학점제개혁으로부터 초래된 과목선택제도, 탄력성학제제도, 학업도사제도 등 교학운영제도와 사업흐름의 복잡성은 대학교에서 당안관리를 포함한 교학관리사업에 대한 부단한 개혁을 가강할 것을 요구하고 있다. 본고에서는 교수당안관리의 중요성과 교학당안관리에 대한 지도성 목록을 분석한 토대 위에서 학점제가 교학당안에 대한 관리범위, 표현형식, 복잡정도, 관리형식 등 방면에 대해 미치는 영향을 분석했을 뿐만 아니라 아울러 정기적으로 교수당안관리목록에 대한 수정으로부터 학점제관리에 적응하는 교학당안관리체계를 건립하고 교수당안관리제도와 사업시스템에 대한 엄격한 규법화 및 정보화한 교수당안관리체계를 개발하고 도입하는 방면에 이르기 까지 교수당안관리책략을 가강할 데 대한 요구를 제출함으로써 학점제개혁의 수요에 부응하였다. 향후 이 부분에 관한 법령체계의 정비와 구체적 지침의 실천이 과제가 될 것이다. The reform of the credit system brings about the complexity of the operating system and the working process in the course selection system, flexible educational system and academic tutor system, and it requires universities to strengthen and improve teaching management including of document management. Based on the analysis of the importance and guidance directory of teaching archives management, the paper explains the influence on the management scope, present form, complexity and performance of teaching archives management caused by credit system, and the paper puts forward the strategy of strengthening teaching archives management, including the regular revision of teaching archives management directory, establishment of credit system teaching archives management system, strictly regulating the teaching archives management system and working mechanism, and the development or introduction information teaching archives management system in order to cope with the demand of the credit system reform.
