The purpose of this study was to apply based on grounded theory to examine the cause of zumba instructors’ re-socialization. Subject of this study were 8 official zumba instructors registered in the U.S with over 1 year of teaching experience after the re-socialization as zumba instructors. Resources for research, in-depth interviews were conducted to collect relevant documents. The collected data was analyzed through the grounded theory analysis open coding, axial coding, selective coding. Causes of desocialization before re-socializing as zumba instructors included the combination of deficiency in the association’s follow-up management system after the qualification as the instructor in previous sports and discord in maintaining the sports group between the association-instructor, between instructor-instructor, between instructor-students. Conclusion for re-socialization as zumba instructors included were found high level of satisfaction in the network system for zumba instructors, self-satisfaction, terms of the relationship, delivering happiness to the class participants, in terms of the stability of the job.

In this study, samples were collected from the Sumummulbangdui wetland at the Halla Mountain in Jeju Island in order to isolate novel bacterial strain. Bacterial strains belonging to the class Alphaproteobacteria, and Gammaproteobacteria were isolated after spreading samples onto solid agar media. The 16S rRNA gene sequences of the strains assigned to the two classes were compared to those of type strains of the species. The strains that showed less than 98.7% 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity to the validly published species were considered to be novel species candidates. A total of 19 strains were regarded as novel strains which can be regarded as novel species candidates. In the Alphaproteobacteria, 6 novel strains were affiliated with the genera Novosphingobium, and Rhizobium. A total of 13 novel strains belong to Gammaproteobacteria that assigned to the family Moraxellaceae, Pseudomonadaceae, and Enterobacteriaceae were identified. Cultural, physiological, chemotaxonomic characteristics and fatty acids compositions have been determined for the novel species candidates, and the characteristics are described in this study.

This study aims to understand the impacts of the serious leisure level of the participants in Zumba on recreation specialization, induce continuous participation, and help vitalize Zumba. To achieve the research purposes, this study selected adult women who were participating in Zumba in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Gangwon-do as a population, from January until February 2017, distributed 320 copies of questionnaires and used 300 copies in the final analysis. For data processing, using SPSS Windows Ver. 20.0 and AMOS Ver. 18.0, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression were conducted. As a result, the following conclusions were drawn. First, it turned out that the serious leisure of adult women participating in Zumba had positive impacts on recreation specialization. In particular, it had positive impacts on leisure career, leisure identity and unique ethos. Second, it turned out that the serious leisure of adult women participating in Zumba had positive impacts on continuous behavior, and continuous benefits had positive impacts on both repetitive participation and word-of-mouth intention, commonly. Third, it turned out the recreation specialization of adult women participating in Zumba had positive impacts on continuous behavior, and importance had positive impacts on both repetitive participation and word-of-mouth intention, commonly.

Although Sumunmulbangdui wetland at the Halla Mountain in Jeju Island, a kind of montane wetlands, has been considered to bear high biodiversity, no study has been reported on the bacterial diversity. In this study, soil and water samples were collected from the wetland in order to isolate novel bacterial species. Bacterial strains belonging to the phyla Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, and Actinobacteria were isolated after spreading soil and water samples onto solid agar media. The 16S rRNA gene sequences of the strains assigned to the three phyla were compared to those of type strains of the species in the phyla. The strains that showed less than 98.7% 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity to the validly published species were considered to be novel species candidates. A total of 32 strains were regarded as novel species candidates in the phyla Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, and Actinobacteria. Diversity of novel species candidates was very low; the candidates were confined to only few genera. In the Bacteroidetes, 13 novel candidate species were affiliated with the genera Mucilaginibacter, Sphingobacterium, Pedobacter, Flavobacterium, and Chryseobacterium. A total of 13 novel candidate species that assigned to the genera Paenibacillus, Lysinibacillus, and Bacillus were identified in the phylum Firmicutes. Only two candidate species that belonged to the genera Mycobacterium and Nocardia were excavated in the Actinobacteria. Cultural, physiological, and chemotaxonomic characteristics have been determined for the novel species candidates, and the characteristics are described in this study.

The species diversity of Betaproteobacteria in the Sumunmulbengdui Wetland Area of Jeju Island was studied using culture based techniques, and candidates for novel taxa were screened. Twenty two novel bacterial strains belonging to Betaproteobacteria were isolated, which could be assigned to 16 genera of 4 families, namely Burkholderiaceae (3 strains), Comamonadaceae (8 strains), Oxalobacteraceae (5 strains), Neisseriaceae (5 strains), and an unassigned group belonging to Burkholderiales (1 strain) based 16S rRNA gene sequences. The genus Chromobacterium contained three candidates of novel species, and each of the genera Burkholderia, Comamonas, Pelomonas and Herbaspirillum contained two candidates respectively. Through the analysis of membrane fatty acid profiles and physiological properties using API 20NE as well as morphological and cultural properties, each of the isolates was found to form potentially novel species. Brief description of 22 potential candidates for new species or subspecies is given accordingly.
