This paper showed three years result of specialized plan which is currently needed in specialization of college. The education purpose of our college is throughly focused on having a practical analysis on the base of sound knowledge in inner side and having a growing up an expert human resources in outer side. In doing so, the most suitable and the most applicable development of specialized educational procedure is made for our junior college students. The results of this paper are helpful to specializing college in economically and institutionally.

In this paper, laser vision sensor is used to detect some defects any co2 welded specimen in hardware. But, as the best expression of defects of welded specimen, the concept of segment splitting method and mean distance are introduced in software. The developed GUI software is used for deciding whether any welded specimen makes as proper shape or detects in real time. The criteria are based upon ISO 5817 as limits of imperfections in metallic fusion welds.
3-DOF Parallel Micromanipulator

For the accuracy correction of the micro-positioning industrial robot, micro-manipulator has been devised. The compliant mechanisms using piezoelectric actuators is necessary geometrically and structurally to be developed by the optimization approaches. The overall geometric advantage as the mechanical efficiencies of the mechanism are considered as objective functions, which respectively are the ratio of output displacement to input force, and their constraints are the vertical motion of supporting leg and the structural strength of manipulation. In optimizing the compliant mechanical amplifier, the sequential linear programming and an optimality criteria method are used for the geometrical dimensions of compliant bridges and flexure hinges. This paper presents the integrated design process which not only can maximize the mechanism feasibilities but also can ensure the positioning accuracy and sufficient workspace. Experiment and simulation are presented for validating the design process through the comparisons of the kinematical and structural performances.

Welding fabrication invariantly involves three district sequential steps: preparation, actual process execution and post-weld inspection. One of the major problems in automating these steps and developing autonomous welding system is the lack of proper sensing strategies. Conventionally, machine vision is used in robotic arc welding only for the correction of pre-taught welding paths in single pass. However, in this paper, multipass tracking more than single pass tracking is performed by conventional seam tracking algorithm and developed one. And tracking performances of two algorithm are compared in multipass tracking. As the result, tracking performance in multi-pass welding shows superior conventional seam tracking algorithm to developed one.

The geometric configuration in the weight reduction designis very required to be started from the conceptual design with low cost, high performance and quality. In this point, a structural-topological shape concerned with conceptual design of structure is important. The method used in this paper combines three optimization techniques, where the shape and physical dimensions of the structure and material distribution are hierachically optimized, with the maximum rigidity of structure and lightweight. As the results, the technology of weight reduction design is considered in designs of aluminum control arm and inner panel of door.
The Geometry Prediction of Back-bead in Arc Welding

This research was done on the basis of assumption that there is a relationship between welding parameters and geometry of the back-bead being a gap in arc welding. Multiple regression analysis was used as method for predicting the geometry of the back-bead. The analysis data and the verification data were used for the formation of multiple regression analysis. The method was used to perform the prediction of the back-bead.
