최근 기업에서는 온라인 통계분석을 통한 자료처리 및 정보기술의 활용이 기업내에서 효율적인 의사결정을 지원하기 위해 개발되고 있다(이성희, 권영식, 1999). 이러한 시스템은 단기적인 비용절감이 아닌 장기적으로 기업의 성과를 증진시키기 위한 전사적, 전략적 차원에서 고려되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 의사결정지원시스템의 필요성 및 그 특징을 고찰하고 그 구체적인 개발 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 개발된 온라인시스템은 인터넷에 접속되어 있으면 누구나 이용 가능한 개방형온라인시스템과 기업내의 특정 이용자만이 데이터를 엑세스할 수 있는 폐쇄형온라인시스템이 있다. 본 고에서는 특히,후자의 폐쇄형온라인시스템의 개발사례를 소개하고자 한다.

지능정보사회 산업구조 변화에 따른 무용가의 사회참여 확대 방안

This study aims to seek measures for the expansion of dancers’ social participation in preparation for the era of the fourth industrial revolution. The fourth industrial revolution refers to innovative changes in which cutting-edge Information and Communication Technologies appear in convergence, such as AI, IoT, Cloud, Big Data and Mobile technologies. It refers to changes in the foundation of the industrial structure as the productivity and efficiency are enhanced to a high degree through the intellectualization of machines, productivity and efficiency, which is a revolution in which the industry and society become intellectualized as the intelligence information technologies are embodied in the society. It is expected that changes in the industrial structure because of the intelligence information technologies would necessarily change jobs and characteristics of work together and cause overall changes in our lives. As machines perform works for Human in the society at large, economic and social benefits expand evenly, such as the enhancement of productivity and the reduction of working hours, while changes in the structure of employment are expected, in which demands for simple repetitive jobs decrease, and demands for manpower in high value-added work increase due to automation. To look at the results of studies of domestic and foreign trends reported recently, with the development of intelligence information technologies, it is expected that many jobs will be replaced by machines, or the types of jobs will be changed. Although it is predicted that the probability of replacement by automation would be relatively lower in art-related jobs based on sensitivity, it would be necessary to establish dancers’ new roles required by the future society through close observation and agreement on social changes and to prepare responses to changes. For this purpose, this study predicted changes in the art market and jobs in the future society, converged in the intelligence information technologies and explored the tasks of practice required for the expansion of the field of dance. 본 연구는 제4차 산업혁명 시대를 대비하여 무용가의 사회참여 확대 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 4차 산업혁명은 경제·사회 전반에 인공 지능(AI), 사물 인터넷(IoT), 클라우드(Cloud), 빅데이터(Big Data), 모바일(Mobile) 등 첨단 정보통신기술이 융합되어 나타나는 혁신적인 변화를 의미한다. 기계의 지능화를 통해 생산성과 효율성이 고도로 향상되어 산업구조의 근본이 변화되는 것을 말하며 지능정보기술이 제조업과 서비스, 사회에 체화됨으로써 산업과 사회가 지능화되는 혁명이라 할 수 있다. 지능정보기술로 인한 산업구조 변화는 필연적으로 일자리와 업무 성격 등을 변화시키고 삶 전반에 총체적 변화를 야기할 것으로 전망된다. 기계가 인간을 대신하여 일을 수행함으로써 생산성 향상, 근로시간 감소 등 경제·사회적 혜택이 고루 확대되는 반면, 자동화로 인해 단순 반복 업무의 일자리 수요가 감소하고 고부가가치 업무의 인력수요가 증가하는 고용 구조 변화가 예상된다. 최근 보고되는 국내외 미래 동향 연구결과들을 살펴보면 지능정보기술 발달에 따라 많은 직업이 기계로 대체되거나 직업형태가 변화될 것으로 전망하고 있다. 감성에 기초한 예술관련 직업은 자동화 대체 확률이 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 전망되고 있으나, 사회 변화에 대한 면밀한 관찰과 합의를 통해 미래사회가 요구하는 무용가의 새로운 역할을 정립하고, 변화에 대한 대응 마련이 요구된다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 지능정보기술로 집약되는 미래사회의 예술시장과 일자리 변화를 조망하고, 무용영역의 확장을 위해 요구되는 실천과제를 탐색하였다.
