        관광호텔의 기업문화와 영향요인간의 관계

        This study is not to present elanatory or conclusive study results, but exploratory study. The purpose of this study is to establish a theory framework for the corporate culture in hotels and its influence factors, and to suggest research implications for the development of hotel corporate culture in the future. To accomplished the main purpose of study(relationship between the influence factors and the characteristics for hotel corporate culture), canonical correlation analyses were conducted. The influence factors of hotel corporate culture wer very related to the factors of the characteristics for hotel corporate culture.

        Tourism is the industry, which can view of the people's economic behavior through the tourism. So the impact of tourism is a good subject of study. So far, specially, an argument of the impact of tourism has been focused on the impact of economic or its profit. Besides, its positive effects have been overemphsized. As a matter of facts, the phenomena of tourism reveal human psycholoy diversely, these tourist behavior has effected local community and residents economically, socially and environmentlly. Nevertheless, most policy of tourism development has elevated merely the levels of tourist's satisfaction and emphasized to maximize of the economic impact. For that reason, relatively resident's opinion has underestimated. Needless to say, 1 agree to such a situation that we, through the tourism industry, should improve the balannce of international payment, cleat income of the local residents, and promote a trade. But, the problem is that the economic impact of tourism has been exaggerated or affirmed. We must face up to these problems. Therefore, we have to concede that the impact of tourism exists together with positive and negative sides. So we suould study without biases.

        The metropolitan phenomenon with overindustrization has changed urban life environment, made urban people visit a natural region and increased the need of new relaxation, recreational space. According to these circumstances, tourism agriculture development become increacely concerned. It is a time that a new management method be introduced to tourism agriculture operation. On this study the enviroment of tourism agriculture marketing is investigated. The problems are abstracted through the analysis of tourism agriculture marketing enviroment. The method of improvement on tourism agriculture marketing are as follows. The first, the educational programs are developed and operated for tourism agriculture managers. The second, the types of tourism agriculture are a variously developed and promoted. The third, many tourists' inducement is pursuaed. The forth, the motivation research on tourism agriculture users is made and guests are systematically managed.

      • 韓國의 文化觀光을 위한 觀光資源開發에 관한 硏究

        The tour have been appearing as a required essentials of life in modem society. Especially,the' tendency of desire-satisfaction for culture,education which have try to understand the culture of own country and foreign country with tour and sudden increase of tour demand according to economic development make come to front the necessaity of tour culture creature. However,despite several cultural tour resource has lie here and there all over the country,we can not deal with increasing tour demand of people owing to the lack of political development and system. The necessity of studys were presented according to above critical mind and I got systematizetheory through study for preceding reports and for theory of traditional tour resource development to get the answer for the point at issue. I have proposed some problems for culture tour promotion and for slightness of tour law,absence of tour executive with analyzing of the status of culture tour source development and examples of foreign culture tour resource development and reviewing of Korean tour resource development background on the basis of above theory. The summarized alternatives from the results of study in these points are as belows. First, national cultural character have been ruined owing to slightness of tour law details concerning culture tour resource development. Therefore the system which can promote culture tour with several culture art development should be required. To adapt for national aims pointed to culture period effectively and to lead realization of people's various and healthy tour growth,tour law must be replaced to culture tour aims. Second, we have not met the change of inside and outside tour environment because the lacks of specified bodies and the duplicated function of tour policy on the resource development of culture tour. To meet progressively the change of tour environment and to satisfy the demand of culture tour,planning the way of improvement of the tour policy system,the methods should be prepared to expand the self-control ability,rationality and creativity of the tour policy. Third, the promotion of tour development by the government have been the retrogression causing the damage of the cultural resource due to the well-known-cultural-site-oriented development Therefore,to promote the resource development of culture tour rationally and effectively,the designation of the culture tour resource,and making the foundation for the promotion of culture tour and the complex of the culture tour are needed.

      • 韓國의 觀光農業 開發方案에 關한 硏究

        Modern society is called an era of urbanization. The Phenomenon of urbanization essentially have made a social structure changed and have produced a side-products of urban concentration of population and a loss of humanity. The phenomenon of urban population concentration have caused a lack of labor because of the reduction of rural population, and the results have made inter-regional inequity worse. Due to these circumstances, people became anxious to escape from a monotonous urban life and meet the nature. The emphasis is placed on the need of Tourism Agriculture development based on rural community in rural society for the labor satisfaction and the economic increase. Tourism Agraiculture Development is discussed on this study as an alternative which is ableto meet all of their needs. From the viewpoint of these, the actual situations of Tourism Agriculture Development are analyzed on this study. The alternatives of Tourism Agriculture Development are abstracted by studying depending on the foreign examples. The results are as follows; The first, Tourism Agriculture Development should be made connected to a nearby tourist attraction. The second, As modern Tourism is moving toward the adventure tourism, the program should be developed in the form of active tourism in Tourism Agriculture Development. The third, the educational programs for services to the residents in tourism a griculture region should be developed and implemented because Tourism Agriculture Development has the qualities of the Hospitality Industry, whlch is called the third dementional industry. The forth, the short-term, mid-term, long-term development planning in Tourism Agriculture Development should be set up for the forward openning of agriculture-fishery products import with which we ared faced. The fifth, the propaganda and public relations of Tourism Agriculture Development should be fortified, and the recreational opportunites for citizens should be provided and the contribution of rural region circumstance improvement and in come increase should be made.

        한국 관광호텔의 기업문화와 조직성과간의 관계에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to organize literature related to the corporate culture, the organizational effectiveness and the organizational performance in tourist hotels, and to propose the basic informations for the development of hotel corporate culture in the future through the research results. As a conclusion, this study attempts to organize literature related to the corporate culture of tourist hotel, the organizational effectiveness and performance. The author hopes advancements of hotel corporate culture and the organizational effectiveness(performance), and utilization of study results to the real situation in every tourist hotel. Futhermore in the future, the study should be oriented to the exact of empirical research and in-depth research for service quality of hotel was recommended.

        We are in the critical condition under the IMF. Tourism industry is in the very difficult state. We must try to find a new tourism environment and a new marketing strategy. And then a nice tourism environment must also be built for helping tourists have good tourism. Especially the tourism environment directly and indirectly impacts on the destination decision and the destination image making. And also the components of tourist destination environments are composed of a complex resources, atmosphere etc. Because of each destination has its own character, there could be distinguished the image making. Therefore the decision environments in the tourist destination-the resources play a role to make characteristic of the destinations. Especially the nature and the facilities supply the spaces to use of tourist's activities as well as satisfy the tourist's need. According to this study presents the strategy for the decision environment of destination which includes the mature, the facility, the social/cultural, atmosphere environment. And the tourism environment must design for the tourist should be supposed to be natural, and so the tourist have good tourism.

      • 觀光事業의 槪念과 特性에 關한 考察

        Tourism business is a human industry that gets over the isolated society as a 'social cures' and a culture business that plays a great role in the openess and globalization and promotes mutual move, mutual penetration,mutual observation, mutual development. As the total of destinations within a nation is regarded as tourism objective in tourism business, tourism business is a 'hospitality industry' combined with complex elements and a 'system business' with the charateristics of national complex arts. In addition, it is a 'future growth business' with a economic value as it is called a invisible export business without smoke. As mentioned above, tourism business has many various and interesting businesses and is becoming conspicuous in its importance, but it looks exist in superficial thought and many people hardly can not recognise its importance and even its concepts is not integrated. Accordingly, in this study exploration of its development, meaning,structure on the focus of elementary characteristic of tourism business to correctly indentify the shape of tourism business and establishment of its basic concept are intended. In the future the concept of tourism business must be explored in consideration of tourism demand beyond tourism supply including administrative, non-profit, profit business. That is,it must be established that concept of business is systematized in total and integrated view in the center of maximization of individual tourism business profit,national economic position of tourism business, tourist's various need satisfaction, public section's role increase of tourism development and tourism administration for vitalizing these, people's 'quality of life' increase. And as precondition on this indentification of relative characteristics of tourims business distinctive from the other sections will have to proceed. Only on these basis Korean tourism business will be ready for logical framework that formulate safe industry structure.
