Effect of Some Nutrients on the Population of Pentachlorphenol-degrading Bacteria in Soil Suspension

토양현탁액중(土壤懸濁液中)에 유기염소계(有機鹽素系)인 펜타클로로페놀과 서로 다른 영양원(營養源)을 첨가(添加)하였을 때 이로 인한 총세균(總細菌)과 약제분해균(藥劑分解菌) 및 첨가(添加)된 물질(物質)의 화학적변화(化學的變化)를 검토(檢討)하였다. 총세균수(總細菌數) 및 그람음성균수(陰性菌數)는 배양후(培養後) 1주째에 모든 처리구(處理區)에서 가장 높았고, 그 이후 서서히 감소(減少)하였으며 무처리(無處理)에 비하여 양분처리구(養分處理區)에서 높았다. 특히 배양(培養) 5일째까지 글루코스 첨가구(添加區)에서 가장 높았다. PCP분해균수(分解菌數)는 양분무처리(養分無處理)인 대조구(對照區)에서 배양후(培養後) 4주째까지 증가(增加)한 후 약간 감소(減少)하였으나 모든 양분처리구(養分處理區)에서는 초기부터 감소(減少)하기 시작하여 2주째 이후에는 3 log $cells/m{\ell}$이하 이었다. 그 결과 PCP의 소실(消失)도 PCP만 첨가(添加)했을 경우가 PCP와 영양원(營養源)을 첨가(添加)했을 경우보다 빨랐다. 현탁토양내(懸濁土壤內)의 잔류양분(殘留養分)의 함량(含量)은 배양(培養) 1주(週)까지 영양원첨가구(營養源添加區) 모두에서 빠르게 분해(分解)되었으며 글루코스의 분해(分解)가 글루탐산이나 글리신보다 약간 빨랐으나 5주째에는 처리간에 큰 차이가 없었다. pH의 변화(變化)는 모든처리에서 약간의 증가가 있으나 처리간의 증감(增減)에 다소 차이가 있었다. Population changes of serveral bacterial groups and chemical changes of nutrients applied were compared between soils suspensed with pentachlorophenol(PCP) and amended with different nutrients. The number of total bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria were dramatically increased for 1st week, after remained at its maximum level for a short time, decreased gradually in all treatments for 5th week, the rate of decrease were faster at addition of only PCP than at addition of nutrients and PCP. While, the addition of nutrients in the soil suspension containing PCP suppressed the number of PCP-degrading bacteria. The dissipation of PCP were faster at single addition of PCP than at the combined addition of nutrients with PCP. The nutrients added with PCP were rapidly degraded for 1st week, among the nutrients the rate of degration of glucose was faster than that of glutamic acid or glycine. pH values in the suspension showed which addition of nutrients with PCP caused its changes in comparsion with addition of only PCP where changes was slightly.

다변량 발병시간자료는 각 개개 환자에게 있어 합병증이 발생되거나 혹은 유사 환자군(집락) 내의 발병시간이 상관되어진 생의학자료에서 흔히 볼 수 있다. HMULCOX는 그런 자료를 분석하기 위한 한글 통계 패키지 가운데 하나이다. 이 프로그램은 관련된 발병시간들이 독립이 아닐때에도 COX 비례 위험 모형의 주변확률분포를 계산해 준다. 주어진 조건으로는 주변확률모형의 기본위험율은 일정한 상수, 흑은 변수라도 관계없다. 또한 치료실패율의 치료변수들(공변량)의 효과에 대해 다양한 통계적 추론이 가능하다. 기본적으로 주변확률분포접근법으로 설계되었지만 HMULCOX는 여러 가지 추론 방법을 선택하는 데 일반적으로 충분하다. 이 프로그램으로 2개의 예를 들어 실행하겠다.

본 연구는 공공도서관 건립 타당성조사보고서에 있어서 경제적 타당성 접근방법과 정책적, 기술적 타당성 접근방법을 비교$\cdot$분석하고 문제점을 구명하였다. 경제적 타당성 분석에서 사용된 비용편익분석은 편익추정과 할인율 적용에 문제가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 정책적, 기술적 타당성 분석은 건립이 확정된 사업을 합리화하는 수단으로 잘못 활용될 수 있는 문제가 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 공공도서관 건립을 계획중인 관련기관에서 타당성조사를 준비하는데 유용한 자료가 될 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the approach of economic feasibility and political and technical feasibility in the construction of a new public library. The results show that the cost-benefit analysis using in economic feasibility have the problems of benefit counting and discount rate, and also political and technical feasibility have the problems of wrong use in the rationalization of construction project. The result of this study is expected to be useful in preparing the feasibility study.

교육청 공공도서관 발전방안에 대한 연구 - 경기도교육청 공공도서관을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this research is to develop the model for public libraries in Kyeonggi provincial office of education. The study discusses identities and development strategies for public libraries. The study investigates the current status of public libraries as well as cooperative systems between public and school libraries. The study suggests education - centric paradigm, differentiation between school library support and lifelong education, establishment of council by provincial office of education, and space changes for public libraries within the creative and intellectual framework. The study shares thoughts on identities of public libraries in provincial office of education, and will be utilized as the model for future development for public libraries in other provincial office of education. 본 연구는 경기도교육청 공공도서관 정체성 확립 및 발전방안을 논의하고 이를 통해 교육특화형 공공도서관으로의 모형개발을 수립하고자 한다. 이를 위해 경기도교육청 도서관의 운영현황 및 학교도서관 지원체계를 분석하고 연구결과로 교육중심의 패러다임 전환, 학교도서관 지원과 평생교육영역의 구분 및 확대, 지역교육청 중심의 협의체 구성 및 역할정립, 공공도서관의 창의지성교육 공간으로의 변화를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 교육청과 지자체 소속 공공도서관의 정체성에 대한 고민을 제시하고, 다른 지역 교육청 소속 공공도서관의 발전모형을 제시하는 데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
