        실린더형 MoSi<sub>2</sub>계 발열체의 유도가열 적용

        본 연구에서는 슬립캐스팅 성형법을 이용하여 실린더형 $MoSi_2$계 세라믹 서스셉터를 개발하여 고온 유도가열에 적용시켰다. $MoSi_2$계 소재는 SHS법(Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis)으로 합성하였고 XRD 분석을 통해 합성된 상과 결정구조를 확인하였다. 합성된 소재로 실린더 성형체를 제작하기 위해 슬립캐스팅을 진행하였고 슬립의 고형분 함량 및 유지시간을 조절하여 실린더 성형체의 두께를 제어하였다. 최종적으로 성형체 소결을 통해 유도가열 발열체를 제작하였고 열처리과정 중 표면에 형성된 $SiO_2$층은 SEM/EDS 분석을 통해 확인하였다. 서스셉터로서의 가열성능을 평가하기 위해 유도가열기로 일정한 출력을 인가하였을 때 $(Mo,W)Si_2$ 실린더 서스셉터의 표면온도를 측정하여 출력 2 kW를 인가하였을 때 발열특성을 분석하였으며, 서스셉터 표면의 최고 온도는 $1457^{\circ}C$, 평균 승온속도는 $19^{\circ}C/s$로 우수한 가열 특성을 나타냈다. In present study, the cylindrical susceptor by the slip casting method was designed to apply high-temperature induction heating by using $(Mo,W)Si_2$ ceramics. $MoSi_2$-based materials were synthesized by SHS (Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis) method. The phase and crystal structure of $MoSi_2$-based materials were confirmed by XRD analysis. The shape of cylindrical mold was synthesized for various thickness by using the slip casting method. Finally, the susceptor for induction heating was processed by sintering and heat treatment to form $SiO_2$ layer, which was confirmed on the surface of susceptor by SEM/EDS analysis. To evaluate the heating performance of $(Mo,W)Si_2$ cylinder susceptor, we measured the maximum surface temperature and heating rate in comparison with the rod heating element under constantly applied power. The induction heating of the $(Mo,W)Si_2$ cylinder showed excellent heating performance, reaches the maximum temperature of $1457^{\circ}C$, with the average heating rate of $19^{\circ}C/s$ at 2 kW

        사회의 환경변화에 따라 기업 또한 기업 또한 과거 폐쇄적 수직 체계의 position power에서 개방적 수평체계의 communication power로 역할이 변화하고 있다. 기업의 사회적 책임 이행의 대표적인 활동인 사회공헌활동은 지역사회와의 소통 수단 뿐 아니라 새로운 마케팅전략으로 자리매김 되고 있다. 사회공헌활동의 성공요소 중 가장 중요한 것은 구성원의 봉사적 마인드이다. 봉사적 마인드는 이론 뿐 아니라 실천적 행동철학에 기인 한다. 기업이 바라는 인재상과도 밀접한 관계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업이 신입사원 채용시 봉사활동 실적을 반영하는데 있어서 표준적인 가이드라인을 연구 제시하고자 한다.

      • 스키어의 사회인구학적 특성과 스키활동참여의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to analyze and investigate the relationship between sociodemographic characteristics and participation in skiing. In order to meet this purpose, the following three subsequence research questions are analyzed and these were : 1) The contribution of sociodemographic characteristics to the experience of ski training course, 2) The contribution of sociodemographic characteristics to the duration of skiing 3) The contribution of sociodemographic characteristics to the level of skiing competence. Sociodemographic characteristics of this study included background variables such as sex, age, family income, parent's educational level, parent's occupation. The subject of this study, participated in skiing about 302 in Kang Won Do. The data collected from questionnaire designed for this study were consisted of responses to items constructed to represent each variable and analyzed by statistical technique such correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study were as follow : First, variable such as age among sociodemographic characteristics influence on the experience of ski training course. Second, variables such as age, family income, parent's occupation among sociodemographic characteristics influence on the duration of skiing. Third, variables such as sex, age, parent's occupation among sociodemographic characteristics influence on the level of skiing competence.

      • 순수휨을 받는 판형 복부판의 국부좌굴

        One of the most important considerations in the design of plate girders is the local buckling of the web panels. In order to determine the buckling stress due to bending, the boundary conditions of the web panel must be properly estimated. The boundary condition of the plate girder web at edges along transverse stiffeners is generally assumed to be simply supported. This assumption is well justified as the transverse stiffeners are designed to meet this condition. On the other hand, the web panel is elastically restrained at the juncture between the web and flanges. The degree of the elastic restraint depends on the relative stiffness of flanges over the web panel. In this study, the finite element analysis is carried out in order to evaluate the realistic boundary condition at the web-flange juncture. The results of the present study indicate that the realistic support condition at the juncture under pure bending is closer to a fixed support for plate girders in practical design.

      • 돼지에 있어 離乳後 形質에 대한 遺傳力의 推定

        This study was conducted to estimate the heritabilities, and genetic and phenotypic correlations on economically important traits in Swine. The data used in this study were obtained from 5,724 herds of Duroc, Landrace and Yorkshire breed tested on a weight-constant basis a S Swine Breeding Farm at Icheon, Kyunggi Do from August 1985 to August 1990. The traits studied were backfat thickness, average daily gain, age at 90㎏ and 154day weight. The results obtained in this study were as follows: 1. The least-squares overall means of the backfat thickness studied were 1.960㎝, 1.517㎝ and 1.903㎝ for Duroc, Landrace and Yorkshire, respectively. Landrace is superior to the other breed in backfat thickness. The Duroc were 148.4 for age at 90㎏, 0.868 for average daily gain and 95.9㎏ for 154day weight, respectively and was superior to the other breeds. 2. The heritabilities of the backfat thickness by sire variance component were 0.383 for Duroc, 1.071 for Landrace and 0.879 for Yorkshire, respectively. The growth traits in Duroc were 0.352, 0.373 and 0.335 and in Landrace were 0.917, 0.616 and 0.907 and in Yorkshire were 0.314, 0.331 and 0.341 for average daily gain, age at 90㎏ and 154 day weight, respectively. 3. The genetic correlations of backfat thickness with 154 day weight and average daily gain were positive correlation in Duroc and Landrace breed, and in Yorkshire breed were negative correlation. The phenotypic correlations of back-fat thickness with average daily gain are positive correlation, and age at 90㎏ were negative correlation.
