The free functional muscle transfer (FFMT) is the surgical procedure aimed at reconstructing defective or deteriorated muscle function by grafting free muscles including blood vessels and nerves. Since the free gracilis transfer in the facial paralysis was introduced in 1976, there have been many studies and clinical applications of the FFMT in various donor and recipient sites in brachial plexus injury, muscle ischemic contracture, muscle defect after tumor resection, congenital muscular deficit, multiple trauma. When the reconstruction of the nerve is delayed for 9 months to 1 year after the brachial plexus injury, voluntary muscle contracture is impossible even after the nerve regeneration by the irreversible degeneration of the muscles. And it is difficult to obtain adequate function even if nerve transfer or nerve transplantation is performed because the distance to be regenerated is too long. In these cases, the FFMT has been improved the functions of the upper limb in flexion or extension of the elbow, fingers. Many good clinical results of the FFMT have been reported, so the FFMT gets much interests and attentions. The essential things for the successful outcome of the surgery are the anatomical knowledge, the skilled surgical technique and the choice of patients who can meet the indications and receive long-term rehabilitation. Recent advances in surgical techniques will result in improved results of the FFMT. 유리 기능성 근 이식술은 혈관, 신경을 포함한 유리 근을 이식하여 결손이 있거나 저하된 근육 기능을 재건하는 것을 목적으로 하는 수술을 말한다. 1976년 안면 마비에 유리 박근 이식이 소개된 이후 상완 신경총 손상뿐만 아니라 근육의 허혈성 구축, 종양 절제에 의한 근 결손, 선천적인 근 결손, 광범위한 외상 등에 의해 저하된 근육 기능재건에 많은 연구와 임상적 적용이 있었다. 특히 상완 신경총 손상에서 9개월–1년 이상 신경의 재건이 지연된 경우에는 근육의 불가역적 변성 변화로 신경이 회복된 이후에도 근육의 수의적 수축이 불가능한 문제가 있으며, 손목, 손가락의 근육들은 신경이 회복되어야 할 거리가 멀기 때문에 신경 이전술, 신경 이식술을 시행하더라도 수술로 적절한 기능을 거의 얻기 어려워 이러한 경우에 유리 기능성 근 이식술은 주관절, 수지의 굴곡이나 신전 등에서 저하된 근육의 기능을 개선하여 좋은 치료결과들이 보고되고 있어 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 수술의 성공적인 치료 결과를 위해서는 근육, 혈관, 신경에 대한 해부학적인 지식을 가지고 숙련된 수술 술기와 함께 적응증에 부합하고 장기간의 재활 치료를 받을 수 있는 환자의 선택이 필요하다. 최근 피판 추적 방법의 발달 등 새로운 수술 기법의 발전으로 더욱 향상된 결과를 가져올 것으로 판단된다.

뜻 길과 사랑에 빠져본 사람들만이 아빠를 제대로 이해하고 아빠에 대해서 말할 수 있다고 생각해요. 제가 20년 넘게 기억하는 아빠는 오직 통일교회를 개척하고 교회식구들을 보살피시는데 일념을 가지고 온몸과 마음을 희생하셨던 선구자였습니다. 30년 넘게 공직을 하시면서 주변의 괴롭힘이나 열악한 환경, 또한 자신의 육체가 쇠약해져 가는 상태에서도 항상 미소를 잃지 않으시고 불평한 마디 하신 적 없으셨던 것 같아요.

The purpose of this study was to investigate art education for young children curriculum in Early childhood teacher education. This investigation was based on the 6th kindergarten curriculum and recent trends in art education for young children. For this purpose, syllabi of coursework for art education were collected from 19 universities & colledge. and then these syllabi were analyzed by categorizing them according to previous research on coursework for the education of kindergarten teachers, and on art education. The conclusions of this research are as follows: 1) Activities in art education of the 6th kindergarten coursework integrate learning in 'exploring.' 'expression.' and 'appreciation.' 2) Recently. appreciation activities for integrated approaches. exploring activities related to expression activities. and integrated applications such as coursework contents and fields are being emphasized in art education for young children. 3) The various coursework related to art education for young children in teacher education program consists of an integrated form of theory and practical training. Among exploring. expression, and appreciation fields. the content area of 'expression' is being emphasized in the practical training. As a result of the analysis of this research. the educational contents which are emphasized in the 6th coursework and are currently gaining much attention are not frequently reflected in the current coursework regarding art education for youg children in teacher education program. From these conclusions. research for an integrated application of art education in the field of contents for art education, and for the establishment of the content in art-related coursework in kindergarten teacher education program. Therefore, for more professional and high quality child educational activities, the contents of art education coursework need to be established and improved based on basic knowledge. skills, and attitudes necessary for art education teachers.

한국, 영국, 미국의 유아 컴퓨터 교육에 대한 비교연구

최근 컴퓨터를 사용하는 연령이 점차 하향화 되고, 유아의 컴퓨터 활용도가 높아지면서 유 아기 컴퓨터 활용에 대한 찬반 논란뿐만 아니라 유아기에 컴퓨터를 어떻게 사용하게 할 것이 냐의 문제가 중요하게 대두되고 있다. 이런 관점에서 외국에서는 유아기 컴퓨터 교육에 대한 지침 및 교육과정을 구성하여 제시하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 경우 유아를 대상으로 한 컴 퓨터 교육내용 및 지침이 제대로 마련되어 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 영국, 미국의 유 아 컴퓨터 교육의 내용, 지침, 교육과정 등의 분석을 통해 우리나라 유아 컴퓨터 교육의 내용 구성에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다. 영국과 미국의 경우 유아 컴퓨터 교육에 대한 지침과 교육과정은 초등교육과정과 연계되도 록 구성되었고, 전체 학년에 걸쳐 단계별로 통합적이고 체계적으로 제시되어 있다. 우리나라 에서도 유아 컴퓨터 교육의 기준 및 내용을 마련하여 유아들이 컴퓨터를 문제해결, 의사결정, 의사소통의 도구로 사용할 수 있도록 하고, 이를 통해 유아들이 비판적 문해능력을 발달시키 고, 사회적·윤리적으로 책임 있게 컴퓨터를 사용할 수 있도록 해야 하겠다.

Music as Cultural Identity: Examining Isang Yun’s Duo für Viola und Klavier (1976)

This research considers matters of cultural identity in music. Several scholars, including Raymond Williams and Pierre Bourdieu, have noted that ‘culture’ is one of the most complicated words to define because it is intertwined with many other discourses. The research draws on Williams’s theory that aspects of culture, such as tradition and artistic works, are ‘a way of life’ in relation to what matters to us and characterize us as part of society as a whole, reflecting society’s activities, politics, and circumstantial elements. Korean-German composer Isang Yun whose work combined Eastern and Western elements viewed culture in accordance with human dimensions of values, activities, and implications in people’s historical and social lives. This study examines Yun’s Duo für Viola und Klavier (1976), addressing three issues: it explores the theoretical discussion of the concept of culture, addresses music as cultural identity in terms of people and place, and explains how music embodies one’s cultural identity(or identities).

청소년의 사회적 역량과 학교폭력 피해경험의 관계에서 부모 지원의 조절효과

본 연구는 사회적 역량과 학교폭력 피해경험의 관계에서 부모의 지원이 미치는 조절효과를 검증하였다. 이를 수행하기 위해 한국교육종단연구(KELS) 2013의 6차년도(2019년) 학생설문 데이터를 활용하여 국내 고등학교 1학년 6,258명의 사회적 역량, 학교폭력 피해경험, 그리고 부모 지원을 조사하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모 지원을 통제한 상태에서도 사회적 역량이 학교폭력 피해경험에 미치는 부적 영향은 통계적으로 유의하였다. 둘째, 부모의 정서적 지원이 사회적 역량 중 타인배려, 협력학습, 규칙준수가 학교폭력 피해경험에 미치는 영향을 조절한 반면, 부모의 학업적 지원은 이를 조절하지 못하였다. 자녀의 사회적 역량이 낮더라도 부모가 자녀에게 제공하는 정서적 지원이 높다면 학교폭력 피해의 가능성을 크게 낮추므로, 부모교육을 통해 자녀에 대한 정서적 지원의 향상을 도모해야 한다.
