천추부 척수수막 낭종(신경주위 낭종) : 1례 보고 A Case Report

We experienced a rare case of sacral meningeal cyst so called sacral perineurial cyst(Tarlov cyst). A 15 years old girl was admitted to the hospital because of sudden severe low back pain and Lt. sciatica for about one week. We performed delayed myelography and spinal computeized tomographic myelography(C.T.M) for different diagnosis. Delayed filling of contrast media in the cyst was significant in diagnosis of sacral meningeal cyst type Ⅱ. Laminectomy of sacrum(S₁) was performed for partial excision of cystic wall and plastic suture. Operative finding was typical sacral perineurial cyst(Trarlov cyst) which was recently clssified as sacral meningeal cyst type Ⅱ. The classification of spinal meningeal cysts in the literature was indistinct and confused. We also agree with Nabors et. al, in current classification of spinal meningeal cysts, in which the spinal meningeal cysts, in which the spinal meningeal cysts were divided into 3 groups as extradural spinal Mcs TypeⅠ(Diverticulum), Type Ⅱ(perineurial cyst), intradural spinal Mcs(arachnoid cyst).

본 연구에서는 디지털 방식의 첨단 계측제어(I&C) 공학 및 인간기계연계시스템(MMIS) 설계가 적용된 신형 원전 주제어실의 경보표시장치에 대한 인간공학 현안사항을 파악하고 인적오류 발생 가능성을 최소화하기 위해 신형경수로(APR 1400)를 대상으로 수행한 인간공학 예비검증시험 결과를 바탕으로 신형 원전의 경보표시장치에 대한 인간공학 측면의 개선사항을 제시하였다.
Pseudomonas syringae pv. phaseolicola에 의한 에틸렌 생합성

식물의 고엽병균인 Pseudomonas syringae pv. phaseolicola에 의한 에틸렌 생성에 관하여 조사하였다. Krebs 회로 유기산이나 이와 관계있는 Asp, Glu 등의 아미노산은 이 세균에 의한 에틸렌의 생성에 효과적인 기질로 사용된다. 이 세균은 Asp를 기질로 했을 때 가장 많은 에틸렌을 지속적으로 생성하지만 Glu에 의한 에틸렌 생성은 3시간 후에는 거의 중단되었다. 유기산 중에는 Pyr>OAA>Mal>Fum>Succ>KG>Citr의 순으로 많은 양의 에틸렌을 생성하며, 5mM의 Arginine은 Pyr, OAA, Mal 등으로부터의 에틸렌 생성을 상승적으로 촉진시켜서 OAA+Arg나 Pyr+Arg에서는 Asp에서와 거의 같은 양의 에틸렌을 생성한다. Transaminase 억제제인 AOA, L-canaline이나, TCA 회로 억제제인 monofluoroacetate는 OAA나 Pyr로부터의 에틸렌 생성은 억제시키지 않으나 Asp, Glu나 다른 유기산으로부터의 에틸렌 생성은 억제시킨다. 이러한 결과로 보아서 OAA나 Pyruvate가 이 세균에 의한 에틸렌 생성의 가까운 전구체일 것으로 생각된다. Biosynthesis of ethylene by the Kudzu strain of Pseudomonas syringae pv. phaseolicola causing halo blight in Kidney bean plants was studied. Ethylene was effectively produced from the bacteria incubated with the Krebs cycle intermediates and related organic acids. Ethylene was continuously produced throughout a 6 h incubation period from Asp, OAA and KG supplied in the medium as substrates, but the rate of glutamic acid-based ethylene production decreased sharply following incubation for about 3 h Ethylene production induced by Succ, Fum, Mal, OAA and Pyr was further enhanced by arginine whereas citric acid- and KG-induced ethylene production was not affected. The rate of ethylene production with the Krebs cycle organic acids was in order of: Pyr>OAA>Mal>Fum>Succ>KG>Citr. Monofluoroacetate and, inhibitor of the Krebs cycle enzymes, and aminooxyacetate and L-canaline, both inhibitors of a PLP-linked enzyme, inhibited ethylene production induced by Glu and Asp, but not that induced by OAA and Pyruvate. The results obtained in this work suggest that either OAA or Pyruvate is a more direct precursor of bacterial ethylene production than any other organic acids tested.
Mannose가 옥수수 자엽초에서 Kinetin 유발 에틸렌 생성에 미치는 영향

Effect of mannose on kinetin induced ethylene production was examined in corn coleoptile segments. Kinetin induced ethylene production was inhibited 40% in 6 hours and 75% in 12 hours of incubation period by 50mM of mannose. However, it was not inhibited by other sugars such as sucrose, glucose. or fructose. To elucidate how mannose inhibited the kinetin induced ethylene production, uptake of benzyladenine(BA-8-^14C) into the tissue was investigated. Mannose inhibited BA-8-^14C uptake into the tissue about 40% after 12 hour incubation period, but the other sugars did not have such an inhibitory effect. These results may suggest that mannose inhibits the kinetin induced ethylene production by suppressing kinetin uptake into the tissue.

본 연구에서는 프랑스가 미국 TMI 사고 후속조치를 반영하여 우리나라에 공급한 950MWe급 가압경수로형 원전인 울진1,2호기의 주제어실에 대해 NUREG-0700을 기준으로 운전경험 사례 분석, 주제어실 설비 분석 및 기능종합 수행능력 검증을 수행하여 동 주제어실의 인간공학 기준의 위배여부를 검토하고 운전편의성 측면의 설비개선 필요사항을 도출하였다.
