중국이 놀라운 속도의 경제성장을 이룩하면서, 한국과 중국 간의 무역도 큰 추세로 증가하였다. 하지만 활발한 경제무역관계에도 불구하고 한국기업의 중국에 대한 직접해외투자는 2006년 이후 계속 감소 추세에 있으며, 중국의 투자환경 변화로 인해 한국의 중국에 대한 해외직접투자도 지속적으로 감소하고 있다. 본 연구는 이런 배경 하에 중국현지에 기업을 운영하고 있는 한국기업의 투자 철수결정에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인을 분석한다. 특히 중국현지에 있는 한국기업의 특성에 따라서 독자기업집단과 합자기업집단으로 구분하여 분석을 진행하였으며, 회귀분석을 통해 투자 철수에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인을 규명하였다. The purpose of this paper is to figure out the factors which can affect the behaviour of the Korean company divestment from Chinese market and the influence of these factors. Many Korean companies did not prepare their background research properly before investing in China. This made the business difficult in China. The result of this research can be summarized in 7 parts.The first, The lack of capacity to get information of most Korean medium-sized and small companies can not make an influence on the behaviour of divestment. The second, the ability of technological development doesn’t make a significant influence, either. The third, the change of economic environment makes the strongest influence on the behaviour of withdrawal. The fourth, the change of political environment also make a positive influence. The fifth, the factor of barriers to divestment didn’t show us a significant influence in statistics but it is the only one which has an negative coefficient of all the factors. The sixth, the social and cultural factors show a significant positive influence on relationship between economic environment, political environment and the decision of divestment. At last we divided the samples into two part by the feature of the firm(exclusively foreign-owned enterprise and cooperative enterprise), the cooperative firms group shows a more stronger sensitivity by the changes of economic environment and political environment.
