 안정적이고 점수 포인트를 획득하기 쉬운 앞후려차기 반격기술이 뒤차기보다 월등히 높게 나타났다· 다섯째, 경기 기술면에서 승자에 대한 기술이 더 많이 표출 될 수 있으나 전체적인 측면으로 볼 때 각 체급마다 기술유형이 다르기에 올림픽 체급을 분석하기에 매우 중요한 자료로 활용될 것이라 사료된다· This study is based on the technical analysis on 2012 London Olympic Games’ women’s match of weight classification four, the objective is to provide the technical direction and study the changes of technical skills and introduction of electronic protectors and its score distribution· The results are followed· First, In 2012 London Olympic Games, use of electronic protector allowed to demonstrate more stable and easy Dollyeochagi which took over the entire game’s atmosphere· The crucial part of this type of a game was the face attack that was followed after the kick and the frequency of the face attack has increased after the introduction of new device· Each contest’s issue was highly depended on the success of the attack· Second, The introduction of electronic protector brought a dynamic match by differentiating a score of punches and kicks but also resulted in limiting skills other than kicks and punches on overall weight division matches into similar dull skills for easier scoring· Third, The electronic protector’s scoring is sensitive to contact of sensors which allowed more powerful and accurate hit but it needs improvement as the sensor reacts to minor hit that should not be counted in scoring· Fourth In this Olympic Games, trunk attack skill dependency was transformed to head attack skill, and, to achieve more stable score, use of the front spin kick was more frequently used than the back kick as the counterattack to the Dollyeochagi· Fifth, In each game match, victor’s skills are more focused and expressed, however we also consider the fact that all different weight divisions carry unique technical skills· All this information is very crucial in analyzing the Olympic weight division·

국기원 겨루기 심사과목 승품ㆍ단 실기심사제도 개선방안

There are some issues of Taekwondo Kyorugi pum(dan) promotion test such as evaluation items, evaluators’ objectivity, and so on. Therefore, this study was conducted to provide practical evaluation method of Kyorugi skills through depth interview with a few Taekwondo experts. The participants of this study were consisted of 5 Kukkiwon Kyorugi evaluators of pum and dan promotion test. The results of interview with the experts were followings. First, The criteria of evaluation related to the Kyorugi promotion were not specific and the evaluators were mostly using their experiences rather than determined systematic evaluation items. Second, the one of big issues related to the promotion test was the Kyorugi duration. Thus they have to develop or improve the best method of promotion test in order to measure and evaluate the Kyorugi skills. Third, they felt that specific evaluation items should include such as step, kick, target kick, strategies, and competition. Also they needed to differentiate and develop evaluation items to be adapted to the capabilities of test applicants and to apply the standardized Kyorugi movements.

국내 남자 투기 종목에서 나타나는 상대연령효과 : 레슬링, 유도, 복싱, 씨름을 중심으로

이 연구는 남자 투기 종목 선수들을 대상으로 상대연령효과 현상이 나타나는지를 확인하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 연구대상은 2017, 2018, 2019년도에 선수등록 되어 있는 레슬링, 유도, 복싱, 씨름 종목으로 선정하였다. 이 연구는 남자 투기 종목 선수들을 대상으로 상대연령효과가 나타나는지 확인하기 위해 카이스퀘어 검정(Chi-square)과 Spearman의 등위 차 상관계수를 활용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 남자 투기 종목 선수들의 출생 월 분포와 일반인 출생 월 분포 차이를 확인 하였다. 그 결과 레슬링(2017년도), 유도(2019년도), 씨름(2017, 2018, 2019년도)에서 출생 월 분포 간 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 남자 투기 종목 선수들의 출생 월 순위와 상대연령 출생 월 순위 간 상관을 확인하였다. 그 결과 복싱(2019)을 제외한 모든 종목에서 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 셋째, 위 결과를 종합해볼 때 레슬링(2017년도), 유도(2019년도), 씨름(2017, 2018, 2019년도)에서 상대연령효과가 나타났다. 이 연구 결과를 통해 국내 남자 투기 종목 선수들에게 나타나는 상대연령효과 현상이 규명되었다. 특히 국내 투기 종목 선수들을 대상으로 상대연령효과를 확인하였다는 점에서 큰 의미를 부여할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of the study is to check whether the relative age effect appears in male combat sports athletes. For the study, athletes in wrestling, judo, boxing, and ssireum events, registered in 2017, 2018 and 2019, were selected as research subjects. This study used Chi-square and Spearman rank-order correlation to identify whether the relative age effect appeared in male combat sports athletes. The results of the study are as follows: First, the study identified the difference between the distribution of the birth month of male combat athletes and the distribution of the birth month of the public. As a result, there was a difference between the distribution of birth months in wrestling (2017), judo (2019), and ssireum (2017, 2018, 2019). Second, the correlation between the birth month ranking and relative age birth month ranking of male combat athletes was confirmed. The results showed statistically significant static correlations in all sports except boxing (2019). Third, considering the above results, the relative age effects were shown in wrestling (2017), judo (2019), and ssireum (2017, 2018, 2019). Through the results of this study, the phenomenon of the relative age effect in male combat sports athletes in Korea was identified. The results of the study have identified the relative age effect of domestic male combat sports athletes. In particular, it can be meaningful in that it has confirmed the relative age effect for the domestic combat sports athletes.

대학 태권도 선수가 지각하는 통제적 코칭행동과 중도포기의도의 관계에서 그릿(Grit)의 매개효과

The study was processed for verification of the mediating effect of Grit on the relationship between perceived controlling coaching behavior and intention to decide to drop-out of university Taekwondo players. The collected data were analyzed by PASW 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 for confirmatory factor anlaysis, reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, controlling coaching behavior of Taekwondo leaders perceived by university Taekwondo players had positive effect on drop-out. Second, controlling coaching bahavior had negative effect on Grit. Third, Grit had negative effect on drop-out. Fourth, university Taekwondo player’s Grit partially mediated the relationship between controlling coaching behavior and drop-out.
