탄소강의 연속주조시 strand 변형과 비정상벌징의 측정 및 해석

A driven roll measuring system has been developed to diagnose strand deformation and bulging during continuous casting and their effect on slab qualities has been discussed. In-cast roll gap profile in the casting direction could be predicted by driven roll displacement monitoring and was discussed regarding the frequency of transversal corner crack. Unsteady bulging, which is generally accompanied by steel level variation within mold and casting speed variation, has a tendency to occur for the steels with 0.09-0.12% C and to increase along downstream side. Frequency analysis which was performed on unsteady bulging showed that high frequency of 0.2-0.25 ㎐ as well as roll rotation and roll pitch frequencies occurred. These particular frequencies were discussed regarding the relation of unevenness of solidified shell. A mathematical model has been developed to simulate the unsteady bulging phenomena based on FEM analysis on the case of periodical casting speed change. Finally, the effect of unsteady bulging on slab qualities also has been discussed.

독일의 그림형제가 모은 동화집인 <어린이와 가정을 위한 동화 Kinderund Hausmarchen 1812/15>가 발간된 이래 동화란 개념은 오늘날과 같은 의미로 이해되기 시작하였으며 시간이 흐르면서 하나의 독립된 짧은 문학형식 및 서술장르로서 자리를 굳혀왔다. 이 문학형식은 다시금 문학사가 및 문학이론가들에 의해 점차 두 가지 세분화된 개념의 문학형식으로 구분되어 다루어져 왔다. 하나는 우리가 통례상 "본래적인 의미로서 동화라고 부를 수 있고, 칭하여 왔던 것으로 주문 Zauber, 기적, 초자연적인 것" 등의 요소들을 자신의 본질적인 특성으로 지니고 있으면서, "원래는 결코 문학적이지 않고 민중적이며, 주로 구두로 전해내려온 장르로 작가의 이름이 미상이며, 텍스트가 여러개일수 있는" 전래동화 Volksmarchen를 말하는 것이다. 다른 하나는 이미 여러 시대를 거쳐 구두로 전해 내려온 전래동화가 "특정한 어느 작가에 의하여 역사적 문학적으로 재 창조된 문학형태로서 거의 대부분이 문자로 쓰여져 보급된 창작동화 Kunstmarchen"를 뜻한다.

"Anmadang" of traditional Korean house is an empty space, surrounded by buildings shaped like the letter, ‘ㅁ’.‘ㅁ’shaped traditional Korean house provides much more comfortable outdoor space for various activities than ‘ㅡ’shaped traditional Korean house. In this paper it has been tried to analyse the dry bulb temperature condition of indoor and outdoor space through measurement of dry bulb temperature in Anmadang, Maru and outdoor space. This paper also analyses the correlation of dry bulb temperature between Anmadang and outdoor space with seasonal variations in traditional Korean houses.
플라즈마 용사에 의해 형성된 ZrO2-8wt% Y2O3 코팅층의 잔류응력해석

As the residual stress in the ZrO₂ coating affects adhesion strength, toughness and strength of the plasma spray coated layer, it is important to predict the variation in residual stress distribution. The residual stresses and distortions are important parameters to determine optimum spraying condition. A stress model is proposed to predict the trend for residual stress developed in the plasma spray coating. Residual stresses based on this model are computed by finite element method. Results of the analysis of the plasma sprayed ZrO₂ coating by finite element analysis were compared with XRD experimental observations in PSZ coated layer. Residual stresses (radial, circumferential and axial stresses) which remains compressive mainly decrease with coating depth and turns into tensile state near the substrate/coating interface. In the direction of axes, relatively large shear stress develops in the ZrO₂ coating.

An analytical model is developed to describe the plasma deposition process in which average solidified thickness and coating and substrate temperatures are obtained. During deposition process solidification rate is periodically varied due to the impingement of liquid splats and the amount of liquid in the coating layer increases. Periodical variation of the solidification rate causes temperature fluctuation in coating and substrate. The nature of interfacial structure of plasma-sprayed NiCrBSi MA powder is compared with the result predicted using our model, which indicates that the liquid, which residue at the coating surface during deposition, causes discontinuous boundaries within the coating. And spraying rate and solidification rate are reverse periodically with spraying process.
