우리 한국 고시가의 미학적 본질은 조화(調和)의 미학에서 찾을 수 있다. 이 어울림의 미학은 동양의 음양사상에서 비롯되었다. 음과 양, 이것은 우주의 구성본체를 이루는 기본철학이다. 세상만물은 서로 같은 것이나 다른 것들끼리 짝을 이루면서 아름다운 묘한 어울림을 만들어간다. 이렇듯 짝을 이루어 아름다움을 만들어가는 것도 크게 세 가지 유형으로 나누어진다. 즉 서로 상반되는 사상(事象)이 짝이 되어 가장 강렬한 조화의 아름다움을 만들어내는 반대우(反對偶)와, 같은 것끼리 짝을 이루어 통일의 조화를 만들어내는 정대우(正對偶), 서로 인과(因果)관계나 주종(主從)관계로 어울림의 미학을 이끌어내는 관대우(串對偶)로 대별할 수가 있다. 첫째, 반대우의 수사는 대우의 미학 중 가장 강렬하고도 산뜻한 조화의 아름다움을 극대화시키는 효과를 나타낸다. 그것은 서로 상반되는 것끼리 대조시킴으로써 생동감과 활기를 불어넣는 효과를 올리기 때문이다. 둘째, 정대우는 동질적인 짝이나 비슷한 것들이 짝을 이루어 조화의 아름다움을 드러내는 동대우(同對偶)나 유대우(類對偶)를 망라한다. 이러한 수사기교는 가장 자연스럽고 순조로워서 다른 어떤 수사보다 안정감을 주는 수사법이라고 할 수 있다. 셋째, 관대우는 상하관계의 짝을 이루거나 앞에 것을 뒤에서 상승(相乘)하거나 아니면 인과(因果)관계, 혹은 가정(假定) 등으로 대우의 형식을 빌어서 아름다움을 배가시키는 수사법이다. 전후관계나 인과관계를 이루어서 마치 물 흐르듯 자연스럽게 이어받아 작품의 미적가치를 높임으로 유수대(流水對)라고도 했다. 송강 정철이나 고산 윤선도는 이러한 대우의 수사기교를 그들 가사나 시가 속에 용해시켜 생산해냄으로써 우리나라 굴지의 시가객이 되었다. 정철의 사미인곡, 속미인곡, 관동별곡이나 윤선도의 산중신곡, 속산중신곡, 어부사시사 등은 이러한 대우의 수사미학을 바탕으로 우리말을 갈고 닦아 아름다운 작품을 생산된 결과다. 이들은 모두 이러한 대우의 수사기교를 통해 우리 국문학을 한 차원 상승시켰을 뿐만 아니라, 조선조 시가사상 유명한 양대 시가객이 되었다고 할 수 있다. We can find out the essence of aesthetic of Siga(詩歌), a Korean poem, which is the aesthetic harmony. This aesthetic of harmony rises yang-in thougt(陰陽思想) of the Oriental. They become togetherness making pairs with same or other differences, and are making a pretty in a harmony. They divide into two kind. One is the facing things which the dual relation between a material or a thing, the other is the facing discourse which is the subject to the subject and the predicate to the predicate. The rhetoric aesthetic making such harmonies divide into three kind. First is antithesis of opposition(反對偶) making harmony in the most intense. Second is antithesis of same or similar(正對偶)producing being easy and smooth pretty. The final is antithesis of the relationship between cause and effect or master and servant(串對偶 ) producing orderly systematic pretty. Songgang Jeong Cheol or Gosan Yun Sundo becme the foremost writers of Gasa or poem in Korea using the rhetoric aesthetic in their works. They became the most famous poets using Korean words and languages with the aesthetic skills in Jeong Cheol`s "Samiingok", "Sokmiingok", "Gwandongbyulgok", "Jangjinzusa", and "Huminga", and Yun Sundo`s "Sanjungsingok", "Eobusasisa" etc.

Gosan, YoonSunDo is one of the most famous Korean literaturer at the period of Chosun dynasty. He wrote the beautiful pieces of work such as Uhboosasisa and Sanjoongsingok. Even though he was the mentor of the king Hyo at the time, he had to go through the difficult and painful banishment time due to his strong and straightforward personality. He lived himself in the nature and tried to put his emotion towards the Korean literature to improve its quality by mending it beautifully. The main device in the poetry of Gosan shows that it is based on the Chinese Byungmoon. JungDaewoo, which is the method of using the similar or the same objects to create the beauty, BanDaewoo is the pair of contrary meaning and also Gwandaewoo is another device which is to use the relationship between the high and low, ascending, cause/effect and assumability. All these devices are the method of Gosans literary work. Firstly, Gosan took pleasure to use the technique of JungDaewoo to bring out the harmony naturally to improve the quality of its aesthetic value. This device is the technique of contrasting the similar or the same objects to bring out the harmony smoothly and comfortably. Secondly, the meaning that the author wants to send out is clearly done by using the technique of BanDaewoo. It seems that contrasting objects help the reader/receiver to understand more clearly and it also creates the same feeling and strong emotion towards the pieces of his work. It shows the increases of realness and the feeling of movement in his work. Thirdly, Gosans sentence is much better than Song gang jungchuls one. This is resulted by his usage of Gwandaewoo which shows the smoothness of the relationship between high/low, the breathe of the relationship between cause/effect and also the relationship between the conditional/relative clauses in his beautiful sentences. It means his stylish devices of Korean language are so soft and beautiful that his emotion is naturally brought into his work of art. From this profile, Gosan does not only increase the dimension of the Korean literature but also shows that he was treated as one of the distinguished poets at the period of Chosun dynasty.
