대학 이러닝 팀티칭 융․복합 교양 교과목 학습만족도 영향요인 분석

본 연구는 대학 이러닝 융․복합 교양과목 수업에서 학생들에게 만족을 주는 교수설계 측면의 영향요인이 무엇인가를 분석하였다. 164명의 학생들이 성공적인 대학생활을 위해 필요한 지식과 정보, 스킬, 문제해결능력 향상을 위한 융․복합적 수업내용을 한 학기동안 이러닝 팀티칭 방법으로 학습하였고, 이러닝 학습만족도에 영향을 줄 수 있는 교수설계 전략에 대한 수업요인을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 도출된 요인들이 학습만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이 연구의 주요 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교수설계 측면에서 학습만족도 영향요인으로 강의내용, 상호작용, 학습편리성, 자기주도성, 학습성취감이 도출되었다. 둘째, 대학 이러닝 팀티칭 융복합 교양과목의 학습만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변인은 강의내용, 학습편리성, 학습성취감, 자기주도성 순으로 나타났으며, 이 4개의 변인이 학습만족도를 설명하는 정도는 61.2%인 것으로 분석되었다. 결국 대학 이러닝 융․복합 교양과목의 학습만족도의 중요 영향요인은 강의내용이나 학습편리성인 것으로 귀결지을 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to analyze factors affecting the learners’ course satisfaction in terms of the instructions design strategy in college liberal arts e-learning team teaching convergence course. This study analyzed 164 questionnaires about learner motivational factors and instructional design aspects of lesson and activity design in e-learning team teaching ‘Smart college life’ course. The followings were the major results. The factors affecting the learners’ course satisfaction consisted of 5 sub constructs such as content design, interaction, user`s conveniency, self-directedness and academic achievement. Also the results showed that it was revealed that content design, user`s conveniency, academic achievement and self-directedness affect course satisfaction with convergence liberal arts e-learning course students. According to multiple regression analysis on the impact on the learners’ course satisfaction, the overall explanatory power of the regression equation R²=.612. Finally in terms of magnitude of the effect, content design and user`s conveniency were identified having greater influence on the learners’ course satisfaction.
대학 전공역량 기반 교육과정 성과관리 준거 개발 및 타당화 연구 : PDCA 모형을 기반으로

This study developed and verified the criteria for implementing performance management of university major curriculum based on major competency, which has recently been emphasized as the direction of innovation in university education. This study developed detailed criteria by analyzing the main diagnostic factors related to the 'operation and improvement of education curriculum' index of the university basic competency diagnosis in 2021 based on the PDCA model, and verified the feasibility through expert Delphi survey. To summarize the main results of this study, a total of 17 elements and 35 detailed indexes were developed at the stage of PDCA as a criterion for performance management of university major competency-based curriculum. Plan consists of six elements including ‘Curriculum organization and operation systemicity’, ‘Internal·external environmental analysis adequacy’, ‘Needs analysis adequacy’, Department education objectives-talent consept-talent training type linkage’, ‘Major competency system and specificity’, and ‘Curriculum organization validation’ with 16 detailed indexes, and Do consists of four factors, including ‘Adequacy of curriculum operation’, ‘Field-oriented curriculum implementation’, ‘Effort to improve teaching & learning methods’, and ‘Adequacy of educational environment and budget enforcement’ with eight detailed indexes. Check consists of three factors including ‘Curriculum operation performance and results appropriateness’, ‘Curriculum operation performance excellence’, and ‘Curriculum best practices and university contributions’ with seven detailed indexes, and Act consists of four elements and four detailed indexes, including 'Curriculum improvement and feedback system’, 'Improvement and feedback performance excellence', 'Performance sharing and diffusion efforts', and 'relevance of feedback plan for next year'. In addition, the performance was continuously analyzed according to the PDCA stage, and quantitative performance data that should be managed for each performance management criterion were derived for monitoring.
