최근 일본 내의 태양광 관련 보급 사업 확장으로 인하여 태양광 발전 시스템 시장이 확대되고 있다. 이에 자사에서는 그동안 자국 내 주택 100만호 사업의 참여 등으로 축적된 기술과 Know-how등을 이용하여 일본 내의 태양광 발전 관련 사업의 수요를 충족하고 가격적으로도 장점을 갖는 인버터를 개발하여 이에 대한 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

This paper proposes a small low-cost power quality compensator to be installed at the electricity supply inlet of residential customer. The compensator is composed of a single-phase active power filter with a simple controller using analog electronics, which can correct the power factor and damp out the harmonics. The operation and performance of proposed compensator was verified through simulations with PSCAD/EMTDC and experimental works with hardware prototype. The proposed compensator can offer reduction of power loss and improvement of power quality to the residential customer.

The performance of an active power filter(APF) depends on the inverter characteristic, the control method, and the accuracy of reference signal generator. The accuracy of reference generator is the most critical item to determine the performance of active power filter. This paper introduces a novel reference signal generator composed of improved adaptive predictive filter. The performance of proposed reference signal generator was first verified through a simulation with MATLAB. Furthermore, the application of feasibility was evaluated through experimenting with a single-phase APF prototype based on the proposed reference generator, which was implemented using the TMS320C31 floating-point signal processor. Both simulations and experimental results confirm that our reference signal generator can be used successfully in practical active power filters.

This paper proposes a novel UPQC( unified power quality conditioner) based on H-bridge modules, isolated through single-phase multi-winding transformers The dynamic performance of proposed system was analyzed by simulation with EMTDC/PSCAD, assuming that the UPQC is connected with the 229kV distribution line The proposed system can be directly connected to the transmission line without series Injection transformers It has flexibility in expanding the operation voltage by Increasing the number of H-bridge modules and can compensate reactive power, harmonics, voltage sag and swell, voltage unbalance The control strategy for the proposing UPQC was derived Using the Instantaneous power method<br/> The proposing UPQC has the ultimate capability of improving power quality at the point of Installation on power distribution systems or Industrial power systems and can be utilized for the future distribution system
