본 연구의 목적은 유가적 청렴행정사례와 그 효과 분석 결과 청렴행정 평가 근거를 첫째, 수기(덕치) 측면 지표에서의 관원들의 修己의 덕목은 淸廉, 勤儉, 厚德, 仁義 등(청렴이나 근검 등은 정신적, 심리적 상태임)으로, 둘째, 치인(법치) 측면 지표의 덕목은 善政, 忠誠, 遵法(선정과 준법 등은 실적에 해당함)으로 善政은 오리의 안민행정, 뽕나무 행정, 忠誠은 사직보호, 의주, 남한산성 호종 등과 遵法의 경우 법규의 준수 여부 등을 들 수 있다. 셋째, 언론과 사회적 평가 측면은 지역사회 여론과 인지도 등을 제안하는데 있다. 본 고에서의 유가 청렴행정과 그 효과란 梧里 李元翼(1547∼1634) 청렴행정 사례의 적용, 공감체험을 통한 정신적 힐링으로 정의한다. 본 연구의 방법과 범위는 먼저 필자의 선행연구(이종수, 2010~2016)와 학술지를 참조하였다. 본 고의 차별점은 이야기 치유방안을 유가적 수기치인의 관점에서 치유수단으로 삼아 접근하는 방법을 적용했다는 점이다. 분석의 범위는 주로 관료개인적 차원의 관료병의 발생원인과 스토리텔링 치유대안을 주로 심신수양관, 梧里의 치인으로서의 安民, 정신적 탐욕의 예방과 치유를 위한 유가적 마음치유 방안을 제시하고, 현대적 시사점으로서의 청백리 평가기준을 개발하였다.

Candida sp. L-16이 생성하는 Xylitol dehydrogenase의 생성조건에 관한 연구

The opitmal cultural conditions such as carbon and nitrogen sources, cultural temperature, initial pH, aeration and cultural time for production xylitol dehydrogenase which catalyzed the conversion of xylitol to xylulose from Candida sp. L-16. were investigated. The maximum yield of xylitol dehydrogenase was observed with cultivation in a medium containing 5.0% D-xylose as a carbon source and 0.3% yeast extract, 0.3% malt extract and 0.5% bactopeptone as nitrogen sources and pH 4.5. The optimal conditions for production of xylitol dehydrogenase were 28℃ of cultural temperature and 4.5 of initial pH. It was found that the production of enzyme reached a maximum in a 3 days of cultivation in the 100㎖Erlenmeyer flask containing 40㎖ broth.

Pulmonary sequestration is an uncommon congenital malformation characterized by the presence of non-functioning lung tissues which receives its blood supply from an anomalous systemic artery instead of a pulmonary arterial branch. We present a case of intralobar pulmonary sequestration experienced lately. The patient was 7 years old girl with the complaints of chronic productive cough and right lower chest pain. Serial chest films showed a large cyst with or without a air-fluid level on the right lower lung field. Aortography revealed an aberrant artery originating from thoracic aorta just above the diaphragm and that drained into the right inferior pulmonary vein. During operation, a large abscess cavity measuring 6.5x5x5 cm in dimension at the right lower lobe was noted. And the two aberrant arteries, measuring 3 mm in diameter, arising from thoracic aorta 5 cm above the diaphragm was noted. After division and ligation of the aberrant arteries, right lower lobectomy was performed and the patient`s postoperative course was uneventful.

This paper is organized as follows. The first section clarifies research questions, the purpose of study and methodology about modern implication of People-governing Thoughts of Sambong Jeong-dojeon. The second section deals with methods of study, literature review, previous research and theoretical background of modern implication of Sambong's people-governing thoughts. The third section analysed Ohsang(五常, the five constant virtues) : benevolence(仁), righteousness(義), propriety(禮), knowledge(智), and sincerity(信)) cases in the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty(『朝鮮王朝實錄』). The cases are seventy six. The forth section suggests implication of public personnel policy. Those implications are theoretical implication of public personnel policy, blockchain democracy & government & convergence, citizen participation, so forth. There are the social use & cases of modern implication of Sambong's people-governing thoughts. The paper suggested research effect & limitations of effect analysis of their bureaucratic behavior in the early era of the Chosun dynasty. There were some suggestion & expectation effect of the study. The distintion of this paper found Sambong's writing, historical tracks, political and public personnel administration effect and his convergence thoughts about Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism. 본고는 먼저 조선건국 기획자였던 삼봉의 『朝鮮經國典』등의 저술과 『朝鮮王朝實錄』등에 남겨진 그의 조선 개국 전후의 治人觀의 흔적을 찾아보고 치인관의 특성과 현대 인사정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.『朝鮮經國典』은 정도전의 융합사상적 정치 이론서이며, 조선 왕조 최초의 헌법적 성격을 띤다. 1394년(태조 3년) 3월에 완성하여 태조에게 바치자, 태조가 정치의 큰 기준으로 삼게 하고, 이 책을 금궤에 보관하게 하고, 정총(鄭摠)으로 하여금 서문을 짓게 하였다. 이로써 조선 왕조는 인치(人治)가 아닌 법치(法治)국가로 출발하게 되었다. 제2장에서는 치인관의 이론적 접근으로, 기존의 관련 학술지 분석, 필자의 선행 연구, 삼봉 관련 『朝鮮王朝實錄』의 분석 등 이론적 측면과 ‘실록’ 자료를 통한 실증적 방법을 병행하여 접근하였음을 밝혔다. 제3장은 『실록』의 관계 내용 분석으로, 삼봉에 관한 『朝鮮王朝實錄』의 기록은 모두 256건으로 태조(121), 정종(9), 태종(53) 등이나 본 고에서는 256편 중 직접 연관된 76건을 대상으로, 유교의 이념인 五常의 仁義禮智信 사례를 초점으로 분석하였다. 제4장은 치인관의 인사정책 시사점 측면으로, 삼봉의 융합적 치인사상에서 오늘의 정치사회의 제 문제들을 극복하기 위하여 어떻게 접근하고 치유할 것인가를 특히 그의 三敎融合的 철학과 성리학, 사공학, 경세학의 融合的 제도창출에서 시사점, 사회적 활용방안을 제시하였다. 제5장 결론에서는 연구의 의의와 한계 및 후속연구과제를 제시하였다. 본 연구의 차별성은 조선 개국기 통치 철학과 주요 내용을 일부분 인지할 수 있는 삼봉의 저술과 행적, 정치 행정사상적 효과를 살피고, 유학, 도학, 불교적 색채를 띠는 삼봉의 융합사상을 토대로 한 治人 사례와 효과를 분석했다는 점이다.
