      • 아파트선택가구의 사회$\cdot$경제 및 주거특성에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 통계적 기법을 사용하여 이주시 아파트를 주택유형으로 선택하는 입주자의 사회$\cdot$경제적 특성을 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 아파트를 선택하는 주민의 인구사회적, 경제적 특성을 분석하는 한편 주거상태와 향후 희망하는 주거상태가 아파트 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인가를 로짓모형을 통해 밝히는데 목적을 두고 있다. 부산시의 주민 2000가구의 설문조사결과를 통해 향후 아파트로 이주하고자 희망하는 주민의 특성 및 현 주거와 향후 주거선호와 관련된 사항을 분석한다. 연구결과 가구의 아파트를 선택하는데 있어서 그 가구의 현주거상태와 희망하는 주거수준, 그리고 가구의 사회$\cdot$경제적 특성이 작용하는데 현주택상황과 관련하여서는 현 주택규모가 클수록 아파트를 선택하는 경향이 있으며, 희망하는 주거수준과 관련해서는 희망하는 주택의 방수가 적을수록 아파트를 선택하는 것으로 분석되었다. 가구의 사회$\cdot$경제적 특성 중에서는 배우자의 학력이 높을수록 아파트를 선택하는 경향이 높게 나타났으며, 이 변수는 어떠한 독립변수보다 아파트 선택에 강하게 작용하는 경향이 높게 나타났으며, 이 변수는 어떠한 독립변수보다 아파트 선택에 강하게 작용한다. 이밖에 가구의 월평균소득과 월평균 저축도 아파트를 선택하는데 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

        Revision, Writing Anxiety, and the Effect of Written Corrective Feedback on Improving L2 Written Accuracy

        Previous research has shown that revision is a factor mediating the effect of written corrective feedback(CF) on second language(L2) learners’ written accuracy. The purpose of the study is to extend the research in two ways. The first is to examine whether revision holds its mediating impact even when written CF targets highly complex structures such as the English hypothetical conditional. Second, the study explores whether revision interacts with other mediating factors such as L2 writing anxiety. A total of 105 Korean college students of English were assigned to six groups that differed in terms of anxiety level(low or high) and instructional treatment they received(written CF only, written CF plus revision, or no treatment). The participants produced four written texts through dictogloss tasks. The first, the third and the fourth one served as the pretest, the immediate posttest and the delayed posttest, respectively. The results revealed that revision increased the short-term effect of written CF given to the low-anxiety learners, which indicated that it had a mediating impact on the efficacy of written CF targeting highly complex structures over limited periods of time. However, the impact was not shown for the high-anxiety learners, demonstrating that there was interaction between revision and L2 writing anxiety.

        I did relative comparison by selected Play and Sport among five activities domains of physical education in this study. This study came to a conclusion by a deductive analysis through a purpose of study to thesis the theory of physical education basised on characters of these both. In this study, I did summarized what $quot;the theory of physical education is a necessary theory in alteration of human in the direction of a desirable person through a intentional physical activities$quot;. I did chose Play and Sport among five activities domains of physical education for this purpose of this study. The essence of play was demonstrated that it had a nature of instinct and a nature of freedom based on the purity, and the essence of sport demonstrated that a nature of selection and a nature of regulation base on the competition by a logical reasoning. These both(Play and Sport) created recreation to the leisure domain in both work and rest of human activities. I could validated that these all beginning with play activities. Also the origin of sport beginning with play. Because by these things, I could demonstrated that sport was immanented in a homogeneity too. But Play and Sport have a heterogenetic characters by performance-purpose or method and regulations etc. In spite of these thing, I indicated that these activities must be center a physical activities. Therefore, we must excepted from the theory of physical education, general concept of play, that is to say, non-physical activities. Also recreation have got to draw a line to the object of the theory of physical education by only physical-active recreation with a limited physical-motor activities. Besides, sports must be thesis by a definite limitation from these general-human activities by only pure physical-motor activities of human, in etymological meaning of a broad sense.

        단련주의 체육정책 입안을 위한 이론적 고찰

        This study on the solution-plan of physical fitness training in the secondary education through the thought of physical education, Comenius, John Locke and Rousseau etc. As the result of studied on an alternative plan of the physical education-policy, I have got the result, as follow. The modern time have expose the problems, that is the shortening of the working hours, physical fitness-decline be owing to that, one and the same the school by the influence of industrial society. These teenager in these days be suffer an excess the stress of the changeable education-policy, education-policy of an entrance examination centered, the higher competitive rate, the society-climate of the higher academic career centered. The physical education of school is, moreover, in the swim diminishing respond to lesson-intention of student. the physical education of school must be establish the value orientation to solve a settlement of the social, the educational pathology. Especially, on the value orientation in the physical education of school, I created these, on the basis of the extrinsic and the intrinsic values. First of all, the physical fitness training-theory of Comenius emphasized the physical toughness. John Locke took a serious view of more the physical, moral training-process than the knowledge education. The natural training of Rousseau request the tough and the tolerable physical fitness through a trial and suffering in nature. The value orientation of the principle of strength must turn into the an alternative proposal the physical education for physical fitness training, to complete faithfully existing the goal and the purpose etc of physical education The extractive terms in the contents of the physical education among three educational philosopher are the suffering, the distress, the trial, the perseverance, the self-denial, the boldness, the toughness and training etc. In the days ahead, the physical education must be leave the value-orientation in the physical activities useable to these terms, and It must be lead to the direction of the classwork of physical education. Because, the recurrence into the policy of physical education about the physical fitness training-theory would be make chance can to the physical, the mental, the emotional and social completion through the self-confidence and the feeling of achievement in severity of nature. Therefore, the value-orientation of the physical education in the school must apply to classwork in whatever form urgently.
