LEDs which have many merits are widely used in the field of light devices, and have rapidly replaced old light devices such as incandescent or fluorescent lamps. Long life, on the order of 50,000 to 100,000 hours, is one of the key features of light emitting diodes(LEDs) that has attracted the lighting community to this technology. High Power white LEDs have yet to demonstrate this capability. This paper planed accelerated life test that has two factor(temperature, current) and two levels. Finally, using ALTA programs, we estimated the common shape parameter of Weibull distribution, life-stress relationship, B10 life and accelerating factors.
건습식 혼합공정을 이용한 유연소재 상 전자파 차폐용 다층막 코팅

Dry processes like evaporation and sputtering in vacuum chamber are difficult to make a uniform, large area and high quality film on thin PET substrate because of PET degradation and bad adhesion. On the other hand, wet processes like electro or electroless plating have complex processes and require high environmental cost. In this study, we successfully prepared 2 μm Zn/Cu/Ni multilayers coated on 12 μm polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate by using dry-wet mixing processes. Their surface electric resistances were evaluated around 0.2 Ω by using 4 probe measurements. Furthermore, their corrosion resistance also evaluated by natural potential test and compared with other wet, dry and mixing process samples.
스테인리스강 프로펠러축의 가공에 따른 재질특성에 관한 연구

Stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 630 types using propeller shaft of a small ship or a FRP fishing boat generally restrain localization corrosion and abrasion damage occurrence to shaft bearing or grand packing contact. In general, the residual stress which remains after welding or heat treatment in material can cause the stress concentration or localization corrosion. In case of small ship, stainless steel such as STS304 has long been used for propeller shaft. Meanwhile, crew of small ship tend to reuse damaged propeller shaft after repair by welding and performing heat treatment to save cost. However, it was found that reused propeller shaft by repair often caused troubles in ship's operation. In this study, the basic guideline for maintenance and treatment of propeller shaft are investigated. From the results of investigation, remarkable deterioration of the material properties and corrosion resistance on the welded work part was observed.
천연해수 중 음극방식 응용 원리에 의해 제작한 Mg(OH)₂ 코팅막의 밀착성 및 내식성

Cathodic current on a metal tends to increase the OH- neighboring to the metal surface, especially during electro-deposition in seawater. The increased pH at metal/seawater interface results in precipitation of brucite crystal structure-Mg(OH)₂ as following formula; Mg²?+2OH?→Mg(OH)₂, that is typical mechanism of the main calcareous deposits-compound in electro deposited coating films. In this study, the effects of anode and current density on deposition rate, composition structure and morphology of the deposited films were systematically investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and x-ray diffraction(XRD), respectively in order to overcome the problems such as deposition rate and a weak adhesion between deposit film and metal surface. The adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating films were also evaluated by anodic polarization test. The electro-deposited film formed by using AZ31-Mg anode had the most appropriate physical properties. Weight gain of electro-deposit films increased with increasing cathodic current. Electro-deposit prepared at 5 A/㎠ current density shows better adhesion than that formed at 8~10 A/㎠.
거주자 및 상인 집단의 도시재생사업 만족도에 관한 연구

The purpose of this research is to suggest an implication of policy to improve the satisfaction of residents and merchants who are the main participants in the Seoul Urban Regeneration Project. This research compares and analyzes the factors that influence the resident and merchant satisfaction in the Seoul Urban Regeneration Activation Regions by multiple regression analysis. The results are as follows: The factors affecting the resident groups achievements include the role of the urban regeneration support center, the support and role of the local government, and improvement of the residential environment. The factors affecting the merchant group include the support and part of the local government, residential environment improvement, the participatory local event, and the community involvement in the project. The following factors are required to enhance the resident and merchant satisfaction. First, the support and services from administrative districts must be boosted, and improvement in the residential environment must be prioritized. Then, we need to discriminate as to whether there is a need for involvement between community residents and the merchant group. For the resident team, indirect participation around the urban regeneration support center is suitable. If the merchant group is impacted by the district project, more direct participation and reflection on the group’s opinions are required for higher efficiency. This research proposal is significant, as it examines strategies to improve the primary participants’satisfaction with the ongoing project.
선박 해수배관에서 용접봉의 종류에 따라 직류 아크 용접한 용접부위의 부식특성에 관한 전기화학적 평가

The seawater pipes in the engine rooms of ships are surrounded by severely corrosive environments caused by fast flowing seawater containing chloride ions, high conductivity, etc. Therefore, it has been reported that seawater leakage often occurs at a seawater pipe because of local corrosion. In addition, the leakage area is usually welded using shielded metal arc welding with various electrodes. In this study, when seawater pipes were welded with four types of electrodes(E4311, E4301, E4313, and E4316), the difference between the corrosion resistance values in their welding zones was investigated using an electrochemical method. Although the corrosion potential of a weld metal zone welded with the E4316 electrode showed the lowest value compared to the other electrodes, its corrosion resistance exhibited the best value compared to the other electrodes. In addition, a heat affected zone welded with the E4316 electrode also appeared to have the best corrosion resistance among the electrodes. Furthermore, the corrosion resistance of the weld metal zone and heat affected zone exhibited relatively better properties than that of the base metal zone in all of the cases welded with the four types of electrodes. Furthermore, the hardness values of all the weld metal zones were higher than the base metal zone.
도시재생사업 평가요소에 대한 주민-전문가 간 인식 차이에 관한 연구

본 연구는 서울시가 추진하고 있는 13개 도시재생활성화지역에 대한 주민그룹과 전문가 그룹의 도시재생사업의 평가요소에 대한 인식차이를 조사하였다. 연구의 목적은 현재 진행 중인 도시재생사업에 대한 만족도와 중요도를 조사하여 사업 추진과정에서 개선해야 할 내용들을 도출하고 시의(時宜)에 맞는 정책적 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 주민과 전문가 그룹 간 만족도-중요도 차이를 통한 인식조사 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노후불량주택 개선과 같은 거주 및 생활환경 개선사업을 주민과 전문가 그룹 모두 가장 필요하다고 인식하였다. 둘째, 행정의 지원과 역할 역시 도시재생사업에서 중요한 요소로 인식 되었으며, 특히 전문가 보다 주민그룹이 행정의 역할을 중요하게 생각하고 행정서비스에 대한 요구와 기대가 더 높았다. 셋째, 주민들은 주민협의체 활동에 낮은 만족도를 보이는데 이는 주민협의체가 주민 스스로의 주체적이고 적극적인 역할이 아니라 수동적인 입장에서 참여하는 것임을 보여준다. 마지막으로 주민그룹은 구체적인 재생사업을 중요하게 생각하는 반면 전문가 그룹은 추진조직과 공동체 의식에 더욱 비중을 두고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 장기적으로 진행되는 재생사업의 지속추진을 위하여 직접 수혜자인 주민이 보다 체감할 수 있는 사업에 대한 정책적 검토가 필요함을 보여주고 있다. The purpose of this study is to suggest timely implications for policy direction about urban regeneration projects in Seoul by analyzing differences in perceptions on major elements of urban regeneration between residents and experts. The results are as follows : first, both resident and expert groups are most concerned with housing improvements. Second, both groups, especially resident group, think that the role and support of administration are important for urban regeneration projects. Third, the resident group has different ideas about public participation, thinking that activities of resident autonomy organization today is no longer related to public participation, and a new method of public participation in urban regeneration projects is required. Finally, resident group has broad interests about urban regeneration, while expert group has interests on organizations and sense of community. The results suggest for policy confirmation on projects that residents can feel to achieve sustainable progress of long-term regeneration projects.
