Recently, the lifetime extension of nuclear power plants has been considered. Thus, it is necessary to consider facility safety management and economic management. However, when the bolts in nuclear power plants are replaced and the turbines of nuclear power plant are disassembled, numerous problems are found in relation to stuck bolts in clamping parts. In order to solve these problems, a hybrid vacuum chamber was first designed and manufactured. It can perform arc ion plating and sputtering, which were used to deposit Ti/TiN on an A913 B7 bolt. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analyses were conducted to determine the composition and characteristics of the bolt, and tests were conducted to determine how long the bolt could endure under various conditions in a nuclear power plant. The SEM and XRD results clearly showed a continual and even coating layer. When this TiN-coated bolt is used in a nuclear power plant, the lifetime can be extended compared to a conventional bolt, but it is necessary to determine what additional properties are required.

본 연구는 CT를 이용한 시술 시 낮은 관전류로 인한 노이즈를 줄이고 금속 세침으로 인한 인공물을 줄이기 위하여 standard, bone, edge 알고리즘과 FBP, ASIR, ASIR-V, MAR 알고리즘 적용의 유용성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 CT number값은 MAR, edge, bone, standard 알고리즘 순으로 높았으며 MAR를 제외한 알고리즘에서 FBP 대비 노이즈는 ASIR의 사용보다 ASIR-V의 사용이 노이즈 감소가 크게 나타났다. 특히 edge 알고리즘의 경우 ASIR-V를 적용했을 때 다른 알고리즘에 비하여 평균 4.59배의 노이즈 감소 효과를 나타냈으며 세침의 명확도 부분에서도 높은 점수를 획득했다. MAR 알고리즘의 경우 CT number와 noise가 가장 좋은 수치로 나타났지만 세침의 왜곡이 크게 나타나 임상에서 사용하기 어렵다. 본 실험을 통해 세침을 이용한 CT유도 생검시 MAR의 적용보다 edge 알고리즘과 반복적 재구성 기법인 ASIR-V의 적용이 유용할 것으로 사료된다. This study analyzed the usefulness of standard, bone, edge and FBP, ASIR, ASIR-V, MAR algorithm to reduce noise caused by low mA and to reduce artifacts caused by fine needle. The CT number value measured through the phantom study was higher in order of MAR, edge, bone, and standard algorithm. In the case of using the ASIR-V in the algorithm excluding MAR, the noise value was reduced compared to the case of using ASIR. In particular, the edge algorithm showed an average noise reduction effect of 4.59times when ASIR-V was applied compared to other algorithms and also scored high in the sharpness of the fine needle. MAR algorithm has the highest CT number and the lowest noise value, but it is difficult to apply clinically because of the severe distortion of the fine needles. As a result of this study, it is considered that the application of edge algorithm with ASIR-V algorithm will be more useful than the application of MAR algorithm in CT examination using fine needles.
