In this study, in order to analyze the status of user side heating usage in district heating apartments, a temperature sensor was installed in the sample households where the actual residents live, to monitor the supply and return temperatures of heating water and room temperature. In addition, the target apartment complex was divided into three groups, and the difference in heating effect was analyzed on the condition that the set value of household heating water flow rate and the flushing of household floor heating coil was performed or not. As a result of the analysis of the household heating usage pattern, it was found that most of the users are using the on/off method like an individual heating boiler, rather than keeping the set temperature of the indoor temperature controller constant. As a result of analyzing the effect of flushing work, it was confirmed that compared to the group that implements the flushing work, the group that did not implement the flushing work reduced the heating effect by relatively decreasing the hot water flow rate due to clogging by solids inside the floor heating coil. As a result of reviewing the flow rate of hot water and the amount of heat used, when the heating rate is charged to the household based on the hot water flow rate, the amount of heat used for actual heating may not be properly reflected in the rate, and thus there may be a discrepancy between the energy used and the heat charge.

In this study, the De-NOx system of the CHP plant is a hybrid type in which SCR and SNCR are installed together, and the Urea is injected into the flue gas through a hot cyclone type vaporizer to convert it into NH₃ and supply it to the SCR. During operation, the Urea sprayed on the hot cyclone did not sufficiently vaporize, and isocyanate solids, which are intermediates of NH3 conversion, were generated and deposited, which resulted in the deterioration of the facility safety. In order to analyze the cause of this phenomenon, CFD modeling using ANSYS FLUENT was performed. As a result, Urea’s NH3 conversion was found to be the flue gas temperature, and the urea conversion rate was low at the flue gas temperature below 300℃. When the flue gas temperature was below 300℃, it was observed that the boiler was at the intial start-up time. As a improvement plan, Urea gasification facility was installed and flue gas heating system was installed in front of hot cyclone. As a result of review the direct fired heating system and the electric heating system with the flue gas heating system, it was considered that the electric heating system was appropriate. As a result of design of the electric heating device, it is considered that 790kW electric heating device is required in this case and the operation cost of 6.7 million won per year including the electric power cost would be required.

지구 온난화로 인한 이상기후 현상이 곳곳에서 나타남에 따라, 탄소중립은 전 세계가 주목하고 있는 핵심 과제가 되고 있으며 그중에서도 온실가스 배출량의 절반 이상을 차지하는 에너지 부분에서의 탄소중립 실현이 중요하게 여겨지고 있다. 이에 따라 재생에너지로 대표되는 분산에너지 활성화의 필요성이 더욱 강조되고 있는 상황이며, 우리나라 역시 「제 3차 에너지기본계획」에서 2040년 총 발전량의 30%를 분산에너지로 하겠다는 목표를 제시한 바 있다. 그러나 태양열, 풍력 등의 재생에너지는 외부 환경에 따른 변동성이 강한 특성으로 인하여 전력계통의 불안정성 등을 가지고 있어 안정적인 에너지 수급을 위해서는 유연성 자원의 확보가 필요하며, 이를 위해 Sector Coupling(전력-비전력 부문간 결합)과 같이 전력계통의 유연성을 증가시킬 수 있는 방안에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 발의된 「분산에너지 활성화 특별법」에 따라 분산에너지 시스템 도입이 가능할 것으로 예상되는 지역을 대상으로 도심형 분산에너지 시스템 모델 대안을 도출하고, 기존의 대용량 집단에너지 열원설비(열병합발전설비)를 기반으로 하는 3세대 지역난방 공급계통과 다양한 재생에너지원의 연계 가능성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 특히, P2H 기술을 이용한 Sector Coupling 방식 등을 통해 변동성 재생에너지에 대한 유연성 확보 방안과 3세대와 4세대 지역난방 연계형 시스템 대안들을 도출하여 비교 분석함으로써 도심형 분산에너지 시스템 도입 방안을 도출하고자 하였다.
