경상남도 거주 장애인의 체육활동이 건강에 미치는 영향 -장애정도에 따른 차이를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 장애인 체육활동과 건강의 관계를 장애정도에 따라 경증 장애인과 중증 장애인을 중심으로 살펴보고, 이들의 건강증진 방안을 제시함에 있다. 이를 위해 2020년 경상남도 장애인 생활체육 실태조사에 참여한 등록 장애인 723명의 자료를 활용, SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 장애정도에 따라 체육활동(운동 횟수, 시간, 강도)이 건강에 미치는 영향력을 검증하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 경증 장애인은 운동 횟수가 증가할수록 건강 수준이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중증 장애인은 운동 강도가 강해질수록 건강 수준이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경증과 중증 장애인을 모두 포함한 전체 장애인의 경우 운동 횟수가 증가하고, 운동 강도가 강해질수록 건강수준이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 기초로 경증, 중증 장애인의 건강증진에 더욱 효과적인 체육활동 방안을 제언하였다. 본 연구는 직업의 유형, 업무의 난이도, 정규직 여부 등에 대한 변수가 반영되지 못하였고, 향후 연구에서는 직업에 대한 보다 상세한 내용을 반영한 후속연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between physical activities and the health of people with mild and severe disability focusing on the grading of disability. The Study utilized the data of 723 people from a survey on physical activities of people with disability in the province of Gyeongsangnam-do at 2020. The results showed that first, people with mild disability achieve improvement in health as the frequency of physical activities increases; second, people with severe disability achieve improvement in health as the intensity of physical activities increases; and third, all those who have mild or severe disability achieve improvement in health as the frequency and the intensity of physical activities increase. In this study, variables such as job type, difficulty, and regular status were not reflected. In future research, follow-up studies that reflect more detailed information about occupations should be conducted.
