      • 女子中學生에 있어서 有酸素能力과 脂質代射에 관한 硏究

        In order to investigate the maximal aerobic power of the middle school girl TC(Total Cholesterol), TG(Triglyceride), HDL-C(HDL cholesterol), LDL-C, FFA were measured during the treadmill exercise by the graded work load method. After the maximal performance. TC. TG. HDL-C LDL-C and FFA were measured in order to investigate the change of lipid metabolism for the control groups. The results of this study showed that TC was not different significantly at rest. But after the exercise, the experimental group was 166.11㎎/㎗. The control group was lower than the experimental group. For TG the control group was 198.13㎎/㎗ at rest but the experimental group was 77.46㎎/㎗. As for HDL-C the experimental group was 12㎎/㎗ higher than the control group at rest, after the exercise the experimental group was higher than the control group by 19.4㎎/㎗. In case of LDL-C the contol group was 303.4㎎/㎗ at rest, after the excise the experimental group showed 107㎎/㎗ higher than the control group. The control group was 80% higher than the experimental group for FFA at rest. After the exercise, the experimental group was higher than the control group by 100%. VO_2 max was 40.40㎖/㎏.min for the control group, 57.69㎖/㎏.min for the experimental group. The aerobic power of the experimental group was higher than the control group at rest, but TC was lower than the control group. The aerobic power was larger at rest, TC was lower, the contents of TG, FFA was lower by 50%, HDL-C was higher, the LDL-C was higher after the exercise in the experimental group.

      • 女子大學生에 있어서 Exercise Prescription Program에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 현대체육 강의를 수강한 학생 273명을 대상으로 건강의 자각증상, sports의 수행습관, 생활에서의 식사, 수면 및 현대체육 수강동기 등 건강에 대한 질문과 체력테스트에서 근력, 유연성, power, 지구성 등을 측정한 측정치로 하여금 일본인의 체력진단 5단계 수준을 기본으로 한 상대적 평가표에서 같은 범위의 연령군의 운동성과(physical performance)를 비교하였다. 그 결과, 근력과 유연성은 보통 수준이었으며 power및 전신지구성은 조금 낮은 수준에 있었다. 이들에게 exercise prescription으로 운동빈도는 주 3-4회 운동강도는 최대심박수의 60-80%, 운동지속시간은 15-60분회로 자기자신의 능력에 알맞는 menu(running, jogging, walking, hiking, swimming, cycling, boating, cross-country, ski 등 다양한 지구성 게임)을 선택하여 최대심박수에 대한 비율로 환산한 목표심박수를 강도로 운동하여 end point에 달하게 된다. 80% 강도의 운동에서는 심박수가 161beats/min로 꽤 힘들게 지속된다는 자각에서 25분간 jogging하며, 60% 강도의 운동에서는 심박수가 136beats/min으로 자신의 pace를 Jogging은 30-40분으로 표 연령별 운동강도와 심박수의 관계에서 힘이 든다든가 많이 힘들어 그만두고 싶은 자각증상까지 달하게 운동하도록 한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate female college student's fitness level and to provide appropriate physical fitness program on the basis of their fitness level. The subject of this study is 273 students registered in Modern Physical Education. The subject completed a questionnaire on perceived symptoms of health, sports performance in their lives, the habbit of eating and sleeping, and the intention of taking the course. The physical fitness tests on muscullar strength, flexibility, power, endurance were also completed. The data from the physical fitness test were compared with the criterion based on 5 steps in physical fitness diagnosis of Japaness. The results indicated that strength and flexibility are in the medium level and power and endurance is in the below average. The exercise prescription for the subject is as follows ; 1) frequency : 3―4 times a week 2) Intensity : 60―90% of maximal heart rate 3) Duration : 15―60 minutes According to their competence, appropriate memu(running, jogging, walking, hiking, swimming, cycling, boating, cross-country, jump-rope, ski) could be selected. The intensity should be reached to the target heart rate. At the intensity of 80% load, heart rate should be reached at 161 beats/min and duration of jogging should be 25 minutes. At the intensity of 60% load, heart rate should be 136 beats/min and the duration of jogging should be 30-40 minutes. The exercise should be reached at the point that the feel hard or very hard based on the relationship between intensity and heart rate across age.

      • 國民學校 兒童의 持久性 檢査 및 肺活量 測定硏究

        국민학교 아동의 체력중 지구력 요소에 대한 현재 성적을 자료로 하여 지구성 test의 가능·타당성을 찾을 것을 목적으로 남·여 아동 834명을 대상으로 지구성 test와 폐활량을 측정하고, 폐활량 예측치를 산출하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. A. 지구성의 체력지수 남아 1학년이 66.04, 2학년 65.9, 3학년이 65.3, 5학년이 68.12로 나타났다. 4학년이 63.88, 6학년이 62.63으로 나타났으며 단, 남아 6학년은 62.63으로 국민학교 남아 전학년중 제일 낮은 치를 나타냈고 여아 2, 4, 5학년이 61.0, 61.80, 60.29로 나타나 남자 아동보다 낮으며 특히 6학년의 지구성 체력지수는 52.28로 특이하게 낮게 나타났다. B. 폐활량 1) 연령 증가에 따라 남·여 아동의 신장·체중 및 체표면적이 증가와 함께 폐활량도 증가를 보였다. 2) 남아 1~6학년은 1,470㏄~2,514㏄로 발달과 함께 증가되었다. 3) 여아 1~6학년은 1,264㏄~2,496㏄로 증가되고 있다. 특히 4,5학년의 여아가 남아보다 약간씩 높은 치를 나타내고 있어 발육 및 기능도 앞서 있음을 시사하고 있다. C. 폐활량 예측산출치는 실측치보다 남아 45.06~79.61%까지 높고 여아는 15.50%~44.53%까지 높게 나타났다. 이와 같은 결론에서 지구력을 위한 검사는 저학년 아동에게도 적합하며, 특히 저학년에서 남·녀 지구성의 체력지수가 높게 나타난 것으로 보아 충족스러운 신체 활동을 통한 지구력 훈련은 남아 3,4,5학년에 가능하여, 여아는 1,2학년부터 점차적으로 지구력 훈련이 가능하다고 하겠다. The purpose of this study was to find out the improvement of endurance and the validity of endurance-test. For this purpose 834 subjects of boys and girls in the elementary school were tested. To evaluate the study, step test, vital capacity and a prediction of vital capacity were used. The result were as follows: <Index of step test, vital capacity> 1) The sixth grade of boys showed 62.63, lower than any other grades. 2) The vital capacity was increased according to the standing height, body weight, the body surface area and age. 3) The vital capacity was increased from 1,264㏄. of the first grade to 2,496㏄. of the sixth grade. 4) In the forth and the fifth grade of girls that the value of vital capacity was highen than that of boys.

      • 運動强度가 有酸素能力과 脂肪代射에 미치는 영향

        18∼20세 청년기 여자학생 14명중 7명을 임의로 선정하여 비훈련군으로 하였고 1년이상 신체운동을한 7명은 훈련군으로 하였다. 지구성 운동훈련이(Endurance Training) aerobic work capacity에 미치는 영향 및 혈청지질단백질의 농도(serum lipoprotical)와 최대하부하(submaximal work load) 및 최대부하(maximal work load)에서의 혈청지질 변화를 안정 상태와 비교하여 강도별로 규명하고자 한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 지구성운동 훈련을 받은 18세 여자학생의 V˙O_2 max는 54.71ml/kg·min으로 비훈련군 42.47ml/kg·min로 훈련군이 높았다. 2. HDL-C는 훈련군이 75.71mg/dl 비훈련군은 64.85mg/dl이었다. 3. 훈련군의 V·O_2 max 70%에서 HDL-C의 농도는 76.57mg/dl로 1.14%증가되었다. 비훈련군은 V·O_2 약 50%에서 66.28mg/dl로 2.2% HDL-C이 증가되었다. 4. HDL-C는 all out시에 안정시에 비교하여 양군 다 약 7% 증가되었다. 5. LDL-C는 훈련군에서 194.0mg/이 비훈련군 258.4mg/dl로 비훈련군이 33.2%가 훈련군보다 높았다. 6. TC는 훈련군·비훈련군 양군이 동일하게 177mg/dl로 나타났다. 7. TG는 훈련군 93mg/이, 훈련군은 111mg/dl이었고 운동강도가 증가됨에 따라 훈련군에서는 증가되었다. 8. FFA은 안정시의 혈청농도가 훈련군에서 0.276μEq/ι이며 비훈련군에서는 0.564μEq/ι로 비훈련군이 높았다. The result of the study on fourteen young females focusing on the effect of endurance training on aerobic work capacity and the comparison of serum ltpoprotein concentration and the change of serum each at there states; submaximal workload, maximal work load and at rest concerning the degree in analyzing is as follows: 1. V˙O_2 max of the endurance trained young female is 54.71ml/kg.min higher than 42.47ml/kg.min of the untrained. 2. HDL-C of the trained is 75.91mg/dl and the untrained is 64.85mg/dl. 3. The load of 1.14% increase to 76.57mg/dl of HDL-C concentration from 70% of V˙O_2 max a intensity among the trained while the untrained showed 2.2% increase to 66.28mg/dl of HDL-C concentration from exer 50% of V˙O_2 max intensity. 4. HDL-C of all out state increase about 7% compare that of the rest state in both groups. 5. LDL-C of the untrained 258.4mg/dl is 33.2% higher than 194.0mg/dl of the trained. 6. TC is 177mg/dl in both groups. 7. TG of the trained is 93mg/dl and the untrained is 111mg/dl. The increase of TG is found as the exercise intensity increases among the trained. 8. The concentration of FFA at rest is higher among the untrained as it shows 0.276μEq/ι while it is 0.564μEq/ι among the trained.

      • Treadmill走行訓練이 흰쥐의 運動能力 및 골격근 Mitochondria의 酸素消耗率에 미치는 影響

        본 실험은 실험동물인 wister strain Rat을 사용하여 最大下負荷(submaximal load)하에서 Treadmill 走行訓練을 週 5回, 2週間을 한 期間으로하여 8週間의 運動訓練에 의한 效果를 運動效果 및 身體資源의 면에서 구하고저 시도되었다. 즉 흰쥐의 下肢骨格筋에서 mitochondria를 분리하고 palarographic method에 의해 산소소모율을 측정하여 ㎕ O_2/hour·㎎·protein으로 나타내었다. 실험결과로는 Treadmill에 의한 週行訓練이 흰쥐의 운동성과면에서 최대주행거리 및 최대주행지속시간의 증가와 체중증가를 일정하게 유지시켜 주었고 신체자원면에서는 골격근 미토콘드리아의 단백질 대사를 촉진시켰으며 산소소모율도 실험기간의 대조군 보다는 높은치를 나타내고 있다. This study aims to determine the factor of Physical resources and physical performance through maximal running distance, time, and oxygen consumption rate of mitochondria in the skeletal muscle of the rat. In this study 60 male rates (Wister Strain) with 155 to 170gms weredivided into two groups, control and experimental groups. A training program of these rats on the animal treadmill was carried on five times, per week during four periods of eight weeks. The results were as follows: 1. During the training period, the body weight was increased in both of the groups. But the control group showed lower weight than the experimental group during the third and the fourth training periods. 2. The maximal running distance and time were increased in the experimental group. This indicates that the factor of endurance in the pysical performance was increased. 3. Oxygen consumption rate of mitochondria in the skeletal muscle trained in the group was almost twice as much as the control group (untrained). These results suggest that the physical training or endruance exercise tend to control body weight by accelerating the fatty acid sxidation phosphorylation and to increase the oxygen consumption rate by increasing the number of mitochondria and the activated enzyme content in mitochondria. Treamill running surely improve physical performance and physical resource even in the experimental animals trained during 8 weeks.

      • 肺換機能이 持久力에 미치는 影響에 關한 硏究

        본 연구는 여자대학교 10명을 대상으로 Spirometry에 의하여 폐환기능과 지구력을 평가하는 최대 산소섭취량을 Treadmill의 정증부하법을 이용하여 측정하고, step-test로 부터 구해진 체력지수를 산출하여 폐환기능 및 최대산소섭취량과 step test지수를 측정 산출하였고 또한 상관계수를 산출하여 그에 따라 상관계수를 구하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 폐환기능에서 각 평균치는 다음과 같다. 1) Respiratory rate는 17.3 beats/min 2) Tidal volume 471.67 ㎖ 3) Inspiratory reservevolume 2.65 ℓ 4) Regidual Volume 1.64 ℓ 5) Expiratory reserve volume 1.36 ℓ 6) Maximum Voluntary Vontilation 122.16 ℓ/min 7) Total lung capacity 3.548 ℓ 8) Forced vital capacity 3.548 ℓ 9) Forced expired volume for/second 3.09 ℓ/sec 2. 산소섭취량 1) maximum oxygen intake 2.040 ℓ/min 35.868 ㎖/min/㎏ 2) maximum Heart rate 195.0 beats/min 3) maximum ventilation 64.487 ℓ/min 3. Index of step test 1) step test 55.91 2) max Heart 169.0 beats/min 이상 경과에서, maximum Oxygen intake와 maximum Heart Rate의 상관계수는 r=-0.857로 유의한 역상관 관계를 가지며, 산소섭취량과분시 최대 환기량과 r=0.051로 유의한 상관관계이며, 산소섭취량과 maximum Voluntary Ventilation과의 r=-0.434로 유의있는 역상관 관계가 나타났다. 폐환기능의 각 분획과 산소섭취량과의 상관 관계는 작게 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to determine Max O_2 consumption by load of step test and treadmill work. The subjects for this study were 10 female college students of 21 year olds. The results were as follows: 1. The physical characteristics: 1) The average height was 160.6㎝ 2) The average weight was 57.3㎏ 3) The average body surface was 1.58㎡ 4) The average skin hold thicken was 22.51㎜ 2. The pulmonary function by Spirometry: 1) the respiratory rate was 17.3 beats/min 2) the tidal volume was 471.67 ㎖ 3) the inspiratory reserve volume was 2.65ℓ 4) the expiratory reserve volume was 1.35ℓ 5) the residual volume was 1.64ℓ 6) the maximum voluntary capacity was 5.55ℓ 7) the forced vital capacity was 3.548ℓ 8) the forced expired volume for 1 second was 3.09ℓ/sec 3. The Endurance was concerned with the measurement of maximum oxygen intake by using the treadmill method. 1) the maximum oxygen intake was 2.040ℓ/min and 35.87㎖/㎏/min. 2) the maximum Heart Rate was 195 beats/min. 3) the maximum ventilation was 64.49ℓ/min. 4. The step test was made on the endurance(aerobic work capacity) in respect with the respiro-circulatory functions: 1) the index of step test was 55.91 2) the maximum heart rate after step test was 169 beats/min

        구조방정식을 이용한 국어 사이버 가정학습의 효과 관련 요인에 관한 연구

        The objective of this research is to assess various factors affecting E-learning in Korean language education. In this research, we hypothesize that several factors such as absorption, motivation and tutors increase the educational effects of E-learning and ultimately affect learning attitude and satisfaction of students in E-learning. To discuss the hypothesis, we analyzed survey data of 300 students who were taking E-learning class of Korean language for three weeks in October 2007 based on Structural Equation Model. The result of our analysis shows that the factors such as absorption, motivation, tutors have positive effects on E-learning in Korean language education and positive influence on learning attitude and satisfaction on students as well.
