일부 직장 남성들의 운동형태가 심혈관질환의 위험 예측인자에 미치는 영향

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to gain an understanding of the effects of three exercise types on anthropometric and serum lipids and physiological index factors, which are known to be the three risk factors of cardiovascular disease in male workers. Methods : The experimental study period was 12 weeks. In this study, 30-40's males (N=31) were assigned to 3 experimental groups: regular aerobic(treadmill walking) exercise group, regular anaerobic(muscular endurance) exercise group, irregular aerobic & anaerobic exercise group and a control group using a stratified random assignment method. Results : In relation to anthropometric factors, the regular aerobic & anaerobic exercise groups showed significant decreases in Weight, Broca's index, WC, BMI, WHtR, WHpR and HRrest. With regard to the serum lipid factors, the TC was decreased, but the HDL-c increased among the regular aerobic & anaerobic exercise groups. However, no significant difference was found between the other groups in respect to the LDL-c and TG. Considering the physiological factors, the TC/HD-c, TC-HDL/HDL-c, LDL-C/HDL-c and NON-HDL-c ratios were decreased, but the HDL-c/TC ratio increased among the regular aerobic & anaerobic exercise groups. The TG/HDL-c and HDL-c/LDL-c ratios showed no significant differences between the groups. These results indicated that the positive change for each factor is much larger in the regular exercise groups, especially in the anaerobic exercise group. Conclusions : The results indicate that not only regular aerobic exercise, but also regular anaerobic(muscular endurance) exercise could be utilized in lessening the deleterious effects of the risk index factors for cardiovascular disease.
수퍼 써키트웨이트트레이닝과 써키트웨이트트레이닝이 여성의 신체구성과 심폐기능에 미치는 효과

This study has found the following results after analyzing the effects of super circuit weight training and circuit training on body composition and candiorespiratory functions before and after training. 20 female subjects were selected from "J" health center in Seoul and divided into 2 groups for super circuit weight training(G-1) and circuit training(G-2). The subjects participated in 12 week training program. 1. Comparison on body composition before and after training Body weight significantly decreased in both groups while Lean body mass increased in both groups without significance. % Fat and fat weight decreased significantly in both groups. The decrease rate and increase rate of body weight, % fat, fat weight, and lean body mass was higher in the super circuit weight training group(G-1) than circuit weight training group(G-2). 2. Comparison on blood pressure before and after training both groups showed significant decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure. But the decrease rate was higher in super circuit weight training group (G-1) than circuit weight training group(G-2). 3. Comparison on cardiorespiratory function before and after training Resting heart rate was significantly decreased in both groups with the decrease rate higher in the super circuit weight training group(G-1) than circuit weight training group(G-2). Signifcant increase of VO2 max was assessed in both groups and the increase rate of VO max was higher in Super circuit weight training group(G-1) than circuit weight training group(G-2). According to the results from the study significant changes to body composition, blood pressure and cardiorespiratory functions were assessed in both groups after training. Based on the findings above, where super circuit weight training group was found to be more effective, we'd recommand super circuit weight training program for effective weight reduction and improvement of cardiorespiratory functions.
유전 알고리즘을 활용한 크기에 따른 초고성능 콘크리트의 인장 거동

이 연구에서는 초고성능 콘크리트의 인장거동에 대한 실험적 연구를 수행하였다. 크기를 변수로 하는 3개의 UHPC 실험체들을 제작하고 3점 가력 휨 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 결과를 토대로 역분석 방법(Inverse analysis)과 유전 알고리즘(Genetic algorithm)을 활용하여 각 실험체들의 응력-변형률 곡선을 도출하였으며, 이를 상세히 비교·분석하였다. In this study, experiments were carried out to evaluate the tensile behavior of ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC). A total of three specimens were fabricated with the specimen size as a variable. Through the 3-point bending tests, the stress-strain relationships of specimens were derived using inverse analysis and genetic algorithm, and they were compared and analyzed in details.

This paper proposes a balancing and driving control system for a bicycle robot. A reaction wheel pendulum control method is adopted to maintain the balance while the bicycle robot is driving. For the driving control, PID control algorithm with a variable gain adjustment has been developed in this paper, where the gains are heuristically adjusted during the experiments. To measure the angles of the wheels the encoders are used. For the balancing control, a roll controller is designed with a non-model based algorithm to make the shortest cycle. The tilt angle is measured by the fusion of the acceleration and gyroscope sensors, which is used to generate the control input of the roll controller to make the tilt angle zero. The performance of the designed control system has been verified through the real experiments with the developed bicycle robot.

본 연구는 24주간의 발레수업을 수행한 유아와 그렇지 않은 유아들의 체격과 체력요인을 비교하여 성장기에 있는 유아들의 신체 활동의 중요성 및 가치를 입증하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구의 피험자는 발레집단과 통제집단 각 30명의 6-7세 여아로 바 아떼르(25분), 바 웍(15분,) 센터 웍(10분)으로 구성된 발레수업을 24주간 주3회, 매회 50분간 프로그램을 실시하여 유아들의 프로그램 참여 후의 체격과 체력요인의 향상정도를 연구하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 의하면 첫째, 체지방율을 제외한 두 집단(발레집단과 통제집단)의 체격요인이 통계적으로 유의하게(p=.000) 나타났으며 둘째, 유연성(통제집단, p=.142/발레집단, p=.000), 순발력(통제집단, p=.607/발레집단,p=.000), 근지구력(통제집단, p=.027/발레집단 ,p=.000), 평형성(통제집단, p=.007/발레집단, p=.027)의 체력요인에서는 두 집단 모두 통계적으로 유의한 향상이 나타났으나, 발레집단의 체력요인 향상의 평균값을 보면 통제집단보다 월등하게 높은 향상정도를 볼 수 있다. 따라서 24주간의 발레프로그램이 발레집단이 통제집단보다 체격과 체력에 있어 차이가 있었으며, 일정기간 이상으로 수행한다면 유아들의 체격 발달 및 체력 향상에도 긍정적인 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study was investigate the effects of 24 weeks of Ballet class on the physique and physical fitness of pre-school age children. The subjects consisted of 30 each group participated in 24 weeks of Ballet class. In each group, the subjects were categorized into two groups, control and valet group. The control group(n=30) has no any valet program on the other hand, the Ballet group has 24 weeks of Ballet class. Differences between each treatments for the initial variables, final variables, and changes between initial and final variables were assessed by using an paired t-test. The results showed that: (1) there was a noticeable significant differences in the physique of all the groups(p=.000) except % fat of control group; (2) There was a stronger improvements of the physical fitness in the ballet group than the control group. Consequently, the effects of 24 weeks of Ballet class on the physique and physical fitness of the pre-school age children has so much effects on the physical fitness in the ballet group.
여자 국가대표 보디빌딩선수의 근력 , 심박수 , 산소섭취량 및 혈액 유형성분에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to compare with the muscle strength, heart rate, V˙O_2 and blood components of two groups, one group was a woman bodybuilding athlete of long-term of high-density weight training program, the other group was non-athlete woman during three-month weight training and to suggest effective weight training program in woman. The results are as follows ; 1. The muscle strength showed significantly with athlete group higher than non-athlete group in grip strength(left, right) and back strength. 2. Resting heart rate, HRmax and V˙O_2max showed significant difference between athlete group and non-athlete group. 3. Total cholesterol(T-CHL), LDL-C and CPK showed significant difference between athlete group and non-athlete group.
