J.A. Suhumpeter defines the economic development in capitalistic countries as the process of technological innovation and creative destruction. Following Schumpeter's view of innovation, the enterpreneur who is a change agent in innovation, plays a central role not only on reforming the economic structure but also on changing the social and cultural facets in capitalistic society. The enterpreneur, he argues, is the most out standing representative of capitalism, and his economic performance determines the success or failure of capitalism itself. He stands on the viewpoints that an endless innovation by enterpreneurs is a crucial factor of economic growth in capitalistic nations, while the weak functioning of enterpreneurship causes capitalism itself to decline. This paper discusses the roles of enterpreneur in innovation, based on Schumpeter's economic theory and vision. It focuses on investigating his view of capitalism and the modern meaning of his economic theory. Besides, this study tries to derive a clear definition of innovation and its effects on a nation's economy. The major findings in this study are summarized as follows. 1. Contrary to the standpoints of Keynsian economists, Schumpeter puts emphasis on the role of enterpreneur in economic development, providing some logical alternatives to the shortages of Keynsian short-term analysis. 2. His theory of long-waves in economy can be applied to explaining the causes of worldly economic recession in recent years. 3. For all the persuasiveness of Schumpeter's arguments, the view that decline of capitalism is mainly due to the enterpreneurs' incomplete functioning, is not comprehensively accepted.
길이 測定 및 位置決定을 위한 電子管回路製作에 관한 硏究

When A accurated measurement of Length and Positioning was carried out with a testing apparatus making use of Moire´ light, it is necessary to use a apparatus of Electronic tube circuit. In this paper, the Design and Manufacture of one Electronic tube circuit for this purpose has been included. Electronic circuits are made up of the coarse scale circuit system for wave shaping from coarse scale detector and fine scale circuit system for amplifying signals from fine scale detector. Included in the coarse scale circuit system are two step cathode follower circuit, three step A.C amplifier circuit, two step rectifier circuit, two step low pass filter circuit, a Differential amplifier circuit, a Differentiating circuit, a monostable multivibrator circuit, and included in the fine scale circuit system are two step cathode follower circuit, two step A.C amplifier circuit, a low pass filter circuit and a cathode input amplifier circuit. The result of the experiment and analysis showed that low SN ratio and low input voltage get bigger in all coarse, fine scale circuit systems.
