Factor analysis has been used for analyzing the flow pattern among the regions using the O-D matrix of interregional trips. Because the O-D matrix of flows is similar to the diagonal matrix and the factor analysis is based on the correlation matrix, there are several problems in using the factor analysis for the flow pattern among regions. The objective of this study is to examine the usefulness of factor analysis for analysing the flow pattern by using the O-D matrix. The findings of this study are as follows: Factor analysis disregard the implication of absolute frequency of flows. The result of factor analysis using the O-D matrix change by transforming the elements and by the unit of region, so that the interpretation of the result may not be consistent depending on the data. What is worse, it is difficult to interpret the minus value of the factor loading. The conclusion of this study is that the factor analysis with the O-D matrix is improper to analyze the flow pattern among the regions in that its result can mislead the policy decision makers.

지역구분은 기본적으로 지역간 연계성과 지역의 특성이라는 두 가지 기준에 의해서 이루어져 왔다. 지역간 연계성을 고려한 기능지역의 구분은 통근통행, 전화통화, 버스통행 등의 지역간 O-D행렬을 이용하여 군집분석 (cluster analysis)에 의해서 주로 이루어져 왔으며, Nystuen & Dacey(1961) 이래 간접적인 연계성도 고려하게 되었다. 전국을 대상으로 기능지역을 구분한 김동주(1981), 유 완 외(1981)의 연구결과는 지역간의 연계성을 정확히 반영하지 못했고, 지역간 간접적인 연계성도 고려하지 않았다. 본 연구의 목적은 1995년도의 지역간 통근통행의 O-D표를 이용하여 지역간 직·간접연계성에 의해서 기능지역의 구분(functional regionalization)을 실시하고, 그 결과를 제4차 국토종합계획의 광역권과 비교하여 시사점을 얻는데 있다. 전국을 대상으로 군집분석을 이용하여 기능지역을 구분한 결과 만족할 만한 성과를 얻을 수 있었다. 제4차 국토종합계획의 광역권과 비교할 때, 수도권, 광역도시권, 제주권은 대체로 본 연구결과와 일치하였으며, 신산업지대권, 연담도시권은 매우 상이한 결과를 보였다. 이러한 이유는 수도권과 광역도시권에서는 지역간 상호연계성이 중시되었지만, 신산업지대권은 지역간 연계성보다는 개발가능성을 고려하고, 연담도시권은 다른 광역권에 포함되지 않은 주변 지역을 동일 권역에 포함시켰기 때문이라고 생각한다. 앞으로 효율적인 광역권 개발사업이 실효를 거두기 위해서는 광역권 설정에 있어서 지역간 연계성을 보다 중요하게 고려해야 할 것이며, 동일 권역에 포함되어 있으며 지역간 상호연계성이 약한 지역간에는 연계성을 제고시켜야 할 것이다.

The increase in demand for leisure time by the public and the vitalization of agricultural tourism resulting from the expansion of the five-day work week are expected to greatly contribute to the rural economy, but actual studies analyzing the ripple effect of the agricultural tourism industry are lacking. In order to analyze the economic ripple effect, tourism or agricultural tourism must become an independent sector in the inter-industry relations table’s sector classification, but because it is not, the study uses a method of analysis which involves creating a satellite account. However, because agricultural tourism has a clear main agent in farms unlike general tourism which does not, there is one method in which provisions are made by farms or farm villages and another method in which outside products are used. The purpose of the present is to measure the economic ripple effect of agricultural tourism with a focus on 162 subclasses by applying positive data from the education sector input into agricultural tourism. Satellite accounts which considered intermediate input were created and applied to positive data, the analysis of which revealed agricultural tourism to account for 462 billion won, which is 0.01% of the total production amount of 3,503,480 billion won, while the production inducement coefficient was 3.2895 units when the final demand of agricultural tourism occurs. When the production inducement coefficient is at 3.2895 units, highest sector was agricultural tourism at 0.9968 units followed by restaurants and bars at 0.3325 units, roadt transportation services at 0.3183 units, lodging services at 0.1520 units, and petroleum products at 0.1290 units.

Chungcheongnamdo was designated as analysis area for the thesis. The scope and object were number of workers in manufacturing industry from 1999 to 2011. In order to systematically analyze economic growth factor and economic characteristics of the region, Shift-share analysis was conducted. For securing stability of data, comparative analysis was carried out by year period, for example, between 2000-2011 and 1999-2010 etc. As a result, it could be known that if criterium year and compared year is different by even one year, the result was very different. Accordingly, to improve instability of regional data, Linear regression analysis was done based on time series data from 1999 to 2011. And Shift-share analysis of 1999-2011 with estimated value was conducted. And in order to forecast number of workers in manufacturing industry of Chungcheongnamdo in 2020, shift-share forecast model was used for the estimation. But this was a method with lack of reality which was not proper as a forecasting method. To supplement this problem, formularized quadratic programming based on information theory was used to forecast number of workers in 2020.

우리는 스마트폰을 직접 확인하기 힘든 경우, 카카오톡 메신저에 도착한 메시지를 음성알림을 통해 사용자에게 알리고, 자동으로 답장을 보내주는 메신저 매니지먼트 어플리케이션 제작을 목표로 하였다. “MIC로매니저”는 안드로이드 노티피케이션 매니저를 이용하여 실시간 메시지를 감시하고, 구글 TTS 음성 합성 엔진을 통해 음성알림으로 변환한다. SMS 서비스를 통해 발신자에게 자동으로 답장을 보내주고, 음성알림의 출력에 대해 다양한 편의를 제공한다. We aimed to create a messenger management application that notifies users of messages arriving on KakaoTalk messengers through voice notifications and automatically sends replies when it is difficult to check smartphones in person. “MICroManager” uses the Android Notification Manager to monitor real-time messages and convert them into voice notifications through the Google TTS voice synthesis engine. It automatically sends replies to callers through SMS services and provides various conveniences for outputting voice notifications.
