      • 초기곡률을 갖는 변단면 기둥의 안정 해석

        The main purpose of this paper is to investigate a more accurate stability analysis of tapered column with initial curvature. The nonlinear differential equations governing the deflected shapes of the tapered column with initial curvature are derived by large deflection theory and solved numerically using the Runge-Kutta method and Regula-Falsi method. Three kinds of cross-sectional shape with simply supported end constraint are considered in numerical examples. The load-displacement(vertical displacement at mid-span and horizontal displacement at right end) curves including the left and right end rotations are presented in figures. The effects of cross-sectional shapes and section ratio on deflected shape are analyzed. Also, the deflected shapes for several initial deflection are shown in figure.

        단순지지(單純支持) 변단면(變斷面) 기둥의 임계하중(臨界荷重) 및 후좌굴(後挫屈) 거동(擧動)

        이 논문(論文)은 단순지지(單純支持) 변단면(變斷面) 기둥의 임계하중(臨界荷重) 및 후좌굴(後挫屈) 거동(擧動)에 관한 연구(硏究)이다. 이 논문(論文)에서는 변단면(變斷面)을 갖는 후좌굴(後挫屈) 기둥의 정확탄성곡선(正確彈性曲線)을 지배(支配)하는 미분방정식(微分方程式)을 3차이론(次理論)에 의(依)하여 유도(誘導)하고, 이 미분방정식(微分方程式)을 Runge-Kutta method와 Regula-Falsi method를 이용하여 임계하중(臨界荷重)과 후좌굴(後挫屈) 기둥의 정확탄성곡선(正確彈性曲線)을 산출(算出)하였다. 실제(實際)의 수치해석(數値解析) 예(例)에서는 변화(變化)높이 구형단면(矩形斷面), 변화폭(變化幅) 구형단면(矩形斷面), 정방형단면(正方形斷面)/원형단면(圓形斷面)의 3가지 단면형상(斷面形狀)에 대하여 수치해석(數値解析)하였다. 수치해석(數値解析)의 결과(結果)로, 하중(荷重)-처짐의 평형경로(平衡經路), 후좌굴(後挫屈) 기둥의 정확탄성곡선(正確彈性曲線), 임계하중(臨界荷重)-단면화(斷面化) 사이의 관계(關係)를 그림에 나타내었다. 또한 단면형상계수(斷面形狀係數)가 임계하중(臨界荷重)과 후좌굴(後挫屈) 거동(擧動)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 분석(分析)하였다.

        chemosensitivity test of Geungsonojukwhan-Bijukbang was performed on the three different human cancer cell lines originated from liver, cervix and colon tissue, namely Hep 3B, Hela and HCT-15, which have similar doubling times. Semiautomated sulforhodamine B(SRB) assay appears to offer an valuable tool for chemosensitivity of unknown compounds, since it is a simple, valid and inexpensive method of assessing drug monitoring for large samples in a short time. The results obtained in this study were as follows 1. Good correlations were shown from the results of SRB assay and those of clogenetic assay. 2. As a result of exposure to Geungsonojukwhan, the proliferation of Hela cell and Hep 3B cell was slightly decreased in Geungsonojukwhan-Bijukbang(GIP), Geungsonojukwhan-Pejukbang(LUP) and Geungsonojukwhan-Sinjukbang(RTP). 3. As a result of exposure to Geungsonojukwhan, GIP showed better anticancer effect to HCT-15 cell lines than those of LUP and RTP. 4. The extract of Geungsonojukwhan-Bijukbang in 40℃ were more effective in cytotoxic response than those in 100℃. 5. The research showed that the higher concentration the more effective in the inhibition of proliferation of the cancer cell lines, however, the cytotoxic effect of Geungsonojukwhan-Bijukbang in the concentration of 1.60mg/㎖ and 3.20mg/㎖ showed the most effective inhibition rate according to the increase of concentration.

        변단면(變斷面) 보의 자유진동(自由振動) 해석(解析)

        A method is developed for solving the natural frequencies and mode shapes of linearly variable tapered beams. The governing differential equation for the tapered beam is derived. Three kinds of cross sectional shape are considered in differential equation. The Runge-Kutta method and the determinant search method are used to perform the integration of the differential equation and to determine the natural frequencies, respectively. The hinged-hinged, hinged-clamped, damped-clamped and free-damped end constraints are investigated in numerical examples. The lowest four nondimensional natural frequencies are obtained as functions of $d_b/d_a$. ratio. The effects of end constraints and cross sectional shapes on frequencies are analyzed and typical mode shapes are also presented.

        The governing differential equations and the boundary conditions for the free vibration of uniform parabolic arches were derived including the effects of the rotatory inertia and the shear deformation. A trial eigenvalue method was used for the determining the natural frequencies and the mode shapes. The RungeKutta fourth order integration technique was used in this method to perform the integration of the differential equations. The methods were programmed in FORTRAN IV, and all numerical solutions were obtained on the Prime 750 computer system. The detailed studies were made of the lowest three natural frequencies for the two - hinged arches. The effects of the rotatory inertia and the shear deformation were analyzed and the numerical data are presented in detail in tables. It is shown that the rotatory inertia and the shear deformation are very important factros for determining the natural frequenies in both symmetric and antisymmetric mode. And as the numerical results, the frequency versus the dimensionless shear coefficient curves are presented in figures.

      • Pasternak 지반 위에 놓인 변단면 기둥의 자유진동

        This paper deals with the free vibrations of columns with variable cross-sections resting on Pasternak Foundation. Based on the Rayleigh beam theory, the governing differential equation is derived for the in-plane free vibration of such columns. In order to obtain the natural frequencies and mode shapes of column, the governing differential equation is solved by the numerical procedures. The Runge-Kutta method is used for integrating the differential equation and the determinant search method combined with the Regula-Falsi method is used for calculating the eigenvalues, namely frequencies of columns. These numerical procedures developed herein are programmed in Lahey Fortran 90 code and all numerical solutions are carried out on the personal computer. In the numerical examples and discussion, the four kind of end constraints such as clamped-clamped. clamped-hinged, hinged-clamped and hinged-hinged are considered. The lowest four natural frequencies and corresponding mode shapes are calculated. The effects of axial load parameter, the section ratio, the slenderness ratio, the Pasternak foundation length parameter and the foundation parameter on the natural frequencies are analyzed.

        4계 상미분방정식에 의한 변단면 Timoshenko 보의 자유진동

        이 연구는 회전관성과 전단변형을 동시에 고려한 변단면 Timoshenko 보의 자유진동에 관한 연구이다. 변단면 보의 단면은 폭이 포물선 함수로 변화하는 변화폭 직사각형 단면으로 채택하였다. 이러한 보의 자유진동을 지배하는 수직변위에 대한 4계 상미분방정식을 유도하였다. 이 상미분방정식을 수치해석하여 고유진동수와 진동형을 산출하였다. 수치해석 예에서는 회전-회전, 회전-고정, 고정-고정 지점을 고려하였다. 진동형은 변위의 진동형뿐만 아니라 합응력의 진동형도 산출하여 그림에 나타내었다. 휨 회전각과 전단변형에 의한 수직변위 및 전단면 회전각의 구성비율을 산정하였다.
