HPMC가 다공극 지오폴리머 복합체 시편 위치별 공극 분포에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 지오폴리머 복합체 내 Foaming agent로 인해 생성된 공극의 크기 및 분포 정량화 연구를 수행하기 위한 기초 연구이다. 시편은 증점제의 한 종류인 HPMC를 혼입한 후 TOP-MIDDLE-BOTTOM 구간으로 분류한 후 알고리즘을 이용한 2D Image analysis를 통해 공극량 및 공극 분포를 분석하였다. 실험결과, HPMC를 혼입할수록 시편 위치 별 공극 거동은 비교적 균일하게 나타난 것으로 확인하였다. This study is a fundamental study to conduct a study on quantifying the size and distribution of pores generated by the foaming agent in the geopolymer complex. The specimen was classified into the TOP-MIDDLE-BOTTOM section after incorporating HPMC, a thickener, and analyzed the void volume and void distribution through 2D Image analysis using an algorithm. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the more HPMC was mixed, the more consistent the void behavior for each specimen position was.
시멘트 복합체 내부 철근의 가속 부식을 통한 부식량 정량화

철근의 부식이 진행되면 부식생성물로 인해 철근의 체적이 증가하며 구조물의 균열을 발생시키고, 이러한 균열을 통하여 공급되는 여러 부식 요소들에 의해 부식은 더욱 가속된다. 이러한 철근의 부식현상에 대한 이해와 부식의 정확한 측정방법을 살펴보고자 연구를 진행하게 되었다. 본 연구로 선형 분극 저항법을 이용하여 염화물이 첨가된 콘크리트에 매립된 철근의 전기화학적 부식 거동과 염화물 첨가량에 따른 철근의 부식 상태를 비교하고 평가하였다. 실험은 총 A(수돗물), B(CaCl2 10 %), C(HCl 3%) 3개 실험 그룹으로 분류하여 모르타르 시편을 제작하였으며, 시간별 각 실험군의 부식 진행속도와 거동을 살펴보았다.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of microwave on the mechanical properties of epoxy mortar. The setting time, compressive strength and bond strength of epoxy mortar was investigated. The moisture content of the concrete substrate was taken into consideration to assess its effect on the bond between epoxy mortar and concrete. To verify the efficiency of concrete repair, flexural strength of repaired beams was measured. It was observed that microwave can effectively used to cure epoxy mortar and develop adequate strength in shorter time when compared to curing at room temperature.
PC계 유동화제가 고강도 그라우트에 유동성 및 강도에 미치는 영향

The use of high-strength grout applied for facility foundations and bridges has recently been expanding in offshore wind farm. Wind farm in offshore require bearing capacity for horizontal loads such as wind, waves, and earthquakes. In order to improve the bearing force of the base part, sufficient fluidity and a certain strength should be ensured so that the high-strength grout is densely charged in the narrow space of the connection part. Therefore, in this study, changes in fluidity and strength according to the ratio of PC-based superplasticizer mixed in high-strength grout were measured. As a result, as the ratio of the superplasticizer increased, fluidity increased and strength decreased. However, the strength did not decrease when the ratio of superplasticizer was above a 0.005. Therefore, it was confirmed that the fluidity change was remarkable when a 0.005 ratio of PC-based superplasticizer were added.

In this study, the electromagnetic shielding properties of mortar with various conductive inclusions were investigated to develop a cement composite that can be used as an effective barrier against unwanted electromagnetic waves in buildings. The mortars of moderate strength (W/C ratio of 40%) were prepared by replacing fine aggregates with metal fibers (0.3%, 0.5%) and copper slag (20%, 40%), and their electromagnetic shielding effectiveness were determined according to ASTM D 4935. The results showed that the shielding effectiveness is positively related with the increase in the wave frequency, and the volume of the conductive inclusions. In particular, it was also found that the effectiveness can be enhanced by hybridizing the two inclusion types.
